Staff seemed to be very disorganized and the project manager I spoke with seemed to over promise oh his abilities to fix our basement. I believe this owner is responsible for a couple franchises in MA as well from what I gathered from our convo. We ended up getting a quote with a different ServPro franchise but ultimately went with a local company due to the outrageous up charges that seemed to be applied simply due to the well known Servpro brand name. Our advice: go with a local business, not these guys.

Worked with Cameron and Chris P on a project and they were very professional in introducing themselves, explained their process in detail and timeline. Cameron asked along the way for my approval that everything was done to my satisfaction. They worked efficiently the entire day and followed my instructions to lock up and let themselves out. This company did damages during the remediation which has delayed my insurance claim. It's been four months, yet I am told by the insurance company I have to wait for a resolution. With the rebuild incomplete, I couldn't invite family and friends into my home for the holidays. At 70 years old, I have experienced many situations that has caused stress, but nothing compares to the stress I am experiencing now caused by this situation. Rather than my insurance company working with me making my home whole again, the insurance company is working with this company which tells me their loyalty is with the vendor rather than with their customer.

Hired Tony and his team to clean our new house, which was left filthy by prior owners. They did the most amazing, thorough job. Went above and beyond. We are so pleased with the results. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

We want to thank the folks at Servpro following our recent water heater flood for their speedy and very professional service. They were helpful from the moment they arrived for emergency cleanup to removing floors and walls, moving belongings to storage unit and finally following completion of repairs moving them back today!!! I know I can’t remember everyone but special thanks to Bruce, our project manager, and Joe and Josh for monitoring and removal. Finally, the team who went above and beyond moving everything back today, Mike, Jose and Julio. This group at Servpro ensured that despite the unpleasant circumstances of the situation that we were well taken care of. Thank you so so much!

I am perplexed at how this is considered 24 hour service. I followed up more with this company than they did with me. Only after telling them to no worry about it and to remove me from their call list have I now received 3 phone calls all with different answers about how they can provide service.
Get it together or don't call yourself a 24 hour service.

I cannot say one bad thing about the quality of work and professional service provided by this company. They left my house very clean in spite of having to remove almost an entire ceiling due to a leaky roof. The only gripe I have was communications with the office scheduling the work. They never confirmed a date or time that the technician would come out, and he called to announce he would be there in 15 mins. Gladly it worked out that we could accommodate, but we may not have been able to. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

The guys were extremely professional and very helpful. I had mold in my bathroom and they came in and did their job with no problem. I had a dog that is not very friendly and she took to them right away. their work was exceptional and they cleaned everything up every time they came in. I am very grateful for their service and would certainly choose them again.

Tony and his team were prompt, hard-working and thorough. From the office staff to the folks doing the cleaning, everything was done as we discussed and was done professionally. I would recommend this company for your cleaning needs .

We had our old boiler removed and a new one installed over two days on 7/12/23-7/13/23. Though the guys did a great job, the removal of the old boiler which was cemented in place was very messy and left us with soot, dirt, and debris on our basement floor. The boiler had been in place since 1959 when the house was moved here, and our cement floor is painted. Since we had an excellent experience with Servpro of Northern RI in 2017, I phoned Servpro for the cleanup. We are both in our 70s with spinal issues and did not want to have to do the work ourselves. I phoned Servpro in the afternoon of 7/13/23 and spoke with Desiree. At that time I gave her explicit directions to our house since there is a similar road in the next town. Our appointment was set up for the afternoon of the 14th with Jackie, who had to phone us as the directions were obviously not communicated to her. Jackie and Bobby did arrive in a Servpro van and reviewed the job. I had a concern about her stated plan to pressure wash our old painted cement as I have had three bad experiences with pressure washing. I accepted the option of mopping. I was told that I could expect a call from Bruce with a quote for the job, and then the job would be booked upon acceptance. It was 4 weeks yesterday and we never heard from Servpro again..we never received a call and nobody left a message. Our phone was only out of service one day as Verizon was down locally. We eventually did the cleaning ourselves over a period of 3 days. This company is under new management since our last use, and we can only rate them as VERY POOR due to their lack of response.

My wife and I had our finished basement flood on Labor Day this year during an historically heavy rainstorm here in Rhode Island, and did not know where to turn for help with the cleanup and restoration. We contacted SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island, and they were simply incredible in helping us through this home emergency. Despite massive rains and flooding throughout our state from this particular storm, they had a crew on site within 24 hours of us reaching out to them. From the office manager, Lorraine, to the explanations and initial quoting of the job, down to the crew that was on site multiple times, everyone in this company was respectful, kind, and simply fantastic to work with.

The crew was clearly willing to go above and beyond (they stayed until 8pm the first night and even got pizza delivered!), and did a fantastic job with a very challenging cleanup. We could not be happier that within one week of the flood our basement was completely cleaned out, fully dried, and certified mold-free.

I cannot recommend SERVPRO's Northern Rhode Island office enough if you are a homeowner or business owner who has an emergency cleanup situation. They were prompt, responsive, polite, and honestly a joy to work with during one of the most stressful things we've been through as homeowners. A+ Huge thank you to Lorraine, Bruce, the cleanup crew, and everyone else at SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island!
