Anthony, Allen, Brian, Johnathon, Thomas, and Tim were all very professional with each encounter we had with them throughout the process of dealing with our leak in our home! They delivered equipment promptly and made sure we had what we needed throughout the whole process! When it came to getting our estimate done for rebuild Tigrey was prompt and thorough with assisting our insurance with what they needed! Everyone at Servpro made our lives easier while dealing with such a drastic project in our home. Thanks also to Teresa for organizing all the chaos! We appreciate you!

We didn’t get what we needed. We had an attended death and the person had been in there several days. We asked if the smell would be gone and we were assured yes it would. That was not the case. The chair and a section of the floor was taken out. I was hoping there was something that would take care of the smell. We have ionizers in there now and that is helping. It would have been nice if we could have been told what we could’ve done.

Servpro helped me with cleaning up mold and water damage . Very professional , quick to help. Then Tigrey and Brody fixed my bathroom , and made it look better than it did before

I had a variety of people: John, Kayla,Lacy Jarred, Angel and Jonah (if I’ve overlooked anyone I’m sorry) work on my home, repairing damage from a recent water leak. Servpro should be proud of the professionalism of their employees and their attention to any and all questions I asked of them. To wake up and discover your septic has backed up and flooded your completed basement is devasting. SERV-PRO sent a crew right away and cleaned up mess along with demolition of entire area including walls. I had the pleasure of Tim leading an awesome team of Jonah, Tyler, Allen, Brian, Annie(Carol), Kayla. Your the best! You worked so hard and gave my dog love, which always made her doggy day. Thankyou for taking care of me.

The young men from Servpro were very polite and did a great job of drying out the house and removing the wet damaged carpet. They also were very careful with the removal of our belongings.

Most recently after living in our home for 52 years, we were the victims of a house fire. Within minutes of calling Serv Pro they were there. Teresa was great from day one reassuring us that all of our things would be handled with care. The crew, directed by Lacy were fabulous always taking time to ask us questions and recognizing that special family heirlooms needed to be packed with care. Teresa has always (6mo) pleasantly answered all of our concerns and even took the time to meet with us to go over details. Teresa Gran and the crew from Aberdeen, WA arrived at my house the day after the disaster struck ( a fire in the garage that affected the house as well). They immediately started to mitigate the damage of the fire, water and smoke which was very extensive. The process was very painful for me, but thanks to Servepro professionalism and the meticulous work, I survived. Teresa has been my rock throughout the clean-up and beyond. I am very grateful for their service and would recommend them if something unfortunate happens in your home.

Overpriced. Unprofessional. Building inspector stated there was too much insulation put in attic. I asked if they would complete the job and was threatened by the owner, in front of the inspector, that I should pay as they instructed or we would be triple sued. Nothing has changed since they left…the attic looks atrocious.

Wow, they weren't kidding when they say they're the best around. They will forever be my go-to restoration company. Flooding problems? Just call them!!!

Our experience with ServPro was great. We called in the morning and Teresa sent a crew that day. The crew was very courteous and professional. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They also removed debris and cleaned up as well. Teresa was a life saver. She responded right away to emails and phone calls, helped us with our insurance adjuster, and explained next steps. We would not hesitate to use ServPro in the future.

One of the workers is very unprofessional rude an inappropriate his little comments and remarks under his breath are highly unprofessional. I do not want this worker back at the home that they are working on next door. I will be contacting his boss are there Better Business Bureau about his behavior

Servpro will come out and bill 15x the going rate for demo and provide no accounting until the are done and gone. They claim to have approval from your insurance company when they do not. They then place liens immediately. Avoid at all costs. Their general manager Teresa lies and claims she has insurance approval and proceeds to do work without owner approval. I have never worked with a more unprofessional demolition contractor. Our insurance company now recommends avoiding Servpro.

BEWARE Teresa Gran from Servpro is the biggest scam artist of all. They came in and immediately started proceeding with unapproved work. We would show up in the morning with crew already onsite claiming they had approval and coverage confirmed by insurance and demo'd tons of items that did not need to be demo'd and had dried out. They performed illegal practices and racked up 150k of charges for plugging in fans and ripping out some flooring and trim. They lied about insurance conversations and would not provide an accounting of their expenses after multiple requests. Insurance did not cover their work. Disgusting illegal behavior from their operations manager. Ongoing legal suit to proceed.

Theresa from Serve pro is the best in the industry in my opinion. I was completely frauded by a different restoration company. After hearing about my desperate situation, Theresa kindly came by and witnessed what was done to our home. She wrote up a report and fortunately because of her professionalism, we didn't have to pay over $117,500.00 to the company who stole all our belongings and didn't record any items for insurance reimbursement. Theresa is why I will only use Servepro from now on. If Theresa's integrity and professionalism is a trademark of Servepro, and I believe it is, 5 stars isn't enough! Back in Dec 2017 my father's house caught fire and was completely ruined. I want to thank Servpro for contacting us immediately and making sure the home was not vandalized, that people did not wander through and get hurt leading to liability for our family and documenting all of the contents so that my family as able to obtain the best possible insurance claim reimbursement. They also hand cleaned any items that could be saved and used ozone technology to remove smoke smell and damage where they could. Without them, we would have been lost. My father is now in a new house and the salvageable belongings have been returned to him by Servpro. Thank you so much, Teresa and crew!

Never had to have them fix anything but I know just about all the working crew! They are all super nice!! I live with one of the workers and he does a fantastic job along with the rest!

We had a water catastrophe and called ServePro this morning. They were there in less than a half hour! They got to work and told me they needed to pull up some flooring. I had my two year old granddaughter who wasn't feeling too great and I thought, "How am I going to pack up all of my hutch on such short notice??" But I didn't have to lift a finger! I took the grandbaby to lunch while Monica carefully packed all of my Memaw's dishes. I came back to a tidy stack of neatly labeled boxes! So grateful to the crew for coming to our rescue! Everyone was professional, careful, and kind. 5 stars!
Update:
I finished my ServPro experience yesterday. We ended up having to replace quite a bit in our home, which required the removal of almost everything in the house. Yesterday the truck brought back our belongings. As I was unpacking, I was very impressed by the care with which staff had packed things. I was worried about what to do with the enormous amount of boxes and paper, (every box was new and still in great shape except for the labeling) but I found out... ServPro re-purposes all of it! The staff was just as friendly and efficient as before. One thing I noticed when they were here at the beginning packing the house up... it was hot weather and I saw a lot of them had various drinks, which is good, you want to stay hydrated. When they left though, there was not one single empty bottle or even a bottle cap to be found on my property! Super professional! So my update is 5 more stars!
