Just over a week ago I woke up to my Kitchen and basement flooding due to a rupture water supply line. After contacting Robert at SERVPRO, He notified his team and Noah arrived at my home within 30 minutes to assess the damage and determine what they needed to do. He left and returned with his team in less than 2hrs and they got to work removing my ruined carpet and LPV flooring! Due to their prompt response for the water damage they were able to prevent further damage or mold growth in my house! I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and the quality of their work! I would recommend SERPRO of DANVILLE if you ever have a water problem. We recently had a pipe burst on the second floor of our home which resulted in flooding our main floor and basement. I called and even tho we were located an hour away, they arrived and were working in only a couple of hours. I could not have been more pleased. What I saw was a disaster and in a matter of a few hours they had cleaned and set up for moisture removal. Very efficient and kept us informed on what was happening. We were so relieved when they were done and very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend this company and this location to anyone that has an issue.

Servpro of Danville worked on our house for two weeks to clean and repair our house due to smoke damage. The service they provided was exceptional. They were very through and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend their services.

Septic backup saturated bedroom carpeting. Project Manager, Noah Parsons, was quick to assess the water damage and proposed a restoration plan. Carpet was removed, bathroom tile was sanitized, and overnight AirMax dehumidifiers and air exchanger accelerated the dry time.

This organization, under the direction of Robert Parsons, communicates clearly, frequently and promptly. They meet their commitments as promised, and are great with “holding the clients’ hands “during the entire process. I was very impressed with the ServPro team that helped out tremendously after I had a failed shower valve flood part of my house. Noah and Tanner were very helpful and worked swiftly to mitigate any further damages to my house. They removed all of the damaged drywall/insulation and cleaned up as they moved along. Noah kept in close contact throughout the process to ensure I was completely taken care of. He was always willing to explain the process and go beyond my expectations. The water heater had burst in the basement. I had water over my shoes and it was 3 pm. They came that evening and worked for hours removing the flooring and water. They were extremely professional and took care of completely drying out my basement.

SERVPRO of Danville Was very prompt in responding to my call and did an excellent job of remediating the damage. They were very helpful in getting me through this event.

After discovering mold growth in a rarely used closet I called Servpro and Robert was able to come and inspect my issue within a couple hours of our first phone call. He advised on next steps to determine the source of the problem before cleanup could begin. Once my hidden in the wall water leak was repaired his crew came in to begin cleanup and unfortunately discovered the water and mold issue had penetrated beyond the visual damage on the carpet. I was well informed on each step of the cleaning process and Robert was available to be onsite to answer any questions when the insurance field agent came to inspect the damage.
I appreciated their efforts in being sure all affected areas were cleaned and possible contaminated materials were removed in a safe manner. The process covered about a two week period and the entire team was courteous at each visit. Robert followed up with me to be sure I was happy with their service and satisfied with the end results. I hope that I will not need Servpro services again but should the need arise I would not hesitate to call Robert. I highly recommend the services provided by Robert and his crew at Servpro.

Kitchen remodels rarely go as planned, but seeing extensive water damage and mold under the linoleum where the dishwasher was isn’t ideal. We called Servpro to help us out and Robert came the next day. He was awesome! He explaining the cleaning, removal, and drying process clearly. The guys were in and out in a few days. They even found some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed that we may not have even seen before it was a problem.
