A Gentleman arrived from ServePro, took an air sample, and discovered Mold. He cleaned the vents, and discovered the mold was being pulled into my apt, from an outside issue. He was able to convey how to fix the problem in a very polite, and Professional way. His name was Bobby, and I would recommend this Gentleman 100%. Thank you ServPro for sending A Professional with a plethora of knowledge. I Truly Recommend SERVPRO .

Completely uncommunicative! Did not show up on time or when promised! Failed to provide copies of documents as requested! Owner (Richard) got an attitude when I spoke with him on the phone and kept interrupting me.

I would not recommend doing business with these people.

Drug all of their equipment out of my house and put next to the street for them to pick up.

09/06/24 Followup on review reply from Servpro.

The owner states that their equipment was damaged but I would point out that there was never an inquiry from Servpro about the condition of the equipment, there is nothing in their reply stating the nature of any claimed damages, and they reported to the insurance company that their equipment was damaged, but again no explanation of the nature of the damages.

For the record, Servpro was completely unprofessional, stated that they did not want to do business with me because of my insistence that they communicate their schedules with me and show up on time or call in advance if there was a change. I moved their fully functional equipment to the curb for them to pick up.

Any intimation that the equipment was damaged is just a straight up fabrication by the owner, or as it is normally called... A LIE! I challenge the company to take me to court to prove otherwise.

I contracted with ServPro to clean out my deceased mother's house which, to say the least, was very, very filthy. ServPro jumped on the work quickly to allow us to get it on the market within a week. I appreciate the efforts of Mark and his team.

THE WORST!!!
ServPro will gladly take your money. Don't count on them after you've hired them though because they DO NOT REPLY TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. Since ServPro is franchised, I'm only complaining about this one. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. They didn't do what they're supposed to do and said they'd do so now I have mold. Ughhh!!!!!

Prompt, Professional, and Polite, are three words that come to mind with the service we received with Servpro! They did an excellent job and completed the job in a timely manner.

Our finished basement recently flooded and Will & Dasia from Servpro were very thorough and professional. In a difficult time for us, we are glad to have Servpro on our side.

Connor and Garrett were amazing. They walked us through the whole process and kept us informed as they worked. These two young men represented their company extremely well. We will highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Lyn of Sussex County, Delaware, Serv-Pro, did a wonderful job cleaning out our dryer vent. He was very thorough. Explained the process. Showed me photo of inside of the dryer vent. We had the vent cleaned a few years ago by a different company, but my dryer was giving me an error code. Just thought it needed another cleaning. Little did I know that the previous cleaning wasn’t the right way. The other company only sucked out lint from the outside. The proper cleaning, according to Lyn, is from the inside first, then outside. I am very happy with the result.

I just wanted to say Janet and Chloe came out to clean my brother in law house after he passed and they were wonderful!!!!! The only negative is lack of communication from the office.

Janet and Jeff were professional and responsive in leading the remediation from start to finish. My questions were answered and concerns addressed. A pleasure working with this team. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a fire aftermath.

John and Roland where two of the nicest young men I have had the pleasure to have performed work in my home in many years. They where not only polite but very respectful of myself and my wishes. Hard working and thorough. Please keep them and a raise was well earned ;)

Soot removal. Thank you Janet and Tootie for giving us the time to explain the best things we could do to minimize the spread of the soot. They cleaned the top of paddle fans, door frames, covered vents till Brandon could get here, shampoo the wall to wall carpets and so much more. Janet and Tootie were the best in checking what should have been cleaned the prior weeks. Thank you Janet and Tootie for some great, friendly service.

Our deepest thanks to Willow for her terrific work! She was the first on the scene of our significant mold problem. She emplaced all the heavy dehumidifiers and air scrubbers and tackled the walls and furniture cleaning and later picked up the equipment with Stephen. Thanks to both of them!

Dan was very professional and provided excellent and efficient cleaning services. He did an awesome job with the service requested. He was very diligent and kept me updated on the progress of the work. Thank you Servpro for providing excellent service.

Janet and Tootie did a fantastic job. Carpeting looks new. They we on time and went right to work. A great team. Will recommend for sure.

Absolute WORST communication. We have been waiting almost 2 months now to get smoke damage resolved in our house. We have an infant in our home and having a smoke smell is not good for her especially. The reconstruction manager went on vacation, which is fine and normal, however, no one reached out to let us know about the delay nor did they have someone else take over cases. So for 2 weeks we thought they were working on things, yet when we called to follow up because we hadn't heard anything, NOTHING had been done. We can't even get ahold of Jordan the reconstruction manager. Both my husband and I have left multiple voicemails and emails. No one can seem to help us. We are beyond frustrated and need things done asap. I know someone who used to work for Servpro and this is the absolute WORST service according to them. This is not how a Servpro should be ran. Would not recommend reaching out to this branch.

Janet & Kevin came on time with all the right equipment and did a real good job cleaning the carpet and furniture.

Janet and Tootie were amazing! They were on time, got right to work, and the results were fabulous. They are super sweet to talk to with a great sense of humor! I appreciated that they made sure to relay the message to be careful due to the carpets being slippery. This is great for me to be aware of since it is myself and my grandparents in our home. Overall, just a wonderful experience. We would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat :)

Fast and efficient cleanup. Everyone was very responsive. Nick Tana did a great job with reconstructing everything back to the way it originally was!

My condo unit had interior smoke and soot damage due to a fire in an adjoining unit. SERVPRO personnel are handling the cleanup efficiently and in a very professional manner. Everyone I have dealt with, Amanda, Janet, Tootie, Sandy, Cherie, Libby, Brandon, Jon, and Nick, have all been excellent in their respective areas. They really do strive to make it “like it never happened”.

I had water damage to two floors in my home. Marissa came in to perform the the demo and clean up of the affected areas. She was top notch. Fast, efficient and friendly. Clean up was excellent. Would not hesitate recommending her services.

My experience with everyone at SERVPRO has been outstanding from my first call out. I had a hot water pipe break in my crawl space which ended up ruining my floors and hall bathroom. Eddie Cluesman and his team came out to my house within 30 minutes and started the cleanup and restoration process. They took the time to fully explain every step to me and provided me with the necessary drying materials. Nick Tana and Jordan Chisenhall spearheaded the reconstruction of my floors, bathroom and other damaged areas. They answered every call and also walked me through every step. Their ability to explain construction in laymans terms to me was so appreciated, as I knew absolutely nothing before hand. They helped me pick out the best products for my house and set me up with an awesome contractor. The work all looks incredible and I’m glad I used them for my project. Thanks again guys!

I never got to receive any services beyond the initial call and visit to see the damages. After they took the initial call I was passed around voicemail world. They kept saying they will get someone to get back to my by the end of the week. This went on for about 4 weeks. I still don’t know why.

I was satisfied with SERVPRO's professional and attentive service with a thorough clean up of soot in my basement from boiler blow back. I would recommend their services.

I had a flood in the downstairs of my home. This phenomenal team of professionals responded . They worked quickly, efficiently and were so caring about my personal items. they answered all my questions thoroughly and with concern. A very special thank you to Tyler w, Jose, Amilcar, Frank , Hugo and Carl for making a disastrous situation a little more tolerable. I would highly recommend them.

Servpro was incredible. They saved us. We had soot damage from a backed up gas fireplace and they have put our house back together. The folks at ServPro of Sussex County have been absolutely marvelous to work with. I have a major water loss in my Rehoboth Beach home. From the initial telephone call, to every worker in my home, everyone has been pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. I recently used Servpro to remove mold and water from my car. My air conditioner leaked inside causing a horrible mold buildup and smell. Everyone at Servpro was excellent to work with! They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job they did and even did a few extra touchups- which I really appreciated. The really did a thorough and fantastic job getting rid of the smell, and the inside of my car looked brand new when I picked it up! They even bagged the loose change they found while cleaning. You can call that they all take great pride in the job they do-and it was much appreciated! Thanks again-I can now ride confidently with my windows rolled up!
