We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom! Ben & Josh with Shelton Solutions listened to what we wanted, asked questions, walked us through different options and helped us design the bathroom we’ve always wanted. We’ll be calling them again very soon for our next project!

Previously Sheldon Solutions had competed an encapsulation of my house’s crawlspace. Knowing Sheldon Solutions was a reliable company that produced quality work, I hired them to install 2 footers and to sister 6 floor joists.
Sheldon Solutions is a family operation whose members work well together, provide explanations, to questions and are friendly people. Once again I am satisfied with the final results of this project.

Highly recommend Shelton Solutions for Home Addition.
We decided to add a large kitchen and game room (1100 sq ft) to our existing home, so we set out warily to get three estimates. We hired Shelton Solutions because of the energy and enthusiasm that Ben Shelton showed when he was preparing the bid. He came out several times to double check measurements and to listen carefully in order to understand exactly what we wanted.
During the project, Ben was always communicating with us as to what was happening on the project. As with any projects of this size there are always hiccups. Ben was straight forward about any problems or delays. Most importantly he was fierce about making sure we received the detail and quality that we were hoping for. Throughout the project, his team was also very helpful, timely, and a great pleasure to work with. Ben hires top quality handymen who get the job done correctly. We are very happy with the results.

First thanking God for someone who could do the job. I am pleased with Shelton Solutions for the home improvement of flooring support under the house aged about 90 or more years young. Ben is a knowledgeable and fair contractor and is thorough with explaining the details of the job(s) that are involved. There was no pressure from Shelton Solutions, no hasseling and no haggeling even after I called to get a quote. Later, I hired them and Ben was not hesitant to evaluate flooring under the house.
Shelton Solutions crew worked meticulously and arduously. Ben follows up on each job and evaluates all that has been completed. I have just a few more steps to go. The crew is pleasant and kind. I plan to get them to do other home improvements.

All the years that I have worked with many contractors but never have I work with such a kind and considerate group of men. They cared about my plants, any trash left behind, their work, my dogs and my time. Each guy was professional , kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them any time. We have loved the transformation of our master bathroom (and entryway foyer) at the hands of Shelton Solutions. They were responsive, understanding, flexible, and committed to quality. As with any major project, we had some bumps along the way. What I appreciated most about Shelton Solutions is that they made sure to handle those bumps directly. Perhaps the thing that I was most pleased with was their responsiveness and willingness to communicate - whether updates on when work was scheduled or answering my questions or helping with the design process. All in all, I recommend Shelton Solutions and would use them again.

Raised Utility Room floor to the house level by installing new Lifeproof Waterproof vinyl flooring and Cabinets. They were very professional.

We had a blocked sewage line under the house that caused the foundation to jut out. Shelton Solutions owner came 2 days after the phone call and arrived on time. Communication was very clear. The workers did a wonderful job and were very fast. We'll be using them again for our next jobs.

We've used Shelton Solutions for two projects and they did an amazing job on both. They cleared, cleaned and sealed our crawl space. The service was done quickly and well. The owner even came to check the work before accepting the final payment. We also had them help us with mold removal on our floor and wall. They again worked quickly. My favorite thing about Shelton Solutions is how responsive they are to my calls or text messages. It's so appreciated.
Unfortunately when I tried to hire them for a third job in February 2023, we were put on a waitlist for 6 months. I followed up in August with no response about our status. I reached out again in October for an update and was told they had 4 projects that month and we were still on the waitlist. I asked if they could please let me know about going with another company and they responded yes if I was on a tight schedule. I waited 8 months because I wanted to work with them. I’m just disappointed. They were kind in their responses to me.

Had damage and mold in crawl space. Shelton Solutions took pictures and gave a step by step detailed proposal on what would be done. Everyone from the owners to the staff are highly professional. I am so pleased that I look forward to using their services for other home improvement projects.

Shelton Solutions did a phenomenal job on the front of our house! We had a crumbling sidewalk and porch that was in desperate need of some TLC. Not only was it an eye sore, but the porch slab was sinking towards our home causing unseen water damage. We had many contractors come out and take a look at this problem (many only offering "bandaid" solutions), but ONLY Shelton Solutions did a thorough inspection and gave us a plan to get it back in optimal condition. They were honest, fair in pricing, friendly and hard working. I cannot sing their praises enough. I used to be embarrassed for visitors to come in our front door--but now, along with some new landscaping (not pictured), I smile every time I drive up to our home! I will be recommending and using them again in the future!

Sheldon Solutions’ work of encapsulation and structure repairs of my home was professional. The written estimate was very detailed and noted a few problems with my house’s structure. I know those were accurate because I had noticed them before the inspection. The contract listed every step of the work to be done. No money was required before the work was started. Pictures of the completed work in the crawlspace were emailed to me. After the work was completed Ben, the owner, inspected the work. He was satisfied that the workers had completed all the work in the contract. I am very satisfied because the encapsulation and repairs have improved the integrity of the structure of my house and is guaranteed for 25 years.

Impressed from initial interview to finish with their concern with providing a quality job. Had masonry repaired, porch floor repaired, steps built outdoors, windows restored and rails installed indoors. Done in a timely manner. Staff polite and experienced. And spotless when the left. Thank you.

I set up an appointment, took the day off from work. My appt was at 3pm. No one showed I called and Josh answered, he said something come up, told someone John he could only do it at 1. He didn't hear back. I asked why no one called me, a potentially new client, he said they didn't have my number. O told him he did because they had returned my original call when the appt was set up. He said he was getting off the phone because he didn't want to be yelled at. Really, you stand someone up, don't call and act like its no big deal that you did this. What a lousy and unprofessional way to handle a business. Total disreguard for a person. I should have been yelling at him, I would have been justified.

Shelton Solutions did great work on my 1905 historical Victorian home. The 3,500 square foot house had unlevel floors and three stories of crooked staircases. The crew at Shelton Solutions fixed it all. The crew is very talented and professional. All the work performed was certified by a licensed engineer and done in accordance with the best structural practices. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this company for structural repairs. Five Stars *****

Did not identify the real problem. Told us we needed work that was not even needed. We had an issue with our HVAC pipe draining into the wall, which another foundation company quickly identified. It was not an issue with drainage or foundation. Not honest. Not impressed.

In response to your reply, yes there was moisture because of a leaky HVAC condensation drain, which another foundation company quickly identified. You told me I needed flashing and waterproofing on my exterior wall. I didn't. I needed the HVAC leak addressed and the subsequent water damage. It was over a week before you reached out to price an estimate, at which time another foundation repair company already identified the issue, that a plumber fixed. The remediation does not include the things you mentioned at the estimate. The biggest frustration is that you did not correctly identify the source of the moisture in the first place. Another foundation company was honest with me that there was nothing they could do, or that needed done, on a foundation/exterior waterproofing level. So yes when you called today over a week later to offer an estimate of work that isn't even needed I let you know it wouldn't be necessary. I don't feel that you were honest. Would have charged me for expensive work without fixing the source of the moisture to begin with which wouldn't have solved our problem. Another reputable foundation repair company tells me the issue is the plumbing, and that there's nothing that needs done on a foundation service level.

Severe water damage brought this company into my life. This Co. is professional and hard working. Knowledgeable and insightful concerning the best plan to take care of the issue. Promptness and a efficient crew is what you'll get with this co. Overall Shelton Solutions will not disappoint ; doing all that they could to make me happy. I will call on them again as needed.
