The entire SERVPRO crew that took care of my flood and water damage did a outstanding, efficient, and superior customer service oriented job through the tire cleanup process. And particularly I would like to mention the two-man crew that came out on the last day of the crawlspace insulation removal and drying! They did an outstanding job and went over and beyond their normal job to help me through my damage. They even went as far as to asking and removing the washing machine, which caused all of the flooding in the house. They did it by themselves, not knowing that I actually am physically disabled from the military, and would have a struggle removing it on my own. Their personal thoughts and consideration of me beyond their normal work meant a lot to me personally, and says a whole lot about the Servpro company and especially your team. Amanda Flores, Karen and Rick, the folks i dealt with, were very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating always on time. Servpro should be very proud to have these fine professionals on its team.

the manager, amanda, refuses to give out her supervisors phone number to any of her employees. that alone should tell you enough about her “professionalism” and how she treats the people that work for her. also stole from her hard working employee, so i’m sure she would have no problem stealing from customers. very sad how she treats people.
