Besel's is the best! Responsive, thorough, and affordable. We board dogs and oftentimes have 50 or more with us. They help us keep our guests cool (or warm) and comfortable. In a time where quality customer service is hard to find, Besel's excels, and we are very thankful.

We had a service call for our A/C unit. August was very efficient & informative in answering our questions. Would recommend him & Besels.

Randy was a lifesaver when my A/C went out on a Saturday with over a 90 degree temps forecast over the weekend. Randy responded,arrived, and repaired my A/C im the most professional manner and timely manner great customer service.

Randy was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk me through the service plan I purchased for future cleanings, and went above and beyond by sitting down with me to explain the damaged parts of our A/C unit and what caused the issues. Most importantly, he showed up on a Sunday evening—in over 90-degree heat, with the sun blazing and the house sweltering at 87 degrees—to make sure my family could return to a cool and comfortable home.

Our a/c went out on a Sunday evening. We called and Keith was out the next morning. to fix it. My house was cool once again by 10am. I really appreciated Keith’s kindness and professionalism in making sure I understood what he was doing. His work ethic deserves more than 5 stars!

Adam was upfront and honest with us about what our options were. It’s not always easy to know what to do when you don’t know a lot about the subject and Adam made us comfortable, which is all I could ask for.

August did an amazing job with the diagnostics and repair of our A/C unit! He was kind, courteous and very efficient. He explained what needed repaired and took care of it within an hour. Price was very reasonable.

I called for an appt, and though it wasn't an emergency, they were able to send someone out that afternoon! Mr Jewel (Randy!) was very prompt, friendly and helpful. He thoroughly checked out our system, explained his actions and provided excellent advice! We are now on Besel's Service Plan and look forward to working with them.

This was an after hours call because the compressor came on suddenly very loud and shuddering. August was at my house within 30 minutes. He checked out the system and made sure it was working properly. Very pleased.

Randy Jewell was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived early, and I had no concerns about him doing a very thorough job. I would gladly have him sent to my home again.

We have a service contract with Besel’s, and their technician arrived on time, serviced the unit, and replaced it part. Beat and clean.

Keith arrived as scheduled, he checked the outside unit, determined the problem, explained to me what the issue was (bad fan motor), explained what he needed to do, and after replacing the fan motor he let me know that he tested it and made sure it was working properly. Keith was very professional and as they always do, Besel's did an outstanding job as a HVAC service provider.

Adam was very knowledgeable & friendly, he helped us set the thermostat features to maximize its efficiency. Adam then cleaned the A/C unit inside & out!! Changed the filter. Great job Adam !! He was a pleasure to do business with!!

Adam Patterson was a top rate servicemen. He evaluated and assessed what needed to be done and moved swiftly to repair and service our unit. Zeke Taylor responded to my emergency call this evening in about 15 minutes. He was able to quickly fix my air conditioner problem. Thanks for a job well done!

Once again Besel's was top notch! Easy scheduling to include a change of dates driven by our inability to make the first appointment. We were notified a short time before our technician Randy arrived that he was on the way with a photo to verify identity. Randy was marvelous, did a great job servicing our A/C. There is no way anything could be any better. Kudo's to Besel's and Randy for a job well done. See you in the Fall for our furnace check and tune-up
