Russ worked on our roof in Prior Lake after we were solicited by one of those roofers that walk around after a storm. The previous company left us high and dry but only after taking a chunk off of our roof. We called Russ and he and his crew came out within weeks and they did a phenomenal job! Russ was professional and speedy, and even worked with us to straighten out our insurance claim and the hassle with the previous company. I would recommend him to anyone looking for roofing and/or construction services!

Russ is top notch in his industry. I had him work on our project and he fought hard for us to ensure our insurance covered what was needed and worked with them directly on anything that sprung up. Clean up was great and his crew were very respectful. There are thousands of roofers out there, and I believe I found the perfect one! Highly recommend!!

I have worked with Russ in the past and a few times in between. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in his work. He was recently here for a roof leak. He was at our house really soon after with a drone. He had the ability to see our roof right away. He has given us so much knowledge that we did not have before and has been great at communication the entire time. I would highly recommend Russ!

I’m not sure if I have ever met a contractor as personable and honest as Russ. We had some challenges with our roof due to a recent screen porch addition. Because of the pitch of the screen porch and where it connected to the roof we had the potential for ice dams and water leakage. Russ didn’t account for this in the original quote but took it upon himself to fix the issue before it became an issue for me on his own dime. That’s just because of the guy he is. It didn’t sit right with him to walk away with this potentially being a problem. I highly recommend Russ and Associated Construction.

I cannot say enough positive things about Russ. He was so generous with his time in order to make sure we understood the insurance claim process. Russ went above and beyond over the course of our work together as he walked us through each step of the process, advised us, and oversaw the project to completion.

We had extensive hail damage to our roof in the spring of 2022, and a neighbor recommended Russ Lis to us. I'm so glad because Russ was amazing to work with. Not only is he efficient honest and responsive, but he also cares about the integrity of the work completed by his company. (Not that the quality of the work has ever been in question.) Our roof looks fantastic, and the entire process from start to finish was so easy. Please note that after our roof job was complete, I never once found a piece of debris that had been left behind, and every inch of our home and property was left exactly the way it was before the roof crew worked on our home. I've learned the hard way that this is not the case with every company. If you need a new roof or roof repairs, Association Reconstruction is a reliable option that I highly recommend.

We had an overhaul on the house due to hail damage. Russ Lis contracted the best crews for roof, siding, gutters, etc. they did a fantastic job! Russ knows the insurance business well & he was able to get us all the above. We are more then pleased with the end result. Thanks to this company’s superior work!

Russ was extremely helpful when he came to take a look at our leaky roof. He was quick to come out upon request, and provided us with an honest, comprehensive assessment of our issue. The solve ended up not requiring his services, and was a simple patchwork that we were able to handle on our own. We really appreciated how he was transparent with us, who know very little about roof repair, to go with the option that was best for us, even though it didn't mean new business for him. We will certainly be working with Association Reconstruction in the future!

Professional, honest and all around great people! I am a local Realtor and Russ has gone above and beyond for several of my clients and family members. Even when another contractor could not get a claim approved Russ stepped in and made it happen! Association Reconstruction replaced a roof on out first home years ago and now just completed a roof, windows and gutters on our current home they did an amazing job both times. They are very thorough and make sure the final result is perfect. Their knowledge of exterior home repairs and the insurance industry make them my number one choice in roofing and siding! Rus & his team at Association Reconstruction are an all around class act. When our Associations Board of directors needed a company to deal with our storm damage issues, we were referred to Association Reconstruction by another team of directors from another association, and we were hands down pleased every step of the way. We had other construction companies we talked with prior that said we had too many “uphill battles” for them to overcome, and didn’t seem interested to help us with our needs. As soon as we met Rus & his team, we had a feeling we were in the right hands right away, and they proved that ten fold! I would give them 10 stars if we could! Thank you Rus & Team!
