We just had Advanced Seamless Gutter replace our 35 year old system. It looks beautiful! The appointment was made quickly, the crew was great to work with and very efficient. The work here was not straightforward, requiring some juts and turns. I was really impressed at the care they took on the backside of my house where a section is out of level. They designed a system that would drain well. Their warranty is fantastic! These people know how to do a good job.

We had Vlad work on our gutters. He was polite, punctual and very efficient. For once we are waiting for rain to see how the newly patched gutters are holding up, but the experience we had was great.

We've hired Advanced Seamless Gutters to completely replace gutter systems on our first and now our second home. I originally went with this company because I got such a detailed and thoughtful estimate to redesign the gutter and downspout configuration on our first property that had too many downspouts, and water was not being directed to the lowest sloping parts of the property. Lots of water issues in that basement. After Advanced Seamless gutters installed the new gutters, no more issues with water. They also had to work with some tricky corners on the old home and installed some custom flashing to direct water properly into the gutter near where the roof met wall + chimney. Didn't charge me extra for that. So when we moved on from that house to another home this past winter, we had them replace the gutters here. Redesigned the downspouts for me again, got the big 6 inch gutters, and this fall we hired them to put on gutter guard and do a repair where a big tree branch had crushed a corner or the gutter. They're great at what they do, very knowledgeable, and we get fair pricing. I've been able to schedule in a timely manner, they review the work with me when it's done to make sure I'm satisfied. Konstantin from Advanced Basement Waterproofing was phenomenal. I was simply getting a quote to fix a water issue in my basement when we discovered a leak from my refrigerator. Before I knew it he was behind the fridge fixing the leak from the hose, running up and down the basement stairs to ensure everything was working properly. This before our review of the basement water issue, and he refused to accept any sort of payment for helping me. He then laid out all options for me for the basement, keeping in mind what my future plans for it will be (currently unfinished), and is working on a quote for the option that worked best for everything. They did a great job evaluating our basement problems, and were thorough in fixing them. Workers were careful and went above-and-beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Even after the job was completed, they provided suggestions to improve drainage around the house.

This is the second time we have used Advanced and both times we have been more than satisfied. This time Konstantinos Tkacheno. showed up when said he would - gave me a lot of advice- and showed me how to fix the problem myself - and promised to help in the future. The previous time one contractor proposed tearing out the basement floor. Advanced came and offered a better and less expensive solution. It worked.

We are very happy knowing that our gutters are equipped with the exact covers necessary for the slate roof on our 250-year-old home. It's a great relief knowing that we no longer have to worry about water from clogged gutters spilling over into our basement. Our craftsmen, Vlad and Jeff, were professional and very accommodating. I have an old colonial house built in 1830.
The fieldstone basement was solid but damp and leaking in a few places even though it is heated. Now my basement is perfectly dry, no more leaks and no more mold.
Advanced Basement first did the mold remediation cleaning and used big fans.
Then the very experienced and knowledgeable two masons spent one and a half weeks cementing all the walls in the two rooms with 8,000 lbs. of hydraulic cement. These two masons were very impressive, they should be on the This Old House show.
Next the painters Josh and his helper came and painted all the walls with a waterproof paint, they were great and did a fabulous job. Finally the outside foundation walls were sealed with the hydraulic cement. The masons checked everything and did a few final touches that I requested. There were two basement doors they had taken off and these were rehung with new hinges and new door pull handles. Everything was left in perfect condition.
Now I give friends who come to visit basement tours and they are all very impressed!

Had a few things done cellar door some waterproofing, landscaping, & hatchway & they did excellent work but at no fault to them had a hard time with hatchway it was the hatchway company that was horrible but Sergey & his crew stuck by me until it was right he went way out of his way for me & I appreciate it they are all very polite & professional inclusion the office people

This is by far the best contractor/company that I've worked with! The workers are responsible and highly professional! The work that has been done in my house is of a very high standard and great value. When I was doing a basement remodeling, they helped me to discover the termite damage and treat those damage for me immediately to prevent further damage. Additionally, they are good with renovation and investment. After renovations, I was able to improve the value of my house by about $20k and sold it for a good price. I am very thankful to have them because they guided me along to maximize the value of my house with a little spending. I will definitely recommend Advanced Seamless Gutters Inc to you all, not only because of the quality work they produced but their honesty and loyalty.

I was concerned about cracks in the raw concrete floor of my basement laundry/boiler room. These folks came out promptly; Did the complicated work in just a few days. I was looking at just some kind of sealing product, but I ended up with a beautiful tile floor. The office kept me informed of any schedule changes. Plus really friendly, kind guys doing the work.

Tried to get a quote for replacement gutters. Asked for and was assured 1st appt at 9am because I normslly leave for work around 7:30. At 9:15 I got a call from the estimator telling me he had other things to do and could not be there for another 15 minutes at least. I declined. I realize I'm just 1 customer so who cares but that phone call should have been made 15 min before the appt time, not 15 min after. Maybe too much to ask.?.

Drew was super helpful and the guys that installed the leaf guard and brand new gutters did an excellent job and cleaned everything up after. An excellent job!!! Would recommend to any looking for gutters!

My basement was a mess. It was taking in water from outside, and started smelling like mold because of the drywall. This team showed up nice and early and didn't stop until late at night. They are determined to get the job done quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Just call them, don't even think about it. They're the best prices, and get the job done right. I gave them 5 stars because that is the highest that they can get, but they are above 5 stars!! Came out, gave an estimate and did the work the next day. The job was better than what we were expecting. Great company and will definitely will use them for future jobs. Jay who did the estimate was great, communicated everything perfectly and got back to me right away. The installers were just as great, cleaned up everything and the gutters look perfect.

I made a huge mistake using Mr Home to fix my wet basement. I had gotten a quote from Robert at Advanced and went with the lower estimate. After the job was done so poorly that we were having all sorts of problems I called Robert again and groveled. I explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to come out and fix the poor workmanship, poor quality and loud thumping noise.. He was very understanding and was willing to work with us and expertly fixed everything that was done wrong. Sure I had to pay again, but I am certain he could have charged me more. In the end we are extremely happy with the workmanship and end result. When the prior company was done my sump pump was running constantly and making loud banging noises every 7 minutes. Now it's quiet, my basement is neat and dry and I couldn't be happier. Choose Advanced. You'll be happy you did!!

If I could give this company a rating of 10 stars I would because of their professionalism. Their workmanship, knowledge of their job and how each and every person that worked on my house were very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves every night and I could not be happier with the job they did. The end result was more then I hoped for. I no longer have water getting into my house which is a huge relief. If I ever needed anything else done in my home Advance Gutters will be my first phone call.

I had water issues for almost 10 years and had sought out multiple quotes in the past but never felt I had a true sense of what the project entailed and if there would be additional "hidden" costs once the project started. Advanced Basement's pricing was very fair and honest. I felt like I knew exactly what I was paying for. There were no surprises, and the quote was laid out in detail. As a single mom, this offered the reassurance I was looking for in hiring a company to do such a large project. The team who came in was respectful, and communicated exactly what was going on each day. They also made sure the basement was clean when the project was finished. Advance Basement waterproofing and mold remediation are superlative! They earn more than 5 stars.
After my renter moved out my basement had strong odor of mold. I called Robert and he came on out assessing my problem. He told me about a significant light mold situation but advised removing the walls to the Finished basement area as he suspected a much bigger problem.
Thankfully I took a deep breath and followed his expert advice. Ugh, he was right!
Hector and Josh were my workers! These two men are certainly the best of the best as is Robert.
The office staff, Sue is particular is also excellent!
I a significant basement Restoration project completed in the end.
Every step of the project Josh kept me informed. He showed me each problem encountered as the basement walls were revealed. Robert, Konstatin, Josh and Hector showed me each problem and discussed resolution approaches. I can’t say enough about the outstanding quality of the work performed by Josh and Hector. I now have a mold free, sealed dry basement. I even added a French drain with a sump pump just in case our global changes bring more severe weather our way!

Carlos Martinez and his crew were the most professional and hardest workers I have ever seen. They take pride in what they do.Asking your opinion on everything they do.Making sure the job is done correctly. Cleaning up after themselves and do more than the job called for.I would highly recommend this company for the basement waterproofing with the french drains and crack repairs in the
foundation .Then finishing the job with 8 yards of beautiful gravel on top of top soil and plastic.There is no chance of water getting through all this.Also Carlos and his crew were polite and on time doing the job fast working 12hr days if needed.

Would never recommend for anything. Had them install gutters to my house. They were great with communication at first, Talked to supervisor on scene and we chatted about replacing any rotted wood/fascia board and I thought everything was good. Day after work was completed my neighbor came to me and told me they were rushing the job and he didn’t see them replace any rotted boards. So I put my ladder up to roof, and saw lots of rotted wood.
Called two supervisors and chatted and thought they would come back to complete job the right way And they ignored me after two more texts. No wonder they were cheap. Never again.

I wasn’t gonna post this bad review but since they ignored me, this is what you deserve.

Absolutely phenomenal craftsmanship and attention to detail. The owner was the one who is still out working on the ladder,And he treated my house like it with his own. I highly recommend this company to anybody and everybody getting gutters in the area. Price was excellent I have zero complaints what so ever! Definatly dont look anywhere else if you live in this area!

Advanced Basement Waterproofing did an excellent job and were courteous, prompt, and really cleaned up the site nicely. They test every drain as they go and get the grade right. I recommend them without any reservations. Their pricing was competitive.

This company is awsome!
Our basement leaked;water every time during the heavy rain. Several companies game me estimates for a french drain but this company was the only one that correctly identified where all the water was coming from and where the french drain needed to be installed. The work crew came without delays, worked hard and did a great job. Overall, I couldn't be more happier with the work done and I am enjoying a dry basement.

Have had the guys out twice. Hired them when I first purchased the home to do the second story gutters and down spouts! Happy, and then had them back to do the 1st story and add gutters to porch roof to keep water away from the foundation. They not only did a professional job, but were creative in making the downspouts connect and be aesthetically pleasing for good curb appeal.

No show..no call 1st scheduled day 4 gutter cleaning. Showed for reschedule did a good job. Office girl very pleasant. Will call again next year.

Advanced Seamless Gutters, Inc was brought in by the general contractor for our Chicopee remodeling project. Because we were changing the front roof line, we needed to replace the front gutter. After moving back into our house and seeing how well the new gutter was working, we decided to replace the back gutter as well. We worked with our general contractor to bring this company back to replace the back gutter. They showed up on time and we were impressed by how well the clean-up was done. No clippings, screws or debris was found in the yard. The installer was very professional and personable. We give this company the highest rating.

It was such a strange experience. So the salesman came out. he was super nice. We walked around and he assured me what he drew up would be great. He gave us an unbelievable price of $1300. He kept saying that he didn't work on commission so he could give us that price.
Fast forward to the day of installation and the installer called me multiple times during work. I had to leave work to come home. He told me that what the salesman said wouldn't work and that we needed to walk around and get a new price. So we walk around and he talks me into giant industrial gutters that "I needed." I was under the impression that I was getting them anyhow but that doesn't really matter at this point. So I agreed and this doubled the price. He took of a couple hundred if I payed cash. I agreed. This was already super sketchy but it gets even worse.

I asked the guy if they would honor the coupon from Angie's list. They wouldn't. This is after their certified salesman screwed up my quote and this new price was double what I supposed to pay.

The next day I had to leave work early so I could get cash and get home to pay these guys. They completed the work I paid and they left. The first rain with the gutters was super strong and water got behind the back and side house gutters. I waited a couple of weeks to call the company because I thought maybe it was just the storm. NOPE. Water pours into my back porch behind my gutters. This didn't happen before the gutters were in place. I bought gutters to get water further from the house and this is not happening.

When you call the company you get connected to a call center and they call you back. After 2 days I finally received a call back and was told that this was not the companies problem. That flashing was not part of the job and that this is an after market expense. I was told that I could measure and go to their business, purchase and pick up flashing to install myself. This was god damn ridiculous. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I am now out $2600 and now have to spend more money to hopefully get the water to move away from the house the way it did BEFORE I had gutters.
