Had a major water issue in our family life center of our church. Too much water to clean up on our own. Contacted Servpro at 7:30 in the evening. Took the call and showed up in about an hour. Friendly and efficient, a job well done!

Mark Rakes, Brandon Young, Travis, and Nicole were fantastic!!! They were extremely professional. They were prompt ,and there communication with us was superior. They made sure to explain every detail to us. They were a great asset in helping us with communication with the Insurance Adjuster. Brittany, Jasmine and Vicky are an excellent example of what teamwork should be. They have shown a work ethic that unfortunately is sometimes sadly missing in today's workforce. They work extremely hard. Their knowledge, skills and abilities do truly set the standard for their company and industry. On a personal level, I have health issues and they went above and beyond to work with me and show me understanding, compassion and kindness. They have proven to me that I went with the best choice to provide their companies valuable services to me after a fire at my home. Again their dedication to their job, hard work and adding the caring human touch made a very painful process so much easier. I highly recommended these outstanding women and thus their company.

Our home flooded in April of ‘24 and it took over 6 months for it to be restored. In fact, we finally just asked them to leave so we could move back in because we were living with multiple family members for months while home was being renovated. No sense of urgency to complete work and what work was done by contractors was terrible! My husband and I are still fixing dry wall and other issues that were not done correctly. Also have a brand new kitchen cabinet that is broken, but no one will return our call at Servpro to get info for Lowe’s to be able to replace it. I could go on and on, but long story is they made a terrible situation in our lives way worse and drawn out than it needed to be and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Mark, David and Jake were very prompt and professional. Also, they have done a clean and neat job. Great customer service!!!

In December 2024, my garage flooded due to a water main break. The ServPro team that worked to clean the damages was extremely thorough, identifying damages that I had overlooked, uncovering damages I couldn't see, and pointing out potential issues for the future.

I highly recommend their services at least the staff that I had the pleasure of handling my case. Ask for Mark Rakes, George McVey, Josh McDaniel, John Young, Brandon Young, David Stover, Damon Crandall, and Nichole Austin as their were friendly and professional.

George, Damon and Mark were our ervice techs for a sewage leak in our basement. I was very impressed with their knowledge, courtesy and timeliness.

Incredibly pleased with the work done by ServPro thus far on our project. The fire that we experienced affected our whole upstairs living area. The cleaning crew was scheduled promptly and efficiently. Vicky & Jasmine did an amazing job, leaving our home feeling refreshed and extremely clean. I was very skeptical of allowing others within my home, but these ladies made the experience so comfortable. Not only are they great at what they do, but they were very friendly & made me feel at ease the whole time. ServePro was an absolute life saver for us. They came out the very morning we experienced 5 inches of water in our basement. Tim and Nicole were awesome to work with. The cleanup and haul away of damaged and destroyed items they did was INCREDIBLE!!! My wife and I can’t thank them enough.

What started as a disaster to my 84 yo mom turned into a very pleasant experience. These teams from Servpro were the absolute best! From the moment they showed up they worked diligently to clean, pack and restore the flooded rooms. Each member was so patient and kind to my mother while she was trying to digest what had happened to her home. These folks were knowledgeable, professional and kind to say the least. Their quickness to respond and continued efforts to get back to work site with icy roads conditions was admirable. Jasmine, Vicky and Brittany are the BEST!!!!! They were so detailed to everything. I would recommend them to anyone. Their work is unmatched. I was so devastated after the fire in our home. I never seen anyone who cleans like them. They work well together. This TEAM is amazing. We are so pleased with the clean up job.

Mark Rakes and George Mcvey did a great job after my basement was flooded. The clean up was quick and cleaner than when I bought the house. The dehumidifier used was quick and efficient, noticeably more dry in a fairly short amount of time.

The restoration of our home after a pipe burst and flooded our bathroom, closet, part of the bedroom, hallway, even a bit of the living room and crawl space would have been a complete nightmare if not for Servpro’s team. Scott and Gregg were super to work with. Very meticulous and efficient. They were very thoughtful, wanting to make sure our ideas and thoughts were considered.

I had the experience to work with Timmy and Nicole for Serv Pro and their service work was over the top and their customer service was unassailable and 2nd to none.

First of all, their professionalism was evident the minute they walked thru the door until the job was complete. I’ve had issues with maintenance requests in the past, but experienced only quality service and a family like atmosphere as well. Meaning, the kind of family you don’t mind when they happen to show up uninvited.

I’m not sure what else to say, but I know I only want them for any other other maintenance work I source in the future.

They are both high caliber and well trained professionals and that’s a huge attribute to Serv Pro for staffing, training, and retaining the cream of the crop.

This is second time I've worked with ServePro. I have to say they go above and beyond. We had an incident where water damage happened. ServePro was there within an hour setting equipment and cleaning up water. Within a few days everything was back to where it was. They are the best.

Amazing customer service. Very responsive and attentive to all of our concerns. Would 100% recommend.

When completing the necessary mitigation, they left the affected area cleaner and neater that it was before the water incident. Tim and Nicole worked very hard to eliminate the wetness in my basement and seemed very concerned about the situation.

Scott and Zach from Servpro were amazing!! We had a house fire this past March and most of our home was destroyed. We never thought we would have our home back but we were wrong, they brought our home back to life and better than ever at that!

I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. They were both very professional and answered any questions I had. They had their hands full with this job but you’d never be able to tell, their work was awesome and you can see the experience they have with every task they completed.

After a water disaster in my home the demolition is completed. I must say that after Brittany and Nicole showed up things moved along very quickly and smoothly. Servpro was awesome! Chris and Caleb were very thorough with putting the flooring in and reinstalling the new appliances! The demo went very well. Everyone with Tim Cantrell were so nice and helpful with all the directions and advice. Very professional and I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed working with them.

We had a leak in our house that flooded the upstairs and downstairs while we were on vacation so the water ran a week in the house. We called Servpro and they were their within a hour and half putting out fans checking the house every day. Mark and George and a young woman that we forgot her name. SERVPRO was great to work with through the entire process of remediating and reconstructing parts of my condo after a major water leak which caused mold. Their communication throughout the process was excellent as was the work that they did.

These ladies, Jasmine, Vicky and Brittany are the BEST! They are very friendly and have a Great work ethic. If you need these services you would be VERY lucky to get these three ladies. They are also Very trustworthy, I would trust them in my house anytime, even if I wasn't there. They do an Amazing clean up. Afterwards things looked better than it did before the incident.

Josh Mcdaniel, Marcus Smith, and Jacob did a great job cleaning up the mess quickly and efficiently. They left the area in good shape.

We had a toilet explode due to a PSD issue and once we called the PSD Jonathon and Josh showed up within the first hour. They cleaned up the disaster and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend ServePro and those guys.

Was very disappointed with the service I received. A technician came to give me an estimate and I had asked on average what the cost might be. I had water that needed to be cleaned up due to a backed up toilet.
Received a call about 5pm and was told the estimate was $2100 because the drywall would need to be removed. There was no water damage to the walls.
I said all I wanted was the water clean up what would the cost be. They would have to rework it and call me back in a little bit.
I called them the next day around 10am to find out what the issue was.
They were busy
technician was busy his boss was busy
Since I didn’t like the estimate it was placed at the bottom of the pile.
Such terrible customer service. I advised the technician that telling me they were busy and had placed my request at the bottom of the pile my needs were of no concern to them.
Will never call or recommend this company to anyone.

ServPro did an excellent job restoring our home. They sent the best team with Jasmine, Vicky, Nicole, Timothy and Brittany. Their work was superb and they were very friendly, professional and courteous. They made a stressful time less stressful and I’m grateful to them!

Servpro came out the same day we had a major leak. While it was a stressful time, John y, Timmy, John A and Brandon were extremely empathic and professional. They help assess our damage and ensured we were on the path to fix ASAP. John Y stayed in contact daily, treated our home like it was his own. I would highly recommend.

The crew at ServPro, Tim, John, Josh, Nichole , Brandon, and George, made a stressful and painful experience much much better after an unfortunate flood of water from The WV American Water Co. They provided a professional cleanup, good advice, and connections to contractors. They got my home back on track and well on the way to fixing a major flooding issue. I highly recommend these professionals. They made a very stressful situation manageable. ServPro is luck to have such professional employees.

I’m so thankful to ServPro. I had an unfortunate accident happen in October when a WV American Water pipe broke out in the street and flooded my basement.
ServPro came and cleaned out my basement which was a relief.
Then shortly after, the planning for renovation began. Tim brought in his expert team, Scott and Zack.
These are The guys you need in your home for renovations.
I can’t speak highly enough of Scott and Zack. They know their craft well. They provided not only quality work but also smart suggestions on making my basement better. These guys are PRO’s. They made an unfortunate situation better. I highly recommend Tim, Scott, and Zack.
