Our school caught on fire and had extensive damage to majority of our building. ServPro came in assisted and helped us through this difficult task. The staff was professional, kind, trustworthy, and caring during this challenging experience. I would definitely recommend this company for any task you need.

I agree all the others posts concerning Servpro in Kosciusko MS. Denise is the worst human being alive, she actually think that she can bully you into paying her. Be aware if the contract starts off an insurance claim it should end as an insurance claim. If they start work they are suppose to continue and please please read before signing anything with this company. The workers where really nice so when the guy ask me to sign stating it was to prove all the fan where accounted for but Nooooooo. Denise sent the paperwork to my insurance claiming I told them I no longer wanted the equipment in my house.

Gary and his team did a great job they were part of the disaster relief group after Hurricane Florence. From beginning to end they explained the process of flood remediation to me. Anytime I had any questions they would answer in a timely manner even when they were working other jobs. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of demolition which could have been overwhelming seeing our home torn apart. However they made my experience less stressful by keeping continuous communication even after they completed their job. Highly recommend this franchise great people to work with during a high stress situation.
