The crew assigned to handle my damage and mold problem were from this branch. Roland, Marty, Juan, and Rick were absolutely superb. They carefully cleaned and packed the small items and made sure everything was safe before starting the removal. They did a great job with the damage removal and were quick to boot. The follow up testing showed no spores at all. This crew was A+, professional in every sense.

ServPro was at our home immediately after Hurricane Helene. They evaluated/tested all areas of our lower level, explained in detail what they would do in the cleanup process, took many pictures, sent pics to our insurance company, worked tirelessly, were incredibly kind and thoughtful, took ALL wet/destroyed materials from our home—-so efficient and caring at the same time. We just recently had work done by Servpro after a horrible summer kitchen fire . From start to finish it was a very comfortable process. The entire staff was very attentive to my concerns as well as the crew that did the work were very nice as well as professional.
So much so that I left my home open to use the restroom and had no worries . I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Seeing devastation with our condo filled us with dispare and anxiety, within 4 days of being on site Jeff’s team restored our faith and confidence that our condo was going to be like new again . The remediation was completed and the restoration process is ready to begin. Jeff said what he was going to do and when he was going to do it and held true to his word . Due to a recent flood in our condo, we called Servo Pro at 9:00pm on Good Friday. They had a crew in house in less than 1 hour. Cleaned up the water, a dozen dryers and a couple dehumidifiers for the eater weekend and we were back to normal. Excellent service from the crew and every person I worked with (5 separate employees), all awesome. When they found out we were paying out of pocket, they really helped us financially too. Our ServPro of South Brevard Team has been very professional and very polite throughout our water damage claim. When a pipe burst inside our walls (flooding 5 rooms), ServPro responded immediately. They kept us updated every step of the way throughout mitigation and reconstruction process. They offered support while we were going through insurance mediation. Once that was all clear, they stepped up and fixed horrific construction issues caused by a contractor recommended by our homeowners insurance company. ServPro gladly came back on the job and completed this project properly; as well as provided suggestions and support wherever possible. We recently suspected an under-slab leak that soon became an above-slab leak producing water in our house. After calling my insurance company, ServePro was dispatched to clean up and assess the situation. David and Tyreek (sp?) were assigned to our case. They called to let me know they were enroute (ahead of the scheduled time), arrived promptly, and were very thorough in their assessment. The use of David's personal FLIR camera (since the company has not yet provided one) in addition to moisture meters helped confirm our suspicions regarding the source of a leak. They explained all of the steps along the way and answered every question that I had. They placed equipment to ensure my family and I were safe. Well done, gentlemen! ServePro continue to hire leaders like David and able technicians like Tyreek.

I had a terrible experience. My home was terribly damaged due to the 2022 hurricanes (Daytona area). I reach out to ServPro franchise in the area to help me with the mold. Lee Hokaj, Randy Barnett, and Bill McCauley were assigned to do estimate. Lee and Randy gave me the run around for 3 months to get the estimate after many many calls, text and emails. I realize they are busy, so I disregarded the poor follow-up. The insurance had a few follow-up questions about the incomplete estimate so they then sent me to Bill. He then gave me an ultimatum, to sign the contract to do the work or they would not provide the follow-up to the insurance company. I have now discovered, they purposefully wrote an incomplete estimate so they could give an ultimatum at the very end of the approval process. I guess that is the sales strategy in this area. In reality, it wasn't needed and we were fully prepared and excited to work with them. I explained my dilemma and concern that if in the event the estimate would be declined, I would be legally obligated to still get the work done. Then he said "he wouldn't hold a gun to my head holding me responsible to the contract if the insurance company declined the repair." With all the gun violence the way it is today, this was so startling and unprofessional on so many level. He began to state I may have motives to get approved and use someone else. Making all sort of salacious hypothetical scenario about what we could do - out of no where. Nuts. Now I am concerned these people, particularly Bill, after his statement, has my address and so much personal information could actually resort to violence on us . This is a franchise. Although backed by the corporate office, this is run like a good ole boys operation and based on my interactions with them, its apparent they are a franchise and are not appropriately representing the ServPro brand. Their owners should be outraged by their unprofessional behavior. So calculating and cunning. Beware! They try to take advantage of the elderly and people in distress. The try to strong arm people into contracts with them regardless if work has been approved by the insurance company or not. I do not recommend at ALL. Use a local company.

We have used this company twice and have been totally satisfied. They were so helpful and everyone that we worked with was excellent in their jobs. They came out in record time to help clean up after a pipe burst in my grandparents home! The guys were super professional and were so polite to help my sweet grandparents on a Sunday afternoon! Absolutely grateful for them!

ServPro was at our flooded home within an hour of our call fully prepared and immediately began removing water and setting up dryers and dehumidifiers . We are very grateful for their quick and through response.

The Main water pipe leading into our house burst behind the wall of the laundry room on a Saturday around 11 AM. ServPro crews were contacted by noon, arrived promptly, assessed site, and set up drying equipment in 3 separate rooms, all by 2pm. Their quick response greatly mitigated the potential damage we could have experienced. Crews then revisited house for next 2 days before removing equipment. ServPro worked directly with our insurance company and were paid in full. We could never have taken care of this ourselves.

Suggestions for improvement for future service would be:
1) Provide a detailed invoice to the Customer for services during the process, which we requested on more than one occasion.
2) ServPro crews failed to reinstall carpeting at base board when they removed the equipment from the bedroom.

I found my home flooded late on a Saturday night. I called ServPro allost immediately and they were out to my house within an hour soaking up the water and prepping my home with dryers and air scrubbers. They didnt leave until the early morning hours of Sunday. The responsiveness is amazing and saved me and my insurance company a ton of money. The staff was corteous, understanding and profressional. They answered all my questions and helped a frazzled mama figure out how next to proceed. Thank you ServPro!

ServePro staff were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Greg and Bill were very knowledgeable and sympathetic to a very complicated and potentially expensive issue that I was having which would have required tearing up both may bathroom and dining room floors. Instead of just trying to take the money, they re-evaluated the cause claimed by the previous contractor and found alternatives that did not require a re-modeling. I definitely recommend this company!

The 4-man team arrived on schedule to clean our condo after a failed AC unit resulted in mold growing throughout our condo. They swarmed throughout the condo working as directed by us and the agreed upon statement of work. Changes were accommodated on the spot. They vacuumed, cleaned and at times repeated the steps if necessary. The team was polite and easy to work with. When some of the same team returned with our cleaned rug they took the time to help lay the new pad and assure the rug and pad were properly placed and the furniture placed as we wanted. Great group of guys.

ServPro did all the mitigation in the City's lab building after Hurricane Ian. Chris was great to work with and helpful on keeping us informed on the process. They worked quickly and efficiently. All of the employees that we interacted with were professional and helpful as well. Hopefully nothing happens like this again, but if it does, we wouldn't hesitate on calling ServPro again for help.

I had my toilet over flow and called ServoPro when I got home to a flooded home. Angela answered the phone, with professionalism and had a crew to my address immediately. After air blowers and dehumidifiers, the crew removed my water damaged carpet and vanities. They were always on time and explained everything they were doing. We had damage from a leak in the condo above. Servpro responded immediately and professionally. They did both the remediation and reconstruction. Servpro provided timely updates every step of the way. They also helped us navigate the complicated insurance process. We came back to our apartment and had mold on the walls of our bedroom. Many of our friends recommend servpro and we called them. They immediately told us that our apt. did have mold after testing they worked with our insurance and worked around our schedule's. Bill was a great guy and very upfront about the whole process. Roof caved in due to a broken pipe. We call late at night and we had a call back within a matter of minutes. They came in and helped us open our doors within a few days. They gave us an estimate and never did they over charge us. Kudos to you guys and your team.

We received a quote from them a few months ago. Because of a pending lawsuit we had to wait to call them back for service. During this process we had our bathrooms gutted because of plans to reconstruct.
When calling them back, it took a couple of days to Even here from the owner. (Whom is apparently the only person to schedule jobs).
I called several times before she called me back . I was given the run around.
Finally when called to book service they told us they wouldnt service our property because the scope of work wasn't enough (because our bathrooms were ripped out) They wouldn't accept our job.
Management is unprofessional and rude. Dont do business with this company. There are plenty others out there that are professional and handle customers in a decent manner.

Following an AC overflow valve failure, SERVPRO South Daytona Beach provides excellent support and service. This damaged custom bamboo hardwood flooring, porch ceiling, plaster work and the associated paint and associated items.

Mike Whitten surveyed the overall work and arranged repairs. I did some of the initial tear out and they completed everything else. He worked closely with the State Farm adjusters and project manager. As a certified appraiser, he is very adept at making sure the cost estimates support the work needed.

Work quality was excellent and the outcome was never in doubt. Workmen showed up when scheduled and cleaned up when they left.

Highly recommend this company for the work they have done and reliability.
