Phil was excellent during a very stressful time. He was knowledgeable about the process and answered all of our questions. Servpro did an amazing job.

Logan was fantastic, his customer service is second to none. He did everything he said, and my kitchen looks great.

We have been trying to get Servpro to complete their work for us. We had water damage in our ceiling. They say the drywall that they put in has water damage, but there is no longer a water source in our attic. It is still not fixed, we have no date from them when they are coming out, but they bill us regularly for the work not
completed by them.

Have used ServPro several times, and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. I'm a stickler for good communication, attention to detail, and follow through, and they exceed my expectations every time.

Fallon and Johnny have both went above and beyond to help us in anyway that they could. I recommend them to anyone who needs Servpro !

The owner told us our house would be finished within 3 to 6 months after a house fire. Needless to say it’s been nine months no nobody hardly ever shows up, dan the reconstruction guy gives us dates when he’s gonna come out and he never shows up either. I am really frustrated with them after nine months I could’ve had a new house built. I would not recommend that company to anyone

Woke up this morning to a basement filled with water. Steve Friend from SERVPRO came to our house and did a wonderful job in drying out our basement. I highly recommend him.

James and Jaylan were great! My grandsons were around during some of the demo. Kids being kids and had questions. They went above by answering questions and taking time to them. They removed the damaged pieces and cleaned up all the mess as they went along. Also they communicated on every move of the process and keep us informed. 2 up.

We had an ice maker leak which resulted in hardwood flooring buckling and drywall being soaked. Steve and Jaylen arrived and did a fantastic job determining how far the damage was to the area and only removed what was necessary. Treated areas for mold and cleaned up and removed all the debris. I am pleased with the service and their professionalism. They did a great job!

I am glad we decided to reach out to Servpro to help us put our home back together. We had a water intrusion inside our home after a severe hail storm. They worked well within the scope of our insurance payments and made sure every possible inch was examined for any issues. We had to have drywall and insulation taken out of 3 back rooms during the mitigation process. Clark construction was sent by Servpro to do the reconstruction of the 3 rooms in our home. We were very happy with the attention to details and level of communication. I felt comfortable and trusted them inside my home. Clark went above our expectations in the reconstruction and finished early despite horrible winter weather.

Waking up to an alert that your company is on fire is a call NO one wants to get. After the fire, we had an extensive amount of damage. We didn't know where to start so we called ServPro. Within the hour they were at our building. I truly can not thank the ServPro team (especially Maddie!) for their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and honestly, their positivity (which we so desperately needed). If you're looking for any sort of restoration go no further. They are the VERY best. Thank you again to everyone who helped save our building!!

We are in the first phase of salvaging our home after the second floor hot water heater dumped 40 gallons of water on the second floor that migrated to the first floor and garage. The task of packing up 26 years of “stuff” and moving it offsite was more than I could cope with. However Maddie was completely undaunted by it-she and her team came every day and completed this insurmountable task-I was surprised they showed up the second day. Always the voice of encouragement and hugs for the times it was too much for me, I could not have made it through to this point without Maddie. She is an angel in disguise.

Sarah, Bryor, and Connor were very professional and knowledgeable when responding to my home after the recent storm damage. This is an ongoing process, but I feel confident in Servepro for continuing to help get my house back in order.

We have nothing but good things to say about this Servpro! They were always responsive to our questions, patient when we his road bumps on our end, and willing to do whatever we asked. And they worked miracles on the damage from our pigeon infestation.
Most other companies would have dropped us or written us off, but they kept checking in. Fallon helped me find people to deal with the actual pigeons, and then their team was very fast to followup with cleanup. They came back out when we noticed some roof pieces that needed redone, and they came to personally inspect after to make sure all the repairs met our standards and the standards they set for themselves.
We love them and plan to work with them more in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

Servpro did a phenomenal job cleaning up after a massive sewage backup in my basement. The technicians Kain, Jeff, Bryor, Connor, and Sarah all arrived promptly to my house following my call and were a well oiled machine pumping hundreds of gallons of sewage back out of my basement. They did a great job and I would call again if the need arises.

A wonderful experience working with these gentleman to get my basement bedroom restored after suffering water damage. I was extremely pleased with the work.

They cleaned the HVAC units, air ducts and dryer vents. They did a fantastic job! They amount of dust that's visible in the house is a fraction of what it was before. I want to thank Jonathan Powell, supervisor. He explained the process and basically was a wealth of information. His team, Bryor and Jeff was extremely polite and worked nonstop for several hours. I was amazed at the debris in the vents. They were definitely worth the money and I obviously recommend Servpro for any major cleaning needs. They did exactly what they said!

Kain was great and very professional, he needs a better beard but I guess the chin beard is a look.

Connor had the best cake and was very helpful. He couldn't fit behind some of the machines because of the cake, but helpful none the less.

Sarah was also nice and did a lot of the work that was asked. Definitely a nice energy to have around.

Dalton was a cool guy and definitely didn't get a lift stuck within the first 20 minutes of the job.

Trey was added to the team around the second week, also a pretty cool guy. Nice tats, and skinny enough to fit behind the machines.

Maddie was there for a few minutes and she smoked 12 cigarettes and told the guys I was weird. (I am weird, but it was still rude) She definitely wouldn't be welcome on future jobs.

Great team of people. And hope to work with them again in the future.

Dear SERVPRO I am writing to you to file a complaint about the service(lack of) that I recieved on April 19 and 20, 2022. I hired your service in March to clean/recover my home at 2622 Keystone Ct. Newburgh, In 47630. We had moved out and was finishing construction/painting home so it could be put up on the market on April 22. On April 4, 2022 I booked your service for April 19 and was told it would take 2 days. So my realtor could put home on market on April 22, 2022. The service you were suppose to provide was to clean cabinets, floors(including slate flooring, carpet flooring, and tile, walls( which was just painted), ceiling, tiles, appliances, wet bar, closets, windows and vents. On April 19, 2022 two girls showed up at 8 AM. They had some equipment but said they had to wait for cleaning chemicals to start. Also, I notice the only cleaning machine they had for the 2 days was a carpet machine.  No buffer machines for tile or slate. I also pointed out to them on slate flooring you are not suppose to use harsh chemicals. Use dawn liquid and water to clean floors with a buffer machine or slate floor cleaner which I provided for them on the wet bar. You could damage the slate floor by using the wrong materiel. They got upset with me when I pointed this out to them again on the 3rd day they had to come back to "make it right" , clean scuff marks in hallway (which needed a magic eraser and elbow grease), cabinets which they didnt touch, and paint on floors( which comes clean with proper equipment and elbow grease). On April 20, 2020 only one girl showed up 3 hrs late at 11 AM. She stated she slept in. Then when you said you were done with the job I reviewed it with you. It was appalling. I pointed out the floors, cabinets, fire place mantle, laundry room walls, wet bar, windows, and shower were still filthy. I pointed out the scuff marks, dirt, and paint still on floors which when I bent down with a magic eraser, cleaning material, and a little effort it can be cleaned. This was unacceptable since the home was not cleaned. I came in the next day at 6 AM to take time off my busy schedule and with my medical issues to clean it myself. You showed up with the 2 girls at 10 AM and said "you would make it right." By that time I had cleaned the front hallway, dining room, and was working in the kitchen on the cabinets. I pointed out to the girls the kitchen cabinets werent done since there were things in the cabinets and in one drawer ir was full since I forgot the things when I moved. The girls were complaining about being there and when they went to lunch I got a call that they were not coming back. Your service was unacceptable which I expressed to you at that time. My realators said it could not be put on the market in the condition you left it. Making me miss my showing/market date by 2 weeks.  I did have to hire Stanley Steamer to do your job.  I also put in 40 hours of back breaking work myself to get the laundry room, shower, wet bar and all cabinets and closets.
In conclusion, this has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part.  You did not fullfill your contract and had plenty of time to correct the situation. Sincerely. Kathleen Pettijohn

We have worked with Servpro on many different occasions for business and personal use. This location has a great team of people who are always prompt and easy to work with! Marketing Rep, Fallon, was very quick and helpful on my personal duct work cleaning questions.

I'm very pleased with the work. Johnny Powell was great with customer service. Cleanup and repair team of Frank, Paul, and Jonathan did a very good job with disposal, treatment and repair, and cleaned the area at the end of their work each day. All were professional; would hire again.

Maddie came out to our house when we had a fire and done an excellent job getting our house cleaned up and back to normal. Maddie got our area rugs so clean looks awesome.

Maddie did a great job making sure all the water was dried up and that the damage was cleared out. Then she cleaned everything up.

Soot was depositied on my walls, ceilings, winows, cabinets and all my household belongings from a gas stove that malfunctioned. I was very pleased with the services I recieved from Reasy and Joe. They worked well as a team. They were respectful to me, my family, and my pets. They were on time and worked steadily throughout the day. They kept me well informed on when they would arrive and what they intended to do. They asked me numerous times to go behind them and look to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and asked that I tell them if it wasnt so they could correct it by the end of the day. Reasy and Joe were both pleasant and actually seemed to be enjoying their work. I have nothing but good things to say about Reasy and Joe. I really like the fact that they work so well as a team. I feel they are a great asset to ServePro.

The "A" Team of Cheyenne and Howard did a amazing job cleaning our HVAC in preparation for the spring allergy season. They were both extremely helpful addressing my questions and concerns. They also worked together very efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner.

Also wanted to shout out to the office staff who scheduled us.... Tracey did a great job dealing with rescheduling issues due to the recent crazy winter weather issues!

So glad that our system's installers recommended ServPro and that y'all have such a professional team. Puts my mind at ease that all's well after they're done.
