I would recommend Gates Roofing to anyone needing roof replacement or roof repair. Nate Stovell came out in January of this year to be on the roof with me when the insurance adjuster inspected my roof, at that time we thought the inspector agreed that the whole roof needed replaced. Not the case. Gates roofing put me in touch with someone who would fight the insurance company for me (insurance didn’t want to pay for the damage that was incurred from a hail storm) Fast forward to July of this year I finally get a new roof. Nate was in contact with me through the whole process, even when I was ready to give up and just pay for it myself. I really can’t express how grateful I am that they took the time to make sure I got a new roof. It’s so rare to find a company that will go out of their way to help a customer. They completed the roof replacement in a day and made sure my property was cleaned up and nail free. I literally did nothing. I have been told by several other roofing companies that my insurance would not cover my roof. I gave these guys a chance, and they came through with their word. They never charged me any more than they told me they were upfront.

I was contacted By Mr. Turley with 3D Roofing shortly after a hailstorm on 26th of jun. I asked if he could look at my mothers roof. They found that there was hail damage and they fought with her insurance and ended up getting a full roof for my mother. Actually they not only got a full roof, but supplemented again with insurance and got a full deck replacement which most roofing companies would have just showed up and, You Know, that's that. My mothers house was built in the early 50's and was plank decking with several gaps in and between the planks. this was a time sensitive job because of the size and weather. 3D's Crew (Pedro's Crew) was very organized, professional and cleaned up everywhere themselves after the job. they got the roof done and completed in one day. I thought the insurance claim would be a hassle, but it wasn't. Gates took care of it - and it was pretty smooth. The roofers themselves were there when they said they would be, put on the roof in the expected time frame, cleaned up well all around the site and were very considerate when they were on and around my property. This is hands down the best roofing company out there! From the time Nate first made contact with me to the time the project was finished, inspected, and paid for, the process was SO seemless. No headaches, frustrations or issues on my part. Nate submitted the paperwork directly to the HOA and insurance company, oversaw the project, took care of the inspection, and came directly to our house anytime we had a check we needed to give him. I didn't have to make any phone calls, save one to the mortgage company, which I wouldn't have even had to do if I had contacted Nate first. You will not regret going with 3D Roofing, they are experts at what they do!

Andrew took charge, did what he said he was going to do. The roofing work had to be complete by a close closing date. His guys came out the next day, worked hard and it looks great. Very happy with the communication and follow thru. I highly recommend Andrew for bidding your job.

3D Roofing was able to help us secure a hail damage claim through our insurance company after several other local roofers tried and failed. Andrew was great to work with throughout the entire process and his roofing crew did an excellent job on installing our new concrete tile roof. The end result is that our home has a beautiful new roof and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work by 3D Roofing.

I had a shake shingle roof that went through 5 hail storms over the years. Each time, my insurance company denied my claim, but the cumulative affect of 5 storms was pretty obvious to me. Well, then I meet Khed Turley of 3D roofing and he explained to me the proper way to handle insurance companies. He stepped in and went after my insurance company. After a ton of hard work on his end, he got them to replace the roof with the hail resistant shingles. For us, it took about 2 months to get the insurance company to pay out, but it was well worth it. So if you're willing to be patient and play the "game" with your insurance company, then give these guys a chance to help you out. Khed, thanks so much for your hard work!!!!!

Full disclosure I am partner for a different roofing company, but after an injury I experienced on the job I needed an expert to help with some commercial work and there is only one other roofer I trust ( besides myself ) to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable and that is Andrew at 3D.

3D Roofing just completed my home roof project and they are awesome. Andrew and crew are great to work with, honest, ethical and I plan to use 3D for any other home projects.

After 2 attempts with our insurance agency and another roofing company, 3D came in and got our roof covered by insurance within minutes. Not only that, we upgraded our type of roofing material, added attic fans and gutter guards. Don't bother with anyone else. 3D is the best.

Andrew is the very best person you could hire for your roof. He got us a bunch more money for stuff not covered by insurance, found someone great to paint our house since that was also hail damaged, and he had great contractors every step of the way. You typically don't think that a 5 month project would be a great experience but it was. Andrew was extremely responsive, helped us with the inspections, back and forth coordination, all the paperwork and general joys of having roof, siding and gutter work replaced after a huge hailstorm. He has continued to be a resource long after we finished up the work . Great guy but even better customer service. Highly recommend.

Andrew was absolutely fantastic to work with. His crew did a great job. Andrew was very helpful working with me and my insurance company. He was extremely patient with me when it came time to pay him. My mortgage was sold to another company right in the middle of the process. What a nightmare it was having to deal with two mortgage companies for my check. The house was roofed in October 2018 and I finally got my check today December 15, 2018. I kept Andrew informed all of the way through the process. He never hounded me for payment. Thankfully, he has been paid today! What a great guy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. Roof/windows/gutters/siding were damaged in a hail storm. Insurance evaluated it as $13,000 worth of damage. Andrew worked with me and the insurance, and he was able to secure $31,000 after repeatedly lobbying the insurance company. Not only did he help get me what I needed to fix my house as well as get up to code, but he also personally made sure the entire process went smoothly. He took care of every aspect of the repair from the roof to painting to windows.

I would definitely recommend Andrew to others. A final tip: He's very responsive, and all my text/calls/emails were answered within a few hours if not immediately.

Andrew installed a roof on my house after a hail storm about five years ago. My family owns a small mixed-use building in the Historic Westminster Art District. We were devistated when we found out that our insurance company denied our hail damage claim. I met Andrew through my attorney whose roof he was in the process of replacing after a quite lengthy battle with that insurance company. When Andrew came over to our house after a large hailstorm in May, we were very skeptical because my neighborhood (Wheat Ridge) was crawling with contractors. After baseball size hail destroyed my windows, fence and roof we were worried about scams because of the news on door knocking contractors. Andrew Gates came knocking and I was not eager to let him up there. Andrew started pointing out damage and I let him on my roof. After an emergency repair, we filed an insurance claim.
After a long fight with American Family Insurance, he was able to get my home back to the way it looked before the storm. The reason I would recomend his crew is because they were fast and friendly. One thing that made me feel comfortable, I did not make my final payment until my roofed passed the city inspection. Thanks for the Roof!

Andrew at 3D roofing did an amazing job with our new roof and insurance claim. Was smooth all around. Awesome inspector finding damage 3 other companies overlooked and got many things additional fixed and improved. He was referred by a number of his other customers I knew through a social club. He came VERY highly recommended and completed huge jobs from my friends, and in many cases more than once. Every time I called, he answered the phone and if need be came right out to address any issues. His roofing, painting and gutter crews were very easy to get along with as well. One crew person came out to fix something with his young daughter who stayed and played with my daughter. Great experience all around. We have just bought a new house. After moving in and trying to get it insured it turned out our roof had extensive damage from hail and weathering. Of course our home inspector failed to communicate this major issue before the purchase.

Trying to get it fixed we have contacted 3D Roofing. They arrived within an hour from our call and performed a free inspection, then offered a very reasonable estimate for the repair.

The crew arrived the next morning and performed thorough damage repair.
Our roof passed the secondary inspection from the insuring agent and now we feel safe, sound and prepared for more storms.
