SERVPRO of Lawton

Took about 3 weeks to have them come out for an estimate. Waited two more for 1 out of 2 services. During the 1st service I had to ask the ladies to go back and redo the area of concern. After this service was done I had to wait 5 days for the next one. They said I will be getting a refund since they didn't do a full service and I'm still waiting for that refund a month later. It was impossible to have them give me an appointment with an estimated time of arrival and they basically came when they could since they have no local workers. Not worth the price. Totally unprofessional.

Our church (First Baptist Church of Fort Cobb, OK) unfortunately needed the services of ServePro of Lawton due to a break in and a person discharging a fire extinguisher in the east wing of our classroom which houses our children's ministry. All of the books, toys, pictures furniture and cribs had to be completely cleaned, item by item. This team did an amazing job. Thank you to Cheryl, Sheryl, Carolyn, Jay, Dylan, Tyler, Jacquelene and Alana.

Unfortunately, my water heater decided to die and flood my house but I was lucky enough to have Zach and Andrew from ServPro come to my rescue. They were polite, knowledgeable, and hard working and I would be happy to have them in my home again.

I had a great experience with the water mitigation team. Zack, Dusty, and Jose demonstrated professionalism by working fast, answering questions, and most of all cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use SERVPRO again if needed.

I tried using my own dehumidifier for the first couple of days after we had water overflow. This did not dry out the wood or walls one bit. Serv Pro put heavy duty commercial dehumidifiers and it brought the humidity level down tremendously in one day!

We arrived at home on a Friday evening after work to find that a water supply line fitting had burst and we had water throughout half of our home. I called Servpro and they arrived Friday evening ready to work. They extracted water and removed all of the wet carpet padding so that our home could dry. They left equipment to make sure that all of the water was removed. Professional staff checked on us over the next several days and moved equipment as needed. I am very happy with and would recommend Servpro to anyone needing this type of service.
