The owners and staff care about their customers. They put people first. They are very reasonably priced and generous. Very lucky to know them.

Buyers remorse, I went with this company because they were low bid and had decent reviews. I was disappointed with the service. The promise was made that my roof would look better when they were finished; it does not. Attention to detail and professionalism were lacking. The demo crew were openly urinating in my driveway and smashed my front windshield (they paid to fix it though). I pointed out issues I had with the finished product, but the foreman was too busy to deal with it. I had to personally inspect and finish the work, sealing, staining, and cleanup. I'll be calling a different roofing company to come finish my roof.

I can only give 3 stars and that is being nice. While they did a good job on my roof they left over 2 dozen nails in my yard where my dogs and young children play. On my porch, deck, walk ways, grass and kiddy pool. They also went behind my shed even though they had 0 reason to and rummaged through our things. They also killed my tomato plant. They put a black plastic trash can on top of my tomato plant. We found it today and it is fried. They told me 1 day but it took a day and a half.

We have used Silverbow Roofing for several different services over the years, once to repair flashing on a skylight for a home we were selling, and then again to inspect the roof of a home we were planning to purchase to ensure it would last at least a couple of years. We just had Silverbow replace the roof of that home we bought and we could not be happier. Rick and his son Casey were willing to quote us several different options for our roof replacement, which included us removing our own roof and even an option for coming out to help us get started if we decided to do the full thing ourselves. They were extremely professional and willing to answer all of our questions. Once we chose the option we wanted to move forward with they got us scheduled promptly and showed up as promised, and due to the forecasted heat showed up early even. We appreciated that they confirmed what color shingles we wanted on more than one occasion, and again the morning they started before the truck came out to deliver. All of the members of the roofing crew were kind, knowledgable and professional. The installation went smoothly, and the results are absolutely stunning. The final invoice was just as quoted, which I think speaks to their experience, and is a major plus to not have unexpected surprises upon completion. Our house looks completely different and so beautiful. I can not say enough about the job they did, and highly recommend their services. As a major bonus, their workmanship comes with a 30 year warranty, which is yet another plus towards peace of mind.

Rick installed the roof and gutter back in Nov. of 2016 on our home located at 2387 Carriage Ave. Richland and he also provide 30 years warranty on the roof, 10 years warranty on the gutter on the material and workmanship along with removing the debris from the gutter twice per year for 5 years in writing w. his signature.

we had a problem w. gutter right after the installation, it was just dripping thru when it rained, i even text Rick the pictures and tried calling him countless times for last 3 years and i haven't received the single call back yet. what a disappointment!
i hate to put complaints publicly but i feel i gave him enough chance to respond, if he can't call me back for last 3 years and take care of the problem, i feel that public needs to know.
