Tried to set up an appointment to get a quote 3 times over the course of 2 weeks. They either were a no show (twice) or blew me off last minute the last... Also when I requested a call back to schedule a time that would WORK FOR THEM... they never called me back . I get you are busy and that it is a busy season, but just say that you don't have time and are not interested instead of scheduling 3 appointments and then not showing. I found it to be very unprofessional.
