Our house just flooded this past Tuesday, Servpro answered the call and came right out and started the process. We recently had to call Alacrity Solutions because we had issues with our previous work by Servpro. Unfortunately, the prior project manager and several other trades that worked on my house were new/ or had not been “tried out” and my house which was damaged significantly by a house fire then water was their first. I was not happy. However, this time around was a totally different story. Charlie who was the project manager and Jay, were like night and day from the previous folks I had dealt with. They communicated very well and notified me of all the trades coming and going at all times. Everyone knew their job this time and the work was on par. I am glad that I gave them this chance to make it right and to understand that even top companies have their issues with finding good employees to do superior work. Servpro has definitely redeemed themselves and my house is finally in working order.

I had water damage in our top floor, water found its way to the lower 2 levels.
Mitigation began with drying us out, Charlie was my ServPro contact person, Professional, knowledgeable, understanding and informative…
Painter were deployed and the efforts they put into insuring not one drop of paint was found except on the ceilings, perfect painting.
Carpet was pulled up, 3 bedrooms and closets and hallway and stairs, have new carpet laid down,all in a day, very fine work.
This morning carpet cleaners are here, no worries there at all. I am so pleased with the efforts all of ServPro employees have put into their skills to get us up and running.
I could not be more pleased, they use local people who care about their neighbors too.

Will only call this Servepro when having water issues and we have had three. The mitigation team is extremely timely and efficient. The rebuilding project was overseen by Charlie and we have so many good things to write about him and his crew. This is our second home so we were not here during much of the rebuild. We had complete trust in the team. Charlie kept us informed all along the way and would always text/call immediately. He was patient, kind, helpful with a great sense of humor. His crew was the same. A big shout out to Mark who went the extra mile and helped me hang paintings. A major water problem is unexpected and frightening. Charlie and his crew helped us navigate the process. Called Servpro after flooding caused sump pump and sewer backup in our basement. The crew (from Kentucky) showed up quickly and worked with amazing speed to remove carpet and sheetrock from our home. The floors and walls were treated, and the basement air was completely dehumidified. They were polite and professional. We were very grateful for their assistance during a stressful time. Charlie came out to board a broken store front window in the middle of the night after a break in. Due to extensive damage to other windows he was called back out a day later to board the remaining broken windows with Zack for help. They were both so awesome and my company will be sure to use them in the future. Thanks Charlie and Zack for all of your hard work and being so pleasant and friendly. Yall are the best!!!

Had an amazing experience my house flooded with sewage and Servpro was here as soon as I called them. Such a terrible tragedy at the worst time but Charlie and his crew really stepped up to help me and wife out with the house. Charlie and all the workers were very respectful and very nice and worked hard and were professional. Their work was mind blowing very happy with everything. I definitely recommend.

Our carpenter was also the bomb & got our house looking brand new.
