Last week we had a sewer back up in our basement with about 6 to 8 inches of water. I called Servpro and Nate was out that same afternoon to review the situation and give us an estimate The following day, we signed the paperwork and his crew was here to get started. They returned every day Till they finished. they created a Servpro text message so everyone could stay in communication and on the same page. Nate was very knowledgeable about not only our situation and the hazards with the waste that was in our basement but also about the Procedures that they use The crew was very respectful to us and our property Their support and caring attitude really made this a much less stressful situation for us They did a wonderful job and I am so pleased that I would recommend Nate and his crew at Servpro Toledo East for any one who is in need of a restoration of any kind.

My experience with SERVPRO began when my careless neighbors started a fire in their home that involved my home. SERVPRO responded quickly and covered roof and windows to avoid further damage. Nathan Chrisman, the Project Manager for Mitigation, instantly became my Guardian Angel! Nathan brought his team in to clear the debris to make way for the restoration team. Victoria, Angi, Ronaldi, Ray, Jonathan and John were all very professional, hard working, kind and compassionate. These people went above and beyond. They recognized what a traumatic event this horrible disaster has been for me. They CARED. I thank each and every one of them! I hope the managers of this company realize and recognize these very valuable people.

WOW! ServPRO employees are A-MA-ZING! My sister had a house fire when her neighbor’s house was engulfed and caught hers. Nathan Chrisman and his entire mitigation team were so supportive and caring. They arrived within an hour of contact with the insurance agent. Jeremy West has been very informative about the reconstruction phase. All of the mitigation workers were considerate of the trauma my sister has gone through. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

I am so happy with the job Servpro did with my basement, the workers all were very professional and pleasant to be around. My basement looks brand new. I have to save the best for last nothing would have gotten accomplished if I never came across Nate, he made it happen, I was getting frustrated, and loosing hope. Nate did everything in his power to get everything done and approved. On a scale 1-10 he’s an 11 he definitely tips the scale. We are so impressed, we had some water damage in our commercial building, and we only had a few days before we needed to be open to the public. Gaston and his crew were excellent, and truly lived up to the phrase “ like it never happened “. The ServPro team responded immediately when called for a recent emergency. The onsite supervisor was at the site within 20 minutes of my call and was my onsite contact until the job was completed. Nate Chrisman was a lifesaver and made sure all aspects of the projected were completed to my satisfaction. He is an asset to the company and will be my go to person in the future.

I have used multiple local mitigation services in the past, and ServPro was by far the best! Professional, hard working, staff, and so much attention to detail. Supervisor, Nate, was always in touch and never hesitated to ensure I was happy with their work and answered all of my questions promptly. As a homeowner, I hope I never have another large loss again, but if I do ServPro will be who I use and recommend to anyone.

After the drain was cleared, ServPro staff removed any residual water from the tile and removed the carpet and padding which was bagged up. However, the smelly carpet and padding was left in the basement for 2 days and wet boxes with books were put on shelves we were trying to save. Also, on the first day they left the front screen door propped open and the front door open. The majority of work tearing up the tile and fake wood paneling was done on the fourth day. They ran blowers for several days and removed all the moisture. We were happy with the completed project.

The crew that arrived to do extraction did an excellent job. The crew that arrived for mitigation was very pleasant but seemed to be poorly trained, had inadequate equipment, and little or no supervision. The extraction response was excellent but ensuing interactions were disappointing. We elected not to go through ServePro for repairs.

I was so surprised by how nice and caring the team was. I had a bad experience in the past with another business. I did not expect such an amazing experience this time around. They were so nice and helpful got the job done and cleaned up everything. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!

The service provided was phenomenal. Nate and Adam Chrisman were very honest and up front about everything. They kept us in the loop 100 percent of them time whether it was an issue they found in the house or to relay a message from insurance. Also Gaston who was the lead on the project tear out was amazing as well! He was very thorough and his guys were fast moving and productive I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

I called them to take a look at a commercial unit that had a pipe burst. They sent their tech out, Dean. When I asked him for a price for the job, he avoided the question. After he went out to look at it, he said I can have someone start the work now and get you a price later. I told him I’m not comfortable with that. Knowing we have another company looking at the unit, he said “then we’re not interested in quoting against anyone else.” Any company that won’t give you a quote before the work starts isn’t someone I would want to work with. The ironic part is that it’s an insurance claim. We aren’t looking for the best price, but the best work from competent and trustworthy people. They did not seem to embody the trustworthiness.

We've had water and hail damage at our house. The mitigation team and restoration team finished our first claim with the water damage and it was a great experience. We then had a tornado with hail damage. Mark, Wayne, John C., Roger, John the painter, Tyler, Nick, and Zach were great. They take the time to get it done right the first time. We had numerous neighbors asking us how they could get the estimate and work done so quickly. They worked directly with the insurance and work through all of the issues. I don't remember all of the mitigation team members but their response was sometimes within hours of the call. Keep the Faith, team Fosdick.

We had major water damage in our basement from the recent rain storm. Servpro was phenomenal!!! Nate came to assess and gave an estimate a day earlier than we were quoted so that helped to put our mind at ease. The actual cleaning team of Ron and George came within a few days and they were extremely hard working, professional, knowledgeable and explained each step of the process. They worked nearly nonstop for 2 days to get us cleaned and sanitized. Dean’s follow up visit, readings and further explanations were also professional and greatly beneficial. We highly recommend Servpro for any water damage issues!

We had a water leak while away. What a homecoming!! Servpro was contacted by insurance company and they responded that very night in early evening. They brought dryers and equipment that evening and got to work! The men who came that night for mitigation, as well as the men who worked for weeks to make this right, were great. Professional, conscientious, kind and funny! They began to feel like family...and they were kind and patient with me, an over-anxious female!!! Don't hesitate to call them!...they gave me back my beautiful house!!!
