Bought a vacuum here and it stopped working after four months, they exchanged it out with no questions asked, easy to work with!

I’m giving this store a 4/5 stars the customer service is great!!! But they have all kinds of stuff to look at and I’ve now been in the store like probably 10x getting asked once can I help you find anything is great and all but getting asked like 10x by all. The other coworkers that probably heard me like 10 other times no I’m good no thank you drives a person insane no need to ask the same person 10x can I help you find something I SAID NO tell you coworkers not to ask me or something drive me insane LOL

Ace is a great store for a small business. Ivan go there on a Sunday and usually find something that will allow me to continue a project when there are no other stores open, also the quality of the offerings at ace is consistent. The fastener section is very comprehensive, there is enough of a welding selection to save you in a pinch, and you can rest assured that if you break a hand tool there will be something comparable that will get you through the day
