Jared and Sarah did a fantastic job bringing a professional positive energy! They were very quick to come and help resolve a major water leak. Their team was very quick and as uninterruptible as could be expected. Absolutely love these guys!

We had some water damage that quickly turned to a large black mold issue once we tore into the walls. ServPro of Rexburg, and specifically Steven and Jordan, were AMAZING to work with. They were prompt for appointments and meet ups, kept us up to date and informed on the process (which was heaven sent because we are first time home owners and this was SO stressful for me as the SAHM/Part time worker tasked with communication and responsibility for the project), and were extremely respectful and polite. Several times I had to take my kids to appointments, or do my afternoon bus route, and they turned off all the lights and locked up behind themselves when they left, AND texted me their update every time.

Steven also helped me by giving me advice on who to contact to provide us aid while we were displaced due to the mold and lack of functioning bathroom.

Highly, highly recommend these guys for your restoration and reno projects. If I ever have a need, I will definitely be using them again.

I 100% recommend Servpro! They get the job done and they get it done fast. Not only that but communication is the biggest thing with me Paige answered the phone when I would call in to ask any questions or if I had any concerns she keep me up on what was going on and what the next steps were going to be. she didn’t make any promises she couldn’t keep. Example: she said the repair team would be at my house at 8am the next day. And they would be in and out with everything repaired in a couple days. They were here at 8am sharp. Got in started working and in no time they were finished. I would also like to give a thank you to Carlos that man is vary knowledgeable in this profession any questions I had he had an answer there was no hesitation or self doubts about any of his answers he knew the answer immediately. We had a water damage on our roof that leaked into our attic. The water caused a lot of mold in the insulation. We called SERVPRO to fix the problem. They were fast and professional in every way.

Servpro has handled a number of jobs for me over the last few months and I have been nothing but impressed with their work and customer service. The crews work efficiently and professionally. Lorraine in the office is so pleasant to work with. She always sounds so happy, and is very patient and understanding. We feel that Servpro overcharged for their service. The final bill was 4 times the estimate and there was no extra work that was done. They pulled the carpet padding and drilled holes in the wall but never came back to fix any damage. We will have to pay to repair the walls and install the carpet again. We are disappointed in their service and business model.

Steven and Lawrence were great. They called before they arrived, showed up on time, were professional (explained what they were going to do and kept us informed as they proceeded). They went right to work and were cheerful under interesting, if not difficult circumstances. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family in need of their services!

Joey at Serve pro took such great care of us, our sump pump stopped working and flooded our basement with shower and poo water Joey cleaned it out, dried it up, cleaned up after himself and checked on us everyday. Our property management company has used Servpro multiple times over the years. They are very fast and professional in an emergency.

ServPro responded quickly and professionally. Tyler walked us through the cleanup process and did a fantastic job. The floor and objects were cleaned very well. We also worked with Megan, who interfaced with our insurance and was very professional and knowledgeable and helped get things done. Great experience!

When we called Jenn and Megan helped us on the phone and they made it super easy to get everything scheduled. They were outstanding! Steven was the one that looked at our house and he was there on time and gave us options of what we could do! He made us feel like family and was very kind. I called during a torrential downpour when i realized the basement was flooding. Carlos got here so quick and was amazing. He explained everything to me and worked so hard and I can't thank him enough for calming me down and letting me know he was there to help me. He was quick and efficient and had an answer for every question I asked. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough you might get Carlos!

We had a pipe freeze over the winter and learned about it two weeks ago when we turned our front hose on. It flooded two rooms in our basement. We called servepro and even though it was close to 5:00 pm they came out and helped us get the process started for drying things out. They were professional and friendly and came every day to check on its progress. We are very happy with the work they did. We'd like to give a shout out to Braden, Cache and Michael. Good job guys!

Servpro of Rexburg came to our home to take care of a water line break. They were prompt and efficient at every step of the process. Communication and scheduling from Brenda was always courteous and considerate our schedule, Terry did a fantastic job re-stretching or carpet and Martine’s repair of our wall matched our texture perfectly, you cannot tell that the sheetrock has been patched. Cliff with the build back team did an excellent job restoring our cabinetry and sinks back to original condition he even went the extra mile with his cleanup. Finally Brayden cleaned, sanitized and deodorized our carpets to bring us back to better condition than we were the day before our disaster. Thank you Servepro for your professionalism, promptness, and communication.

Impeccable service and communication with Danielle! Jared and Eddy came the next day to inspect our home after a toilet overflowed. They were efficient, thorough and very helpful! 5 stars...highly recommended!

In mid December had some water damage from a failed water heater that flooded my basement. Made a call to Danielle Perry and she went way out of her way to make sure that all my needs were met to get my basement all put back together. All the mediation team and rebuild team was polite and professional.

I had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom through the ceiling of a basement bedroom. I called Serve Pro Rexburg/ Rigby and spoke with Michael. Michael and Carlos showed up within the hour, assessed the situation, explained every detail to me and proceeded to work on the problem. Dry wall was removed and dryers were set up to dry the effected areas. The problem was discovered and resolved! They left the areas they were working in cleaner than they found them, kept in touch with me and came back 3 days later to pick up equipment. So grateful for Michael and Carlos and their hard work!

Carlos and Michael were so respectful processional hard working on time and kind. They really worked hard and did a great job! Would definitely use them again.. hope I don't need tobut just incase.. we'll save them to speed dial!

We have called Servpro three different times over the past few years and have been impressed each time with the professionalism of their employees. They have been very open with what they were doing, why, and verified it was what we wanted. They were extremely polite, quick, and overall easy to work with. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to someone who just had the misfortune of water damage in their house.

We were very disappointed in the manner we were treated with this company. We felt like they wanted to do whatever they could on the job to make the most money as possible, while not listening to our desires, and when they did what we asked, they did it very shabbily. Also getting info from their business department was not timely unless they were asking for their money. Go elsewhere!

I called today with a request for an estimate on a taking out and building a new deck. Mine was destroyed by an automobile last night. My family cannot enter or exit our home because of it. When I called Servpro the person's first response was to inform me there would be a charge just to provide me an estimate for repairs. This people is a RED FLAG! Companies who insist on charging you a price to earn your business are seeking to suck all of the money they can get. I know this because I am myself an accounts manager for a local pruning company and have provided thousands of emergency and non emergency estimates for people never once charging them. I have worked with dozens of companies in my field of work over the years and have never seen someone charge for just an estimate. It is dishonest to charge for something like that servpro. If your salesman cant sale your company when out in the field to the point that you need to charge for an estimate then you need a new sales person. Good luck with your method, you won't be getting my money and I will be sure to tell everyone I come across when trees damage there homes to not call you first.

A couple of months ago, during a break in the Spring wet weather, I was outside and noticed some water damage on an exterior stucco section of our house near an end roof gutter. Upon further examination I noticed inside the house what appeared to be possible water damage to floor moulding on a wall in the adjacent room. This created concern that we may have a water problem with that interior wall of our home, and I immediately called Servpro. A technician came out an conducted her own evaluation of these areas using a moisture meter. She was friendly, professional and able to quickly alleviate my concerns, finding no moisture or water damage inside the walls, and offered a suggestion to correct the issue with the outside gutter. We were not charged for this visit during what I am sure is one of the busiest times of year for them. Thank you for quickly addressing our concerns! Skylar and Servpro will be getting our business in the future if the need should ever arise.

I had left a previous review that mentioned a less than stelar experience with Servpro and just wanted to offer an update..
Since posting that earlier review I have been contacted by Skylar who not only listened to my concerns but made the effort to MAKE IT RIGHT!
Skylar went above and beyond to see that our needs were more than adaquatly addressed.
His rep who responded was professional and courteous. His estimate was completed in a timely manner and offered to be our advocate with the insurance company to mitigate any issues there.
Bottom line is Skylar did a great job I look forward to working with him again, if the need arises!!

Servpro did restoration work on my laundry room at my families house. Quality work for very great prices. Not only were the workers diligent and articulate but they were so personable and made the experience unbeatable! Not only did they fix the issues I originally hired them to fix, but they went above and beyond to fix other things I didn’t even knew were wrong. I’m beyond impressed and would never go anywhere else again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of cleaning or restoration due to fire mold or water damage.

I had Servpro come in and do repairs on my home after a huge hail storm blew through our area. The staff that worked on my home was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and showed up when they said they would. The communication with the office was a large part of the success with getting our home back into a pre-existing condition as quickly as they did. You can't go wrong with this company!

Terrible experience! This company has the classic case of over promising and under delivering. They were quick to the job, but left there machines running for weeks and nobody coming to check progress. They removed moldings and Sheetrock that didn't need to be removed and left our children's bedrooms unusable for months now. We now waiting for carpet. But they don't know how to pick up the phone and make an appointment with a carpet man. We've call several times and nothing happens. Use someone else.

My basement flooded! Servpro professionals were on site immediately. They took care of everything and restored it back to new. It's like it never happened.
