I showed up without an appointment and without ever having visited your dealership. Was broke down. Despite that, they got me in the same day to diagnose and order parts. They provided me with an estimate that they adhered to and gave me a ride to and from a local motel. The following day they got it back in when parts came, and were able to complete the work that day and get me back on the road. Truly above and beyond.

Seriously gave me a great price for my trade in. And they helped me get into my dream truck. And Lavelle was the best she made me feel welcome and had everything ready for when I walked in.

Wonderful experience! 10/10 and all due to Wayne in management. I had some bad luck and my trucks transmission went out with many other things all at once. I was worried to say the least but Wayne really did all he could to guide and help me get it pieced back together. Highly recommend.

When I went in and spoke to the service person,he acted like he was unwilling to help with the problems with the reprogramming of the ecu that runs the entire vehicle. His answers were short and were indifferent to any problems I had. Basically, they were useless to speak with about the issue, and I would not recommend their business to anyone else nor continue to send people their way.

I have worked with Bubba Heydt before and also with his uncles for many years buying vehicles. Most important to me is the integrity he provides and the low pressure. I refuse to buy from any high pressure salespersons as a matter of principle so when I found out Bubba was still in the business after his uncles retired and sold out, it was easy to know where I wanted to go.
Dolce also helped us immensely as we were getting our vehicle all set up. She is very knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. She has such a positive attitude and we felt like she really cares about making us happy.

We had the best experience here!! A hose on our truck had a very bad leak and we were losing a lot of oil in a short amount of time trying to drive home from California with our 4 kids (including a 2 month old) and they got our truck right in, ordered our part and had it done by the next morning. They even gave our family a ride to our hotel and brought my daughters medicine when we accidentally left it in the truck right before they closed. Everyone was so kind and so amazing to us!!

This is hands down the BEST vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had! I think we had almost every department, sales, service, and financing involved with this. And I wasn't even there! My wife went in with our vehicle to trade in so they could give us an appraisal. All my interaction for two days was over the phone. They treated my wife very well. The service center and all the employees in there are top notch! I had a sever issue with my truck and Ricky and his team handled everything and kept me in the loop every step of the way! My truck is fixed and it runs like it is brand new. Give every single one of them a raise!

Wayne was able to get me in quickly and take care of my vehicle issues withoit costing me an arm and a leg. He and the techs were friendly, professional and corteous. I will definately come here again in the future.

My husband bought a truck from this dealership and he loves it! Unfortunately while he was out of town it needed to be serviced for a censer issue and me having to deal with it was not happy at first and was upset with Heratige but I have to now say I was wrong and they handled it quickly and I want to thank them! Landon was a good, salesman. He was not pushy or vultury like alot of these salesman are. We went a few months before just to look as we were not ready to buy. The person that helped us then was pushy. Ask for Landon he will just answer your questions and be helpful.

As i said last June ~ DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! Thats right JUNE, not 5 months ago like the owner somehow made it look and sound. And yes, i called and asked SEVERAL TIMES to talk to the owner and ZERO of my calls were returned..Even reported them to the BBB and received no response.

And now ~ i need to put new brakes on it! I know its been near a year that i bought my car, but ive only drivin it 1,097 miles in that year!!! And no, i do not "Ride" my brakes ~ they simply needed replaced before they put it up for sale!

Cant hardly wait to see what i find out i need to fix next! They are NOT a company to trust with buying a several thousand dollar vehicle, in my case $16,000!!!

UPDATE: It has now been a month since my review and the owners response. In the owners response they said someone would be reaching out to me soon, and to go to a guestcare website so they "Could make things right". As i said, it has been a month and no one has reached out to me, and nothing has been made right. And the website they told me to go to is a site of their inventory. Are you kidding me!?! I wouldnt buy another vehicle from these people!...Let them make even more money off me after they screwed me over. Just think how absurd that sounds! Plus id have to pay all the taxes again on another vehicle, and thats not cheap! Id lose a year of payments. And would i lose my down payment i paid on the first vehicle and have to come up with another down payment? Thats NOT "making things right". So, ill just make another BBB complaint and go spend near $1,000 dollars for brakes and rotors THAT I DONT HAVE, and keep posting reviews and making BBB complaints every time i have to fix something that should have been fixed BEFORE they sold it to me. And hopefully they are losing sales of vehicles from people who read my reviews!

Heritage always does a good job! My husband’s truck got an oil change and they threw on new tires for him at the last minute. The tires are amazing in the snow, thanks again Tyler.

I was having issues with my car and took it to Heritage on a Saturday. They stated they were unable to get me in that day but to drop it off on Tuesday morning. They kept me updated along the way and when they found the problem gave me an estimated amount and time. They had my car done sooner than they anticipated and were spot on with the estimate. Very pleased with my experience.

What an absolutely lovely group of people here. Nicole called us the next day after we left to check up on our driver. Evanston is a bright spot on our trips through Wyoming, for sure!

I highly recommend these people they know what customer service is and they helped their customers out very well I would give them a hundred Stars if I could they fixed something that Walmart had messed up on my car and refused to fix Heritage took me in as a customer even though I have never been there before I did not have to make an appointment they just took me right in and got me in and helped me out they treated me like family these are very nice people and I recommend coming here for tire rotations and oil changes or anything that is wrong with your vehicle that needs done these people are trustworthy I am very appreciative for what they did for me today if it wasn't for them me and my daughter and my grandma would have been stuck on the side of the road or even worse this is the best customer service I have had in my entire life at any other shop I have went to has never treated me like this thank you Heritage so much I appreciate everything you have done for us I will come back and I will continue to come back.

My name is Troy Wright my daughter daughter purchased an At4 used 23 with I think two or 3000 miles told her it was purchased from an auction. She asked over and over and over and over if anything was wrong or anything had been replaced and they told her no she just went in today. Got her oil changed and was told that it had a new motor in it, which is fine but a relevant because she asked over and over if anything was wrong with the truck her grandpa had left her money and a note to go buy a new truck and now she is totally shattered asking me if she’s gonna have problems with this truck I think the dealership took advantage of a little girl, and I would not buy from them thanks everyone

Decals and plate cover were placed on my vehicle without consent, the vehicle was NOT bought at Heritage. When I asked the service manager what was going on, she was very dismissive and rude. I will now have to pay someone else to remove the decal. I was trying to trade in my truck at this dealership, but now I don't feel like I can trust the process. I'm also going to have to pay someone else to remove the decal now, and am planning on passing the bill on to you.

Everyone was very friendly. Nicole was able to answer all our questions about the vehicles we were interested in. Finance was very helpful and quick. I loved that the staff joked around and laughed with us. Great experience!

Brought my truck in for complications and everything was handled professionally and with care. All requests were met with speed and perfection. Will definitely be returning should I ever need assistance!

Rear shock replacement was covered under warranty. Even though there were worker strikes going on in the industry, the service department pursued it and got it done. They had the incorrect shocks/struts the first scheduled time but had the correct ones the next day. They gave me a ride home and picked me up again, one day while my truck was being worked on. Called them about fixing my car and to see if my warranty would cover it - couldn’t tell me if I had one but I bought the car there. Still waiting for a call from Tyler in the service department . That’s been over two weeks. Won’t ever buy a car from there again….seems like always a run around.

Not so great I was turned away for over two months from your service department and when I decided to go look at other option and found that my warranty had expired . Heritage said I needed to take picts when it well most always through codes and unfortunate ly would clear so they were unable to diagnose my truck but when I went else where they found the issue it was having and it cleared prior to my appointment . Very dissipointed with my high country pick up because it in being worked on more than I drive it . I live in the country so it's a half of day tou even get it in unless it's Heritage then it's a month to a month and a half out to be able you get it scheduled ‍

Had a few general maintenance things to take care of. They had great communication on the things they did and couldn’t do.

Lavell was super helpful when I went to buy my truck. She was easy to talk to and got any information I asked for. I would recommend buying from them again.

Just bought a 30,000 truck from there not even in it a week n its got a check engine light for for a fuel pressure problem when starting n its already saying that it needs a oil change . not too impressed when you spend that kinda money no oil changes offered with the purchase either don't get me wrong the staff is friendly and great but there definitely is a lack in the inspection aspect here now im looking at having to park it till i can get the funds to fix it usde or not they should be doing better than this you shouldn't

I purchased a truck for $47,000.00 with a check engine light on, I was told they didn't have the equipment to dive further into what was going on since it was a Ram Truck. I was told by Ken, Steven, Dulce and the owner Parker Weese to take it to a Dodge dealer and they would pay for what the issue was. Well I did and it was the Dpf filter and because of the cost they will not pay for it. They did not hold up to their promise and I feel like they just wanted to make the sale and screw the customer. I would not recommend them, there are honest dealers out there, this is not one of them....

They took care of everything and threw on my windshield wipers for me. I had a list of things for them and they crossed every single one off. Tyler comes through for me everytime.

The service department was knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to take care of me needs, by working with another dealership to get my car fixed.

Called to buy a car delt with a young kid named Landon he knocked it out of the park was honest and upfront I really appreciated it best dealership IV ever delt with worth the 3 hours out of my way for the car

Everything was good except that this particular dealership does not have a mechanic/tech on the weekends and there are some people like me who do not have the luxury of bringing their Chevrolet vehicles in during the week. The weekend is the only time that I have to have maintenance work done on my Chevrolet vehicles.

Everyone was very friendly and definitely made sure you were happy with your purchase. Went out of their way to get you want you needed and great deals!

Their prices are good. They are a small, home town oriented company with strong values. We feel that we received the necessary information from LaVell to help us make our purchase. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! Their "3 month/3,000 warranty" to fix anything that goes wrong IS A SHAM!!! I havent had mine 3 months, nor drivin it even 1000 miles and guess what!?! ITS ALL ON ME!!! Yup ~ they want $410 for a new battery...if it has a bad battery now, it was a bad battery when they did their inspection of it before they sold it to me...and they sold it to me with ZERO ISSUES according to them. Then they have the nerve to demand an apology from ME for my head exploding before theyll even look at it! And theyll look at it as a " One time complimentary" ~ meaning they wont charge me to see whats wrong with it. WHAAAT!?! When you pay $16,000 for a vehicle, you shouldnt have to start putting work and money into it near as soon as you drive it off the lot!!! Buyer Beware!!! And yes, im also contacting the BBB.

NO Miss Nicole, using a car for only short/in town driving DOES NOT damage the battery in any way, shape, or form. SEVERAL mechanics verified this to me.

Took it in to another place to make sure only the battery is the problem ~ and the battery in it is the ORIGINAL BATTERY. (6 years old) So your "Quality Inspections" before sale is infact a sham. You either did not do a thorough exam on my vehicle before sale, or you chose to ignore the fact that the battery was bad and chose not to replace it.

Heritage Service always takes amazing care of my vehicle. This is the only car doctor my vehicle goes to. The service writer Rick was great! The manager Wayne Pinter always makes sure everything goes smooth. The technician Cesar that handled my car did amazing job with my tires. All of them are very Respectful! 10/10 recommend Heritage Auto!
