Brant was here within 45 minutes of my paniced call on a Saturday. Guys were all friendly and did good work. I would definitely call Servpro again.

Brant came out and quickly assessed the situation and the team (Brant, Brandon and Miguel) got right on it, dried out my flooded bathroom and now I can get everything put back together. Thanks guys!!!

Brandt came out not once but twice to assess our property. We were dealing with an estate issue and couldn't decide what direction we were going to go with mitigation and had been making 1000 decisions a day times months by the time he came up to look at the property the first time. Though a very busy business owner, he was patient with us and understanding of our situation. A few months later, we called and decided to have them work on our project and they got the job completed in the time they said it would, start to finish. They did a great job and left it clean. I recommend them and would use them again!
A shout out to Brandon who met with my husband, and was thorough in helping get the job done! Another shout out to Megan who takes care of communications and coordinating the jobs and schedule. She is outstanding at customer service, friendly and on top of things. We had a great experience.

We contacted ServPro at 12:30pm on Christmas Eve and they were here within about one and a half hours for assessment followed by a crew to remediate sewage water damage. After 4 hours they had contained contamination sufficiently for the holiday and returned as promised the day after to complete the job. They did excellent work!

ServPro saved us after a flooding disaster, they were quick to schedule our services and did a phenomenal and thorough job on removing damaged materials and saving what they could of our home. Highly recommend

My home fell victim to hurricane Helena. My home is in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains in North Carolina. I would never have guessed that a crew from Montana would be called on to mitigate the water damage sustained to my home. Brandt and his crew did an amazing job! If you want great customer service make sure you call these guys. Its a smaller company so customer service and getting the job done quickly and done right are top priorities. They showed up ahead of schedule to look at the water damage and got their equipment set up the same day. Brandt came back and checked the job and pulled the equipment on the day he promised. I posted a review about Serve Pro of Gallatin County. It was not a good review and I was upset because he put a lien on my home. I just want to say that in the past months he is now and has worked with me to try and straighten this all out. He could have just been done with me and called it that after my review but turned out to be a stand up guy and it was State Farm I should have given the bad review. He did not try and charge for a water truck but I was told that by State Farm. I apologize Brant for that review.

The same week his crew came to tear out the damaged materials. He has kept in touch and coordinates with the adjustors and the plumbers. Best decision we ever made!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Brant Holland and Servpro of Gallatin County! He personally answered my call immediately, and sent a member of his team to my Big Sky condo the same day. They did a full, comprehensive inspection of my water damage, including removal and reinstallation of paneling, crawl space inspection, and exterior evaluation. Since they found no evidence of mold nor any current need for remediation there was no charge for any of this inspection. I could not be more pleased, and really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely call on Brant and his team if I ever need restoration help in the future. Thank you Brant!

Servpro did an excellent job for 2 of my real estate clients. They removed asbestos material in one house and had to re hang, tape and texture, and then paint the entire house. They also did mold remediation in another condo in Bozeman. They were very responsive, professional and most importantly got the jobs done in a timely manner.

Thank you Brandt from Servpro!!! There was fire at my house this summer while I was on Vacation. Servpro worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf while we were away and had the rehabilitation of my home completed by the time we arrived.
