We had a great experience with Sherman. Robin helped me out with what I was looking for and gave us a quick quote. They started and finished the building on time. Quality and pricing is excellent for a pole shed.

I would use Sherman again to build another stick-built metal building without a doubt! On time, on budget, easy to work with, and great communication throughout the process. They were great to work with.

From my first contact with Sherman Buildings to the final cleanup they were spot on. Sherman sent out a Field Rep. to help me decide on the details of the building early on (I new roughly what I wanted but I had lots of questions). He was very knowledgeable with pole buildings and worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. No upselling and no sales gimmicks which I really appreciated. The building process and payment schedule was clearly explained to me and they followed it all the way through to completion. A project manager was assigned to my project a couple of weeks before the start of construction. She too was quite knowledgeable and did a great job. It felt like I was being personally taken care of and any questions I had were answered promptly. The finished building was well built and I couldn't find any corners that were cut. I expect it will serve me well for many years.

I built a pole barn with these guys 5 years ago and had issues that they wouldn’t resolve. Recently they reached out to me on a cold call and asked if they could make it right. They sent Mike the Legend out and he was awesome and fixed the problems. They earned my business back!

Great company. Sherman Builders builds custom homes in post frame construction and conventional construction. They cover all the bases of the build and work very hard to work within your budget.

We had a Sherman Building built in 1997. It’s one of the best purchases we’ve ever made jn our life! The building is still standing in near perfect condition today! The process was smooth from beginning to end. Of course with any construction project things come up, any issues were clearly addressedand expectations were met. Any company can do a good job when no issues arise, it's when things happen that the quality of the company shines. The small things that did happen were all addressed in a timely manner. The installers as well as the office staff were pleasant to work with. The construction site was always kept clean and organized. The completion date set was met. The new building is wonderful and very energy efficient.

I don't actually know if this business is any good, but this review is specific to their billboards along hwy 35. We get a terrific laugh every time we drive either way past them, so great job with the advertising!

Definitely a positive experience building and designing my garage. Sherman helped by making suggestions that made a big difference including a sweet 8' wide window in the back to see our awesome view of the lake. The crew rocked it right down to the wire on Friday of Deer season and they were all heading to their camps after finishing the job.

My pole barn was built about 5 years ago by a previous owner. I bought it when it was just about a year old. It had 4 leaks when I purchased it. I had Sherman Builders out to fix a few them. All of them stopped but my second floor door or somewhere around it has still been leaking. I have reached out to one of the supervisors a couple times a year and was told that they are just too busy to fix it. I guess I’ll be finding a more competent builder to repair my leaking pole barn. I would not recommend this company for a pole building!!!

Working with Robin and Sherman builders was easy. The response to a quote request was 1-2 days not 2 weeks. They made the process from quotes to a schedule date to completion very smooth and professional. They showed up as planned and communicated the whole process through Calls, email and texts.
I would highly recommend Sherman if you need a Building.

Excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process - from sitting down to explore design and cost, to helping me understand the process and steps, suggesting contractors for land clearing, concrete, etc., and execution. Crew was prompt, friendly, cleaned up the site perfectly, and the communication along the way was top notch. Very happy with my new building and my experience w/ Sherman to get it done!

The erection team completely built my 30' by 80' building in 4 & half day's. Very professional & quality build. You would be very happy with Sherman.

Chad and his team are absolutely amazing. They work very fast and all of it is quality. Communication was fantastic. And the prices were the best around. They will be doing all my future work.

I am at a lost. I know the new trend is no one wants to work. I get that. Its hard to get people to respond. I have reached out to this company twice via email and 5 times per telephone. I left messages with voicemail 3 times and spoke directly to an attendant twice. Once they forwarded me to Katy and I went straight to VM and left a message. Second time she confirmed my phone number and name and stated she would personally send Katy a message via cell phone SMS. I am astounded to receive ZERO return calls. How can this company have such a good rating via Google? Are most of the positive responses from family and friends? I just dont know anyone who would invest hard earned money to a company who wont return a single message. Best of luck to anyone using this company. :(

We were impressed with the process of design through installation of our pole building. The arrival of the materials pre-fab made putting it up very quick. Our install team were on time and very professional. We had a hiccup with the garage door and what was delivered but we were able to work thru it. Looks great and we are very happy with it!

I had to revise plans from a "garage design & building" to a "pole (garage) building construction" due to an independent Winter concrete contractor leaving the project with no notice. Phil, salesman, was prompt and accommodating regarding the change.

They did what he said they said they were going to do and on time craftsmen ship good thank you Chad for honesty.

Chad was good to work with in helping select our steel shed with color and blueprints. Beth Kelling was good in keeping me informed especially during this supply shortage and shipping. Construction crew did an excellent job and were friendly & cooperative.

The entire crew from original project planning and estimating to the construction crew that did the work was top notch. I am very picky and watched the work very closely. I was pleased to see excellent craftsmanship every step of the way. Any issues I had questions on were resolved immediately. I am beyond thrilled at the final results of our new barn.

My wife and I met with a Sherman Pole Barn salesman and he answered all our questions and made suggestions based on our needs for a pole building. We never felt pressure or uncomfortable during the purchase and scheduling of the build. The salesman inspected our site and began the process. A project manager reached out to us and kept everything on track for the build. We were very impressed with the Forman and his building crew. The crew was on time, respectful and most important hard working. Our build only took 2.5 days and was perfect. Our salesman followed up to assure we were satisfied and all the trash and unwanted debris was removed. Since completion we have recommended this company to others and feel we were treated great and got great value. The experience was seamless and painless.

From start to finish they were responsive to my needs with timely call backs and solutions to my ideas. I followed their directions, and my building was constructed more than a month early (with doors) vs the original schedule. The crew of builders and garage door specialist, in my opinion, are second to none. I can't say enough about how happy we are with our new garage. We reached out to a couple different companies, Sherman was the quickest to respond and the most responsive. They also had the best pricing. They gave recommendations for local companies to do the ground work and concrete work!
Once the work started they were clean, quick and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day, got the whole project done in a very timely manner and we're very respectful of our property!
Overall, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that asked, and we will be using them for future projects!

I contacted Sherman to have them give me a bid to build a pole building with 14 foot doors and a 16 foot ceiling, they told me they wouldn’t do that tall of a building and proceeded to drill me as to why I wanted the building that tall, when I told them I want to Park my camper in there he asked me to go measure it, I don’t believe it should matter why. I asked him several times to come and do a site visit because I had an old building that was being replaced due to storm damage and the salesman repeatedly told me there was no need to visit, he never discussed color options, door and window placement or anything even when I asked to go over all that he just asked me to put money down. Worst customer service experience ever, I ended up calling Mora metals and they have exceeded my expectations

I went to Sherman to have a peg built but they told me I can only get poles. I argued that a peg is just a small pole and Sherman told me that size matters and it’s not just the motion of the ocean.

I'm really happy with my new building. The Sherman salesman was responsice and helped me design exactly what I wanted. The building was completed on-time and on-budget. Here is what I sent to Sherman regarding their crew:

I want to tell you how impressed I am with your crew. The building looks great and the craftsmanship meets my high expectations. But the end product is only part of the story. From the moment your trailer was backed into my driveway your guys were moving. They worked long days and in bad weather. I saw constant hustle, guys working self-directed moving from task to task without being told what to do next, and no one standing around waiting for something to do or looking at his cell phone. Let me emphasize that because it’s amazing - I didn’t see a single cell phone. The majority of the time I spoke with the crew leader who has great customer skills; he was super friendly and helpful. In fact all of your guys were friendly and respectful while at the same time too busy working to stand around and chat. I couldn’t be happier with the crew that you sent out.
