Redbud knows what customer service means! They see to all our insurance needs, and that includes car, home, rental property! We have been really happy with the professionalism, great rates and on top of everything they are always sooo nice.

I have, unfortunately had to have two claims with State Auto and I would like to commend them for the way they handled my claims. They deal with electronic claims which speeds up the process immensely. there is no waiting to an adjuster to come to you. They accept pictures and allow you to get prices to admit to them. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH STATE AUTO. Also Ryan has been extraordinary helpful with my retirement fund and patient to answer my questions.

As residents new to Texas, we were looking for insurance, and with so many options out there, it was nice to be able to call and speak to an actual person instead of going through 15 number selections on some automated network.
