I had wind damage to my roof and had Brian come to do an estimate. He helped me through the insurance claim process and I was approved for a full roof replacement. The process went very smooth from beginning to end. The roof was completed in one day and looks amazing. Very professional and high quality job; honest and reliable company.

We received very quick response when looking for a quote, he didn't try to upsell us on the job that needed done (fascia and soffit patch), and he was quick and professional despite the fact that we were only bringing him a small job. We paid what we were quoted and are more than happy with the work.

One end of our business property needed new siding, and Brian responded very quickly to my request for a quote. The location of the repairs is in front of the handicap parking area, and I was concerned about blocking it while the repairs were made. I told him the business is closed on Mondays, and asked if it was possible to schedule the work for a Monday. The job was completed in one day, on a Monday, and we were very pleased with the results.

I called Shields yesterday about a small vinyl siding repair job. Hunter called me today to let me know that he was on the way, so I left work to come and meet him. By the time I arrived he was practically finishing up! After speaking with him briefly, I found out that it was him and his father's business. It's nice hear stories like that! Hunter was very courteous and professional, and I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

We had storm damage to our roof. It was determined that we needed an entirely new roof and Brian worked directly with my insurance company to make sure we got what we needed. This morning they showed up at 7 AM and by 2 PM the roof was completely installed And they were already cleaning up my yard and flower beds . Hunter stayed for the entirety of the job and made time to explain everything to me upon completion the workers were very kind and courteous. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Brian and his team (Hunter specifically) came out to inspect my roof during an emergency situation. They gave me a complete breakdown of what they found, everything that was absolutely necessary to fix as well as things to look for in the future. They performed their services quickly and efficiently and at an affordable price. They went above and beyond. They will always be my go-to roofing guys for anything in the future, big or small.

I have used Shields Roofing and siding multiple times. They have repaired damage caused by rain and wind to existing siding and roofing, and have also put new roofing on. Their workmanship is excellent and they are friendly people. The prices are more than fair. They never leave a mess and always leave the property looking as good or better than when they arrived. As I said, I am a repeat customer and plan on staying a customer.
