What people say about “Revolt Energy”?

Revolt customer service is top tier. I had an issue with my system the bottom 2 rows was not producing power. They had a technician out at my house and diagnosing the problem the very day I called them. I can’t speak highly enough of the service that I have received so far. If you thinking about going with Revolt you won’t be disappointed that you did.
Communication during install was lacking. Placement plans were changed during installation day without any discussion. 3 more panels were able to fit on the main house, however, with the need for distance from ridges in the roof line, the panels were placed almost at the edge of the roof and were visible when looking up from ground level (see photo). Would the panels have been able to be placed higher if the 3 panels weren't on the main house? I don't know, but I believe it would have allowed the remaining top row panel(s) to fit horizontally instead of vertically and provided some additional room. With being visible from the ground, I had concerns about rain passing over the gutters so, after expressing that concern, they came back another day to move them up a few inches. Still visible, but hopefully far enough back to where the rain has room to run off and go into the gutters.
I also had a Tesla EV charger installed and asked for the Universal model to be ordered because I had not yet bought an EV and the Universal worked with both types of plugs. I confirmed that the Universal model was being ordered on no less than 3 occasions (because it wasn't specifically written anywhere and only said Tesla Wall Connector) and was assured the correct one was being ordered. The Tesla NACS charger was what was ordered and installed instead. An adapter was supplied by Revolt after expressing concerns.
Did the crew install the panels well, it appears so, no leaks so far. They painted conduit black to match the shingles. The install itself I'm pleased with. Was the price competitive? Yes. Was communication up to the day of the job acceptable, yes, except the type of EV Charger not clearly being written down in the proposal.
To be clear, I'm not saying don't hire Revolt, I'm saying be outside and be asking questions during installation to make sure plans are followed and in case anything arises that you may want to provide input on. If you have roof offset requirements, be sure that they map placement and there's sufficient space at the edge of your roof for rain to reach your gutters. Don't assume that's being considered and don't assume that if there are changes that can be or need to be made that you'll be made aware and that those changes or options will be talked through with you.
*Update - Concerns regarding panel placement are past the point where they can be easily changed without me incurring additional labor costs. Mapping out panel placement considering visual appearance, production ability, roof ridge setback requirements and accounting for a reasonable distance from the roof's edge to allow for proper rain runoff should have been completed on day of installation prior to any rails being laid for the panels. I say should have because I don't see how, if it were done, that the panels would have been placed so close to, practically right at, the roof's edge. The mapping should have also taken into consideration if the main house could accommodate 3 additional panels or if space was needed to reorient the top row of panels horizontally to better fit on the roof in order to address the placement issues above. These aren't things I would have been aware of beforehand to bring up for discussion. The same goes for the 2 additional panels I had installed. I didn't think to ask if the panels would stick out past my roof corners once the array was moved up a few inches. They do. So this is what I mean by be outside, ask questions, even ones you don't think you need to ask.
I love this company! They are so professional and I felt like I was in great hands. They really know the technology, they understand the consumer's needs, and can explain the financial side of things (even to me). I recommend Revolt Energy 100%, they get a big A+ from me!
