Pinnacle Roofing removed the old shingles & installed a new roof for us in a little over one day. Excellent equipment & they protected the siding & plants. Started a little after 7:30 in the morning & left after 8:00 that evening. Finished the cleanup the next morning. (A little over 42 squares of shingles) Very pleased with their flashing details & the roof looks great. Highly recommend this company.

I live in Wood County , which is where they are located and where they service. I called for a quote , which seemed simple. Gave them my address and name and phone number all that stuff. Told them it was just for my 2 car garage right now because that’s all I need done. Well about a week and a half later I get phone messages from them saying that they won’t service me because “I live over 2 1/2 hours away” I am not sure what they were talking about so I called them back for them to explain. They simply rushed me off the phone and said they’d “look into it” and call me back. I haven’t heard from them since. Maybe it’s because I only wanted my garage done and they don’t care about that project?? But that’s very unprofessional if you ask me. I don’t live that far away from them , this was a huge mistake on their end.

I had the pleasure of working with this company on getting a new roof for my 89 year old grandmother. My grandmother had several holes in her roof to the point that when it rained it came inside to her attic. The owner of this company was very professional he called to check in to see if we had any questions, comments, and or concerns he was even at the site to ensure the work was getting done or if the guys needed a hand. The workers did a marvelous job and cleaned up once they was done left NOTHING behind. I was very pleased with the job performance and the time frame of which they said they was going to have the job completed by, and it was done on time.
