Devin and Don are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. They are very hard workers. Would highly recommend them and ServPro again. Outstanding cleanup of my basement from water damage

Edit: just got a request for payment, $2600. Wow! I used a local company in the past at my parents house, for worse water mitigation. They were $347.00. I say shop around after getting this bill. I'm floored. I'll still give the guys a great review, but the cost is unbelievable.

Devon, Don, and Morgan went above and beyond! After my basement flooded I called Servpro to see what their services provided as I’ve never experienced anything like this before. These guys were at my house the next day. They dug right in without hesitation! In two days they had walls tore out, the sink and shower tore out and floors cleaned. AND They Took The Junk With Them!

Literally hands down THE BEST RESTORATION company anyone can ask for! The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful and friendly. Personally worked with Hilary, she was so amazing! They truly make a tough situation very easy to navigate!

Don, Devon and Trish of Serv Pro were professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them and the Serv Pro team.

We had an upstairs bathroom flood and effect portions of upstairs bedrooms/bathroom, downstairs mudroom, utility closet, and garage. Everyone at ServPro was fantastic to deal with. Casey and Ryan got to work right away and did a fantastic job mitigating the water and facilitating the drying process over a three day period. They were courteous, respectful, efficient, and effective.

*UPDATE*: Since writing this review, things have transpired differently, and I have reduced my rating from 5 stars to 2. Not lowering it to 1 only because the things I wrote about the mitigation crew are still accurate. After the mitigation crew left, we heard nothing from ServPro for 2 weeks. I called them to see what was next and let them know we hadn't heard from the restoration personnel as they had indicated would happen. The next day the restoration contractor contacted us and made a visit. During his walk-through, there was some additional water damage located in a closet that was not caught during the mitigation process. He said he would contact the mitigation team, then return with them to complete the mitigation and start the restoration. The implication was that it would take place within a few days.

Then 6 weeks passed with no communication of any kind from ServPro. Our insurance adjuster was having a hard time getting any information from them either. Meanwhile, our home sat with moldy and swollen drywall, torn up carpet, holes in ceilings, and furniture displaced.

Even after I emailed them to let them know we were switching to another company there was no communication. Lack of communication was becoming habitual with this franchise of ServPro and I was not interested in forcing them to do the work they were being paid to do "professionally". I would NOT recommend this ServPro franchise to anyone in the North Platte area.

They were easy to get a hold of and to work with. Once they got their equipment they were at my house in about 2 hrs or so (my house is over a hour away from their location :) ). They worked to get the basement cleared of water and helped with finding a service to relight the pilot on the boiler ( not many services mess with a boiler). Trish has been so helpful keeping us informed and helping us find people to relight the pilot and getting ahold of the city to shut off the water. I would 100% recommend this company. We are currently waiting on a lead asbestos test then they will continue work.

Jane and the Kearney area team are fantastic, Jane's knowledge and heart for people during very difficult times is genuine! Her kindness and professionalism is incredible.

I’d like to thank ServPro for doing a great job helping us remove mold from our home. Our upstairs bathroom was leaking to the basement bathroom and the drywall soaked up all water and a lot of mold grew. I believe the mold lowered our immune systems and made us all sick very often. From the moment I called ServPro Trish did a great job coordinating the job site teams. Don was super amazing and listened to every detail of concern. He communicated very well with his team which included Devon, Ryan, Zach, and Jesse. Matt did a great job reconstructing my kitchen sink. I would say the whole team at ServPro did fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone, however Don and Ryan really stood out with their customer service and work ethic. Thank you guys so much! Great experience using ServPro! I had a large footwear mold issue they were able to resolve within 2 weeks of notifying them. Their customer service was fantastic.

When I heard the water alert in our basement at 2:30 am, I knew we were in trouble. Most of our basement was flooded. I called ServPro and they sent a team out of the Kearney Office. Derek, Don, Cindy, and Evan came into our home and worked like they were in their very own homes. If you need water extraction, don't waste your time on other Restoration Service Companies. Our gratitude goes out to Derek, Don, Cindy, and Evan.

This crew did a fantastic job coming out late on a Friday evening to cleanup a project! Great communication and cleanup! Highly recommend! Don, Ryan, Jesse, and Devon were terrific to work with!

You will never find a better crew than Don and Devon. Not that anyone wants a disaster, but these guys were the most courteous, professional and genuine people I’ve met regardless of any profession. They made a bad flood situation more bearable and completely resolved the damage perfectly!

We had a water issue in our basement and we contacted Jane right away. She had a crew lined up and out extremely fast. Don, Morgan, and Devon came out and were some of the nicest people we could have ever wanted to have out to help us out during that stressful time. Between the 4 of them, they eliminated so much stress from an otherwise stressful time and we appreciate it so much. I hope to never have an emergency like that again but if I do, these are the people I'm going to want to take care of us!

Don and Morgan were too tier with customer service! They were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

ServPro does great work. I've had them out twice now for big leaks and got Don and Morgan both times. They did a great job cleaning up both leaks and were also just generally very nice people to talk and work with.

I have not yet needed to use ServPro but as a Realtor I have spoken to Jane several times in regards to the process of renovating after loss and feel so confident that if anything materially damaged a home, they would be the ones to get the job done. Her customer service has been extraordinary, as well as their monthly virtual meetups have been so informative!

We had a water pipe break in our basement which caused a lot of flooding. We called North Platte Servpro and they were at our home in a very short time, even though we live out of town. I definitely recommend them for water and home cleanup and care. They were very careful, professional and did a great job for us.

I was a property manager at Element 30 Apartments in Kearney, Nebraska. A couple days before opening our Beautiful Commons Area, we had our mens bathroom back up and we had a mess in our bathroom, hallway, and fitness room. I contacted Jane Fruge to see if Servepro could come clean the mess. They made it out, cleaned up the whole area and had it to where we could open up. The ServPro Kearney team I worked with (Don, Morgan and Wonka) did an excellent job with mold remediation in my basement!
