Highly recommend! We had some really bad stains in our carpets called servpro and had a great crew come out and now it looks like we got new carpets and rodney was so polite and he was so helpful and made everything very understanding. If you need any of their services call them asap!!! We Will definitely call servpro again!

Can’t say enough good things about Jacob Kelly and his crew at ServPro! Unfortunately, we’ve had to use them multiple times for a leak in our basement that didn’t get resolved properly the first couple of times. (NO fault of Servpro). Each time our basement got water damage, they have shown up quickly, dried out the basement in a timely manner, and replaced sheet rock, baseboards, paint, etc. perfectly! I hate the issues we’ve had with our flooding basement, but so glad there is a company like Servpro (Jacob) that we can always rely on to repair the damage!

The SERVPRO mitigation team was contacted and arrived first on the scene within 1 hour.
They immediately assessed all of the water damage.
Subsequently located the busted pipe, and capped it off, allowing me to be able to turn my water back on!
They also came out over the holiday weekend, and all week thereafter.
The team was very friendly and courteous! They worked hard and diligently fully drying out and saving what they could and removing and disposing of items/materials not salvageable.

Trey and his staff did an excellent job on my parents house cleaning and the mold removal and we're very respectful of my parents because they had to remain in the home while the work was being performed so I would highly recommend them for any water damage .

When the street catch basins got plugged up during a heavy rain event water quickly rose almost 2 feet in the lower level of our home. As promised SERVPRO was quick to respond and thoroughly go over the details of the clean up process. Very professional, and their knowledge was more than evident. I highly recommend SERVPRO, and should the need arise again, SERVPRO will be my only call.

I called Trey with SERVPRO of Davie/Yadkin to do post COVID cleaning and disinfecting and he could not have been more on the spot. He and his crew came in the next day and cleaned the house top to bottom, fogged with anti-microbial and the HVAC system twice with anti-viral and anti-microbial spray. These guys know what they are doing with this stuff. Highly recommended!

Absolutely professional crew came in after I had a flood problem. They looked over the house and laid out the probable steps needed to bring the house back to pre-flood condition. And they let me know throughout their demo process when they ran across areas that had been affected which had not been seen in the first review of the house. Did a great job for me.
