Wish I could go lower than 1 star. They came to my business as we had some leaking from our roof and they had done the roof 10+ years ago. They told us up front there was an $85 trip charge and they charge $125 per hour times 2 guys they had to send. They start the charges when those 2 show up at work to load their truck I guess and then also while they are driving so not sure what the $85 trip charge is for. They got here at 12:30pm and we let them on the roof. Didn't see them again. Received a detailed report later with pictures that they couldn't find a leak anywhere (my service manager thought he fixed the problem earlier but we wanted it checked out to be sure before more rain). In the report, they stated that they walked across the street to Menard's and bought a tube of caulking as I guess that is not one of the things I paid for them to load onto their truck earlier. Not sure when they left, but I then received a bill for $1860.10. I guess I also paid for them to drive back to the office, do the detailed report I didn't ask for, and unload whatever tools I paid for them to load in the morning??? Total joke. $1860 for not finding a problem and putting on $15 worth of caulking.
