Bre has been fantastic. They came out on a Sunday very quickly to make sure everything was safe and the process has been very smooth.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mom Ms. Darden.
Bre and crew did a fantastic job. Bre was very thorough and attentive to my mom. She made sure we understood the process and procedures and why?! Her crew really respects her and vice versa. Hopefully we never had another flood however if so I would feel safe because I met Bre.

We had a pipe leak and Bre came and told us the process . We were in a panic but she helped us be calm. She is very good at her job and I would recommend big time.

Don’t do this review thing a lot but after having my kitchen flooded and contacting Servpro I felt it was something I should do. Came home my water line under my sink busted and my kitchen, living room and hallway flooded. It had to have been going on for a couple hours since it happens when we left to go out to eat. They sent out Matt Proffitt as our project manager I believe it’s called basically he was in charge of the job start to finish. This process was devastating to come home to but Matt was VERY professional and honestly just straight down to earth. Handled the job start to finish and stayed in contact with us through out. My wife and I called atleast 10-15 times through out the process from the demo, to insurance to rebuild and every time Matt answered and took time to walk us through everything. Not to mention coming by and checking on everything. Thank you Servpro and Matt Proffitt for an amazing service and quality quick work. Companies need more employees like this take note. Customer service is huge and Matt and whoever he has answering calls at the office for him are very top notch

In our first contact with Bre she made us feel like we are #1, she made us feel important and explained all the aspects of what was going to happen. She came thru during the process to ensure the job was going well. Each time she came out she made sure to make contact with us first , once the project was over with she ensured that the area was clean and all necessary equipment removed. It was a pleasure working with her.

Very quick response and remediation. Helped navigate the restoration effort with our insurance as well to get things back to normal. Bre our project manager was very professional, courteous and overall excellent.

Breona was most professional and very accommodating to our needs and schedules. She and her team were prompt in setting things up and flexible in scheduling pick up of equipment. She was so friendly and we enjoyed her and her crew so much. It made this situation much more bearable.

My entire experience using Serve Pro has been amazing. The rebuild team lead Emma was exceptional and made the process smooth and stress free. My rebuild team consisting of team leader Jose, Jorge,and Oscar were great!! Very detailed and professional. I am extremely happy with my home after their work was complete. My floors which were laid by Oscar look AMAZING!!! All of their handywork ,baseboards,quarter round,sheetrock repair,paint...etc. was done with care and expertise. Overall excellent quality and amazing workmanship!! I will definitely recommend Serve pro in the future to my friends and family.

I can't speak highly enough of Stephanie Wood with Servpro. The entire experience, from the moment she walked in, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and was not only VERY knowledgeable but also took the time to address all our questions and concerns. I felt confident in the care I received from her, especially with all the run around we were given by the insurance company. It has been a very hectic process on the insurance company behalf, I must say. However, Stephanie was right there each and every moment to guide us through the situation with ease. We were impressed by the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. She is one remarkable human being. We need more people like her in the world. I highly endorse Stephanie for her excellent service, expertise and high level of integrity. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

We had a terrible experience with Servpro of Newport News. Poor communication- being told we didn’t have issues with water in our crawlspace from our leak to having another person from the company come out say we did have issues and then leave all the damaged insulation laying in our crawlspace! We were told they would remove our cabinets but then they said we didn’t need to. They ghosted us and left us multiple days not having a plan. Speaking with managers were disrespectful and unapologetic and didn’t know they had any equipment in our home. We were two weeks out and are now dealing with mold remediation. We ultimately fired them and had to get another restoration company. Do NOT use them- ever!

They did quality work and the office staff was so helpful. Courtney helped to explain every aspect of the process. Thanks Servpro

Kevin Bernard came to my apartment today to evaluate my mold and mildew issue and he did an amazing job. He was very nice and took the time to explain to me what’s going on. He was diligent, social, kind, and the perfect type of person that I would want taking care of pressing issues such as invasive mold. Thanks Kevin!!

I had Servpro clean the carpet to my home before I moved in and they managed to get out all the stains left behind by the previous owner. The crew was very quick and efficient. Would use again

Services was amazing being able to remove the smoke smell in my garage. Prompt and on time. Office very professional.

Terrible response they were supposed to dry underneath my house they basically threw down a bag of sand no plastic which they removed my contractor was delayed because of this they also left a lockbox on my home for several weeks when I would call to get these issues addressed I would get promises of callbacks which never happened finally after several phone calls they showed up but when it was time for them to bill I had no problem getting a response then they had the nerve to try and charge me with the plastic they removed I would never use this company again and I will urge anyone else I know not to use them either.

I work in property management and deal with various vendors. I have to say I have never worked with anyone better than Chris from Servpro. He is educational, provides immediate estimates, gets the work done faster than I could have imagined and always has great quality of work. I will continue to use Servpro with any of my repair/restoration needs!

Very professional and answered all my questions about the water damage in my kitchen . Would definitely use them again .

I am a Community Manager in Newport News and thanks to John P SERVPRO is my new go-to vendor for "oddball" tasks. They do just about anything. The company is prompt, friendly, and they get the job done right the first time! I would highly recommend them to anyone. In my profession I work with many vendors throughout the year and SERVPRO is definitely one of the best.

I cannot say enough at how quickly and efficiently SERVPRO of Newport News was able to come to my rescue. I walked into my house after a long day at work and saw a large puddle on the floor. Looked up to see the leak coming from my ceiling. Immediately called SERVPRO and confirmed they worked with my Insurance company and they were at my property within 3 hours cleaning and drying up the mess. Over the next week they kept me informed of the progress, minimizing the overall damage to my property. Their promptness, thoroughness and professionalism saved me both time and money.

Kevin was great! He came out to check my home for possible mold and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I called ServePro for an estimate to repair a bathroom floor and to remove mold caused by a leak. They promised to call me back, but never did, so I called them again. The second time, they did not appear to have any record of my first call, and this time, told me they charge $150 for an estimate! That's quite a racket they have going. They could give me an ridiculous quote for the work, and still make $150 off of me, no matter what I decide. I will keep looking for a company that knows what 'customer service' means.

Terrible. Did a half of a job when working on my kitchen. Lifted half the tile to treat the floor after water damage. Once it was time for my carpet contractors to do their job, Servpro had to be called back to finish the half job they did. They had to tear up the rest of the role onlynto discover mold has accumulated where they were supposed to had finished the job. The second person came out with NO tools & had to borrow the carpet contractors tools for a small fee of course. Terrible service. Do not call because they are very lazy.
