SERVPRO of Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy and Maricopa

Submitted online, didn't hear for about 2 weeks. Called myself and got routed about, and got told I'd get a call back. I did and the guy said to send pictures, i did. And that he'd call me the following Monday, latest Tuesday. Didn't hear back, again. Just decided to look elsewhere. If I'm going to get ghosted twice I'm not going to try for a third. Gave plenty of time for a reach out before posting here too. Maybe if they call me back ever I'll adjust, but for now it's more than a little disappointing.

Serve pro was always on time, quick to solve our water damage problem and walked us through every step. Sam the owner felt with the insurance to get the repairs done quick and was on site most days to check on progress. the whole team was a friendly experience. will use them again when in need. HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM

Great company! Had a major flood in my new home and called them. They were out in no time to help me with everything I needed including talking to the insurance adjuster as I was very upset. They really go the extra mile for their customers to make sure you're taken care of! Everything was put back together like it never even happened in a short period of time. Amazing work. The team quickly arrived, cleaned up the water damage mess, and answered questions about the restoration process in an honest and courteous manner. Bonus points for helping to line up restoration contractors when the "Preferred Vendor" from my insurance company turned out to be worthless.

I certainly don't wish it on anyone, but in the event you have a catastrophe at your house; flood, fire, etc. I highly recommend you call SERVPRO of Casa Grande to come in as the restoration company. Amazing group of guys to work with, extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and friendly. Very fast response time on a Saturday, came daily to check on progress, available to answer any and all questions! Made a sucky situation just a little bit better!

We had only been in our home less than 60 days when monsoon season had left us with an unexpected mess. Servpro was sent out to evaluate the damage and ultimately completed the work.
