The servepro demo team was phenomenal. Andrew, Thomas, Jonathan and Sam took their jobs very seriously and acted in a very professional manner. They were prompt and efficient at removing the damaged ceiling and carpet, they moved the furniture in the affected rooms with care. Any questions or concerns I had they addressed on the spot. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with them.

When a tree fell on my house I had someone recommend Servpro and I'm so happy I went with them. The contents manager Kayla helped walk me through the process of a renters insurance claim. She answered all my calls and texts promptly even after hours. Having her deal with insurance and submitting all the documents for me was such a stress relief. I cant thank Servpro enough.

Kayla and Alissa was awesome with my pack out. They went above and beyond to make my transition smooth.

ServPro of Spartanburg had representatives on site within an hour of the fire trucks leaving! They were terrific about sealing up the space immediately. Then, they tore back everything that had smoke damage. Kevin, Andrew, Mikey and Sam were on top of this project from start to finish. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing remediation services!!!!

Unfortunately, a part in the water supply line inside our refrigerator failed, and water leaked between the subfloor and hardwoods in our home for several days before it was detected. SERVPRO of Spartanburg did the remediation in a very timely manner. We were impressed with the promptness of service and communications, so we opted to stay with SERVPRO of Spartanburg for the repairs. Since our entire home is hardwood (except bathrooms, of course) we had to move out of our home for the repairs and ALL of our household belongings had to be moved into storage during the repair process. We cannot say enough good things about Kayla (and Alyssa). Kayla orchestrated the entire pack-out/storage/pack-in process in order to cause the least disruption to our lives. She, and the rest of the team were compassionate, respectful, and efficient. Thank you so much, SERVPRO of Spartanburg team!

Fantastic service provided by courteous and knowledgeable professionals.

Our house had water damage to some of our ceilings after Hurricane Helene, and a different group removed the damaged ceiling but did not schedule us to have it replaced. When we tried to schedule it with them they never followed back up.

After reaching out to SERVPRO of Spartanburg it was only a matter of days for them to review the scope of the work and hash things out with our insurance. The repairs, along with painting to match the original paint job, was done in less than a week. Every single person I worked with was professional, kind, and likeable, and would explain everything they did and were planning to do. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I need anything done in their job sphere again they will be the first people I reach out to for sure.

Zach and his team did a PHENOMENAL job helping us out when my shower head broke and flooded my basement! They were quick to respond and extract all the water with no issues. Would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE- Great experience from start to finish with the remediation team! My upstairs flooded and ServPro of Spartanburg sent Andrew and Brooklyn out within an hour and half of calling to begin the water removal process. They were so friendly and informative of the process and worked very quickly. Andrew was back every day this week to continue the demo process (this time with Sam). Andrew continued to be great to work with, answering my many questions throughout the process (even after hours via text). Sam was wonderful as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I am so thankful for them!
For the reconstruction process, we had Cooper as our project manager. He was a pleasure to work with as well! He was so kind and professional. He got the team in as soon as possible to begin reconstructing my 2nd floor and the garage ceiling, and communicated very well all throughout the process. He even helped me pack up items from the rooms upstairs to put in storage before the work started. I am very thankful for him! This was a stressful situation for me and my family, but the ServPro of Spartanburg teams truly made it as pleasant of an experience as possible! And my upstairs looks better than it did the day we moved into the house!

Jason @ Servpro was awesome! Our garbage disposal leaked and cause a lot of damage to our cabinetry. His team checked in multiple times to supervise the mitigation process all the way to the end. I would highly recommend Servpro for these types of jobs.

November 6 of 2025 I purchased a brand new home. When the washer was delivered and installed the worker failed to put the drain hose in the drain pipe. The worker set the washer on a cycle to show it worked. He left it running and left. I had no idea the hose wasn't in the drain pipe. After a little while I saw water pouring out of the laundry room. New to the area I didn't know who to call to fix my new floors but remembered seeing a Servpro commercial.
So they came. They were very friendly and took measurements of the damaged areas. Left one dehumidifier, came back in 3 weeks to pull up the flooring and put down a covering. I was using the insurance from the business I purchased the washer from.
I couldn't believe how much Servpro charged the insurance company for the relatively small area but ok, what do I know. Eventually Servpro was able to send another person to remeasure the damaged area. A few weeks later the insurance company called saying they were sending an independent adjuster to assess the damaged area also. After that Servpro sent me an invoice showing what they would be charging for the renovation. So, Servpro charged nearly $4,000 for the mitigation and now the invoice for the reconstruction was another $5,000!
The insurance company called me saying that the whole job including mitigation should have only cost $7,000. So I contacted a builder, who also does side jobs, and asked for an estimate. He came back with an estimate of $2,000 including materials and labor.
Also after he measured I realized that Servpro was adding square feet and charging extremely inflated prices.
I took photos to show it wasn't a large area.
I will think twice before ever using Servpro again!

Miranda C and her mitigation team were PHENOMENAL and very professional!!!! I can’t THANK her enough. She came out on day one of my kitchen fire. She was very reassuring that she would take of me. Although I wish I could’ve of used her the entire time I truly understand her role. Her team was top notch during the cleaning process THANK YOU Andrew and team you guys ROCK!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company and the staff. After hurricane Helene came through we had damage from a tree that had fallen on our house. My first experience was with Kayla. She has been nothing but sweet and helpful. Whenever I had a question or concerns she answered my texts quickly. My second experience was with the demolition team. Miranda was here when the insurance adjuster was here. She was very thorough. Saul, Andrew, Dillon and the rest of the team were great, too. They explained everything they were doing and why. They left everything the way it was, no debris left behind. They even swept my front walkway before they left! They were very professional and went above and beyond. I'm very pleased with this company and it's staff. Thank you all!

Our basement was an ocean of water after Helene, and we had no electricity. Servpro amazed us with their promptness, empathy and care. Stephan and Miranda were so nice even when the job was much more than initially thought, and another Miranda was called in. We were really relieved when we learned Servepro doesn't just remove water, but also has remedies to prevent mold, etc.

I had a leak coming through the sealing over my living room and Server Pro in Spartanburg came out and did a fantastic job! Great communication and accurate time frames. Thanks to Saul, Andrew, Dillon, Sam and Miranda for being awesome!

Dylan and Brandon did an expert job opening up our water damaged ceiling, wall and floor and gave expert assessments on damage. They encountered a few snakes skins and ants in the ceiling as well which added to the drama. They were very neat and did a great cleanup. I highly recommend Servpro of Spartanburg.

Miranda Carrie’s professionalism and expertise made this experience a breeze. She assisted with everything with my adjuster and was very knowledgeable.

The team that did the work on my basement that was flooded from the hurricane did a great job. They took good care of my belongings while moving them out into a pod I rented. They worked quickly to get the water out and got all the sheetrock and trim pulled out along with the carpet very quickly and carefully. They took what items couldn't be salvaged and disposed of all the trash as well. When repairs were completed Dillon and Brandon came and moved everything back in place making sure not to damage the freshly painted walls and took great care with all my belongings.
I felt for all the work done it was a fair price. Every one that I spoke with or came to do the work were very friendly and professional.

The communication and concern here is INCREDIBLY poor. I called and spoke to Trina on a Tuesday who scheduled with me an appointment for Thursday at 1pm. She said they would come and inspect and could work with the insurance adjuster so I wouldn't have to. 1 o'clock, no inspector. 2 o'clock I called and left a message for Trina to return my call. 3 o'clock I called and they said Trina had gone to lunch, so I spoke with Kayla who said they aren't doing quotes right now, only repair. I asked how do they know what to repair if they haven't even been here to inspect?! Finally received a call from Trina at almost 4:30 who told me she didn't know why no one showed and could not have cared less that I scheduled my day to be here and now will be taking my business elsewhere. This was my first experience with Servepro and I can guarantee it will be my last.

Dillon was compassionate and informative about the process. He was calm and didn't make me feel uncomfortable about asking questions.

Zach, Stephan, and Chris did a great job cleaning up after our septic backed up into our home during Helene! Timely, Professional, Thorough, and we could not be more appreciative of their efforts to keep our home liveable. GREAT!

I knew every step of the way what was happening and going to happen next. We recently had water damage to our kitchen and living room from a severe rain and windstorm. As you can imagine water damage is a very uncomfortable feeling for many reasons. We weren't able to get a company out as soon as we can due to the Labor Day holiday. As soon as ServPro of Spartanburg was assigned to our home they came out the same day. It was actually late in the evening and we were so appreciative. They started working that night and came prepared with everything they would need each time they came. They also did everything they said they would do, every single time and they also had a true concern for our time and concerns. They called 45 minutes in advance each day to give us notice of their arrival and if they would work for us. Melissa is a wonderful and thorough team leader and when her part was done Gabby did a wonderful job keeping us at ease and addressing our concerns. This team Melissa, Gabby, Bryant, Cristi and Chris restored peace of mind for us!

I'm so pleased with the work Melissa and Steven did in my home. Both Melissa and Steven were professional and they went above and beyond to resolve the problem.

My toilet over flowed for over an hour.I contacted my insurance company and they had me call a plumber to found a blockage in the sewage line. Next the insurance company referred Servpro to to the water restoration part and left my master bathroom and master bedroom a mess. They came in gutted my bathroom. They were supposed to take the tub out but was told by their supervisor not too. They tore all the insulation out from under the tub area and left the humidifier and dryer under the tub area about 3 weeks and said the area was still wet. They still didn't notify my insurance company of the second leak and my insurance company will not pay for it, yet Servpro got paid. It has been 6 months everything still tore up. In June they removed the humidifier and blower from under my house and damaged my sewage pipe and I had to gave it fixed. I called the technicians supervisor and he said they didn't do it. There was always 2 technicians in June 3 came. What they don't realize is that my cameras picked up everything even conversations. I would never recommend Servpro to anyone. They are shady and not trust worthy.

Servpro (and Davis D.) went above and beyond to meet our needs in our difficult schedule. Work has been completed exactly as explained to us, and each employee working on our case has been very kind, courteous, and professional. We highly recommend Servpro!

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered. Called them out for an estimate and it turns out the guy was off that day. Made another appointment and met him at the home. He told me he would call me by the next day to give me the estimate. No call two days later, so I called and left a message. Still no call a week later. Obviously they don’t need my business.

READ BEFORE CHOOSING SERVPRO “SPARTANBURG”.
We had a leak and needed mold remediation and rebuild. I read the reviews and thought it was safe to choose them because of all the positive reviews. Also, when I called, the rep sounded friendly and knowledgeable. We hired them—the work LOOKS professional (the van, machines, etc.) After mold remediation, we used another company to test for mold so that we can be sure it was unbiased and remediated. The way Servpro incorrectly set up the remediation, instead of getting rid of mold they spread black mold throughout our entire home and through our vents! Servpro said they would not bill us for their negligence and also cover the incurred costs (we had to have the other company retest 3 times! $800 for first test. And $500 for next two tests. And we were in a hotel for 3 months for just mold remediation when it only takes days to remediate mold.) Then, we received a bill that was way over the amount and none of our incurred expenses were covered along with a threat to put a contractor’s lien.

Servpro sounds and looks professional but they are dishonest and inexperienced. The positive reviews may be coming from people they know and others who just hired them but didn’t take the extra step to check their work… sadly, they are probably living in home thinking the mold was remediated but actually living with mold. Mold is so bad for everyone’s health so if you’re paying to get rid of it then I’d choose a different company for sure.

After our experience, I went back to read the few negative reviews and wish I would have paid more attention to the negative experiences and warnings.

I hope this company really reconsiders the quality and character of your business. This is a money making business for you but a loss for those who trusted you to do the work properly. I look at your positive reviews and feel sorry for those who are living in their homes thinking mold was remediated but instead they are living in health hazardous condition with mold spores. And years later, if they have health problems it’s difficult to prove after so much time passed that your company failed to remediate mold because other factors can be blamed due to passage of time. We decided not to sue your company but just pay the dishonest billing amount. Your negligence costed us over $15,000! If a customer of yours are in this same situation and decides to follow through with lawsuit, and contacts me to be a witness, I hope to be a help to them because I have saved proof of all communications and receipts, and can easily prove Servpro’s negligence and false billing.

I highly advise going with another contractor. But if it’s Servpro, I’d choose a different location!!

We had a house fire but it was retained to the attached garage only thankful to God. Servpro did a half way good job, but many items that were to be cleaned were
NEVER returned power tools, new 55” TV, Antique headboard. Beware !!!!!!

My experience with SERVEPRO was great! Josh Brock and Will Cater were very helpful! Josh was kind enough to come out to the property at the last minute. Will also come out to the property and answered all of the questions I threw his way. Will was able to take care of a small mold issue from a leak. He was very professional and always had a smile on his face! I definitely would use ServePro again and recommend them to coworkers, family, and friends!

Aside from some miscommunication in the very beginning, Servpro has done an excellent job. Dallas took time to make sure that I understood every step that was being taken. The crew that did the cleaning was amazing! Missy, Ben and Gabby were very personable, professional and paid attention to detail. They went the extra mile to make us happy.
