We are very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning and stain removal. Matthew came to our home to assess the problem and seemed confident that he could handle it. He and Fredrick arrived on time and worked diligently for close to two hours. Matthew had me check their progress and le me know what they were doing. The results were great! Both of the guys were friendly, professional and personable. A great experience from start to finish!

SERVPRO recently helped me with a water leak. They responded right away and were patient in determining the best servises and equipment to resolve our issue. Terry Jones was our on site expert, providing explanations of the equipment and services provided. He was excellent responding to concerns and questions throughout the duration of the service. I will call them again should I ever need help in the future.

Mary and Fanny were the team that came to clean my home. They did an excellent job. Thoroughly cleaned.very nice People easy to talk to. They help me with questions that I had about what was going on. They are wonderful ladies. I would give them both a nice fat bonus if I could.

We had a pipe burst in our basement, in January. The Serv Pro team was superb. Thorough, professional, kept us informed of progress. A superb company that set and met high standards.

First, I want to express my appreciation for the effort that several SERVPRO offices made to help expedite the initial water removal. The Ft. Leavenworth office was the 1st on the scene and Drew got the ball rolling.

Next to arrive the very next day was Jacob, Breanda, and I believe Jack. They immediately went to work to place pads under furniture, move furniture, pull back carpet, place fans and humidifiers and start the drying process.

Jacob was the most impressive in that he worked daily for the next week and a half (10 days) removing drywall, stained wood, carpet, detaching the bar from the wall, saving trim where possible. His daily updates were excellent, and his can-do attitude was very welcomed.

Jacob did have some help from time to time (for an hour or two) but he was the main person on the job and did an excellent job of ensuring that the walls, were dried out ands been treated with a mold inhabitant spray. He carefully checked the moisture % and when I questioned the levels (yes i did my own trust/verify with my own moisture meter) he double checked and took action to ensure the walls and framework was dry.

Jacob absolutely made our event as painless as possible and gave me confidence that he had done all he could to resolve my problem and concerns.

In closing, just know I am a very particular person and pay close attention to details and Jacob exceeded my expectations!

Mary and Fany were wonderful! They came and cleaned, so kind and left my bedrooms spotless! Very thorough and all was done in a timely manner!

We’ve used them a few times now and they are by far the best in the business! They were quick to have someone come out to assess the damage and even being incredibly busy with the freeze in January, they were able to come out and do the work so fast. They give fair quotes and their work is always impeccable. We have had two major floods since owning our home and each time our Servpro has made the process as quick and easy as possible. We own a large, historic home in Leavenworth, KS that we fondly refer to as Krasnesky Manor. It’s a very special house, so when we had water damage from a leak, we needed to be sure this 140 year old treasure was handled by people who knew what they were doing.

After shutting off the water, the first call we made was to our local Servpro. They arrived within the hour.

We now know the leak originated from our nearly new washing machine (the hot water valve failed) which flooded the second floor laundry room, drained through to the kitchen ceiling, and down into the basement below.

While there was still a mess to clean up and some water damage that had to be dealt with by the professionals, we were extraordinarily fortunate to have avoided catastrophic damage to the Manor.

Our Servpro team was absolutely magical. Jacob, Matt, Jake, Jeremiah, and Drew were in and out of the Manor every day, checking the status of the remaining moisture in the walls, floors, and ceilings, answering endless questions, and patiently explaining the process again and again.

I cannot say enough good things about them.

The Servpro team has just finished cleaning my home after what I thought was a minor kitchen fire. The company rep came out only a couple hours after I called to assess the damage. Although I did get the fire out quickly it caused an enormous amount of smoke which had collected in the high ceilings of my home. And of course it spread through the house when I turned on the ceiling fans. The team came out the next day and did a careful and thorough job of cleaning everything. Late at night we noticed there was water coming in our basement. It flooded my parents’ room my sisters bedroom the hallway the living room bathroom and part of the storage room. The carpets were absolutely soaked and water was standing in the bathroom. I called ServePro of Leavenworth and Jake showed up at 10:30 at night and then wet vacuumed all the water and set up dehumidifiers. These guys came back the next day and took out the carpet, and every day or every other day after that until it was all completely dry. They did an absolutely excellent job! I highly recommend them.

I like to give a BIG THANK you to Servpro here in Leavenworth . We had a sprinkler head burst and we called them as quick as we could. Drew the manager came very quickly got his crew here as fast as he could and started taking care of us and setting up a care plan. A huge tree recently fell on my 86 year old father’s house damaging it so badly he cannot live there for six to nine months. The damage was extensive with tree limbs, water and insulation coming through the roof . The professional approach, courtesy, consideration and work ethic of Jake Mitchell and his crew was more than impressive. Their respectfulness and responsiveness to my father in a desperate time will never be forgotten. Without our request, they voluntarily went “above and beyond” to make special arrangements for the removal and storage of family heirlooms , and special items they could have more easily thrown in the storage bins. Their cleanup was quick and efficient and made a disaster area ready for repair in a short period of time.
Jake was more than helpful in connecting us with people we needed on other phases of resolving the dilemma. As a Superintendent of Schools for 18 years in Missouri, I had the misfortune of dealing with water damage , wind damage and transitioning in and out of many buildings. I wish I had this organization to have orchestrated the process as they far exceeded the work of other vendors that I contracted for similar work. I want to thank three special ladies that helped with our home when we needed to have a complete remodel done due to water damage. Mary, Fanny and Emma were amazing! Mary and Fanny packed up our entire house and labeled everything so that during unpacking I was able to find things very easily. Jake and his crew did a Great! job. Due to allergies I could not be around and had to depend on family members to do the communicating, and he communicated with them well. The work they did was thorough and the area was neatly cleaned up. I was comfortable leaving them to do their job while I stayed away from the area and even the house while they did their work. They explained what they were doing and were extremely accommodating even contacting my family with updates. Jake is a personable young man.

I called ServePro last Wednesday at 7:50 am for water damage from my ice maker & they were at my house by 9:15. Erick was calm, professional & so knowledgeable. He explained the reasons for everything they did & I felt very comfortable with his advice. He explained all the computer paperwork thoroughly. Jake came daily after that to monitor the dryness & humidity levels of my house. He always called ahead to tell me a precise time that he would arrive, answered all my questions & really went above & beyond. I would call them again in a heartbeat & can't rate them highly enough!

We used ServPro because they were an accredited provided of our insurance company...an arranged marriage so to speak. We had water damage on the main level and finished basement, requiring remediation of drywall, insulation, hardwood floors and carpet. The crew was professional and answered all questions. Eric Rice was our tech. When the plumber came out to fix the leak, the fix didn't work. It was Eric that noticed the issue, brought it to our attention and prevented further loss and extension of the repair process. Fortunately, we got a second plumber to come out and the leak was fixed...but it was Eric that caught it.

Eric was very professiona! He did a fantastic job making sure my house is ready for spring. Thanks to Eric, my Air ducts are clean and mold free. I highly recommend this company.

My call was answered before second ring and quickly referred to Operations Manager Drew. His interview was polite, compassionate, and professional. I have long known they are the only Leavenworth company specializing in disaster restoration. Glad they do tenant disasters as well.

We had a house fire in January 2017. I called insurance immediately and then ServPro. Within a few hours, they had the house mapped, a plan with the insurance company, and went over everything with us. They helped us with many tips on documentation, pictures, and kept us up to date on all progress. Their crew was professional, respectful and prompt. Everything they said they would do, they did. If it wasn't something on their list, they helped us get it done. Our insurance company was happy we chose them, and so are we.

I had ServPro of Leavenworth County recommended by our insurance agency for a water damage claim. The water mitigation cost $3844 (after a previous contractor removed the carpet and trim) the $3844 price was just for fans, holes in sheetrock and humidifiers and the bonus we now have mold growing everywhere. I would not recommend anyone use this disaster company. I gave them a chance to rectify the situation and they stated we should have cut sheet rock off the concrete. They made all recommendations to remove trim and drill holes, had they recommended in the beginning or advised that the concrete would be an issue we would have agreed to cut it out. They said it was all clear and didn't require chemical treatments. Obviously they were wrong on multiple accounts and didn't do a thorough job. We now have mold on the base area of sheet rock and growing up to mid thigh height in all areas. I don't understand how they can collect these prices and not stand behind or guarantee their work. We will now be out thousands more in replacing sheetrock and making our home safe for our children. Another bonus, they actually offered to give me a quote for them to now remove the mold and repair the unnecessary issues caused by their incomplete work. Unbelievable.
