Premier Restoration was excellent to work with during the process to restore our finished basement and main floor due to water damage (carpet &, wood flooring replacement, drywall repair, painting, etc.). They were responsive throughout the process and we're very happy with the finished job. In addition to being professional, the team was kind and helpful! We also appreciated their communication and coordination directly with our insurance company.

My warehouse wall was rebuilt after being damaged by a trucking company. The restoration work was top-notch. They tackled the extensive damage with impressive skill, ensuring that every detail was addressed. It was clear that they used high-quality materials and knowledgeable labor to bring our commercial building home back to its pre-damaged condition. The level of craftsmanship was exceptional, and the results speak for themselves.

Premier Restoration went above and beyond rebuilding an outdoor structure in my yard that was destroyed by a sewage blowout. I have never had to deal with an issue like this before and was clueless of the process. They came over and worked with me to develop a rebuild plan that was within my budget. The end result exceeded my expectations, they were very professional and kept me informed of their progress every step of the way. I had a water leak from the water line to my refrigerator, and I was put in contact with Premier to help with the kitchen redo, which included insulation, drywall, paint, and flooring all through my first floor (due to it's open floorplan).
The staff at Premier were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and took great care with my home. It took longer than everyone expected due to working with my insurance company, but I was getting regular check-ins from Premier to follow up, and just to see how I was handling living in an incomplete kitchen.

My husband and I had two different incidents of flooding in our basement, it made for a very stressful fall figuring out how to fix it with our insurance company. From the beginning, Premier Restoration was ready and willing to help us, they were patient when we had issues with the insurance agency. It was very clear they cared about our family and wanted to help us in the best way possible. Additionally their work was fantastic as you can see in the attached photos. We had a tree fall on our house and destroy the roof. Premier was very responsive, and were able to put a temporary repair on the roof the next day. They then worked with our insurance company and were able to perform structural roof repairs, install a new roof and gutters, and perform the necessary interior repairs. Good quality work and quick scheduling. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing home restoration.

Wow! What an amazing family-run company. They communicated so well and were very reliable. We had a big project and we’re displaced with two small kids, a dog, and a cat. Then, above that, we realized at the beginning we would have to have asbestos removed. Premier took care of all of it. Our only focus was trying to keep the kids happy in the hotel. Premier was a genuine joy to work with. I hope that we never have to have another major restoration needed- but if we do this is the company to call. What’s more, they were all so incredibly kind to my children. That goes a very long way. Thank you!

Mike is awesome ! He took the time to show me how to drain a lot of standing water on my patio after all of the rain we've recently received. He even facetimed with me to make sure I was doing it correctly which kept me calm during a quite stressful situation. Well 2020 was a very challenging year for all of us, especially for the Boswell family, dealing with Coronavirus Pandemic and other personal issues. And in the midst of it all, we had to file our very 1st home claim for water damages. Water damages to our kitchen light fixtures, ceiling and cabinet, which the water was coming from the bathroom on the 2nd floor, through the walls. Our bathroom was severely out of date and in serious need of a revamp. Premier restoration helped my father out last year when his basement flooded. They were the best part of the whole experience and did a fantastic job then, which is why we hired them to do our bathroom. I would like to stress how great it was working with them, they were professional and punctual about everything they did. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make the bathroom look great. We would recommend them to anyone, and will be using them again should the situation arise.

Mark and crew did a phenomenal job in restoring my basement from water damage. I had a huge mess due to sump pump failure. They answered my call and came in finished the job in no time. This company has amazing customer service and extremely professional workmanship. When our mother had an accident and called 911 they had to break her door down to get into her home to help her. We needed a company that could come repair the door and frame that day to help get security back for the home because there wasn’t any after that early morning incident. I called and spoke to Justine with Premier Restoration and she immediately was able to sympathize and understand the need we had and she also understood the urgency. She was able to get her crew out to my moms home ASAP and they not only did an impeccable job fixing the door like new, they got there ASAP. What I find most impressive is how attentive and understanding they were to what had happened and that they made it a priority to get to her home secure so my mother and our family didn’t have to worry what might happen with the front door being separated from the frame of the home. The security of your home and belongings is of the utmost importance and I cannot stress how grateful we were to this fantastic company for helping us in such a short window of time. I had some flooding in my basement due to the recent rain and a backed up drain cleanout. David was the first person to my home to look at the problem the morning it happened and offered helpful advice. He called me several times that day to check up on my progress.

The following day, after a plumber had unclogged the drain and the water had receded, Mike came to the house with all the equipment and supplies I would need to remove the water. David and Mike were both personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

My review was removed from the BBB at the request of this company due to 'no proof' I was a client. Attached is a picture of the contract signed by the owners son. If this isn't sufficient I can add the receipts from my insurance carrier. Premiere restoration was hired to do repairs following flood damage we incurred on Christmas Eve. From the beginning our questions and concerns were treated as if we were 'shopping' the company. It was even out right asked if we were price shopping their quote. It seemed they were intentionally withholding the quote from our insurance company to delay the approval until after the cancellation period had ended. Once the job was finally started, we were assured that our wood floors would look 'as good, if not better' than prior to the flood. All of our belongings were packed up and stored while our wood floors were refinished. One of my biggest concerns was because I was pregnant was all of the sawdust being hard to remove and inhaled in the future - I requested they cover the kitchen cupboards as well as our wooden window treatments with plastic. This way clean up would be easier, and I would feel more comfortable. This request was only upheld in the living room. My assumption is they didn't think I could see the other rooms? Absolutely not the case - even from the door way you could see that nothing was covered. Again I was frustrated, but let the job continue. Once the sanding was complete the finish was added to the floors and carpet laid on our basement stairs. I was eager to see the final product, and premier restoration was pushing to get paid immediately. I went by the house to inspect, and was incredibly disappointed. There were marks left around almost every edge by the sanding machine that resembled scratches as well as many ruts in the floor from poor use of the sander as well. There were scratches in the drywall on almost every stair where they laid the carpet. After bringing this to their attention, my concerns were minimized and I was told this was normal. He agreed to spot treat areas. After the minor repairs were finished - I was again left incredibly disappointed. Just as I suspected, the stain was dark in many areas, and the ruts were untouched. At this point we had been in a hotel for a month. My husbands job is very demanding in both work load and time, especially near the end of the month - but because premier restoration was clearly not listening to me I had to have him step in. We met with our representative from premier restoration as well as the owner of the floor refinishing company. It was agreed that the job was done poorly and agreed they would start over. Again, I requested they cover my window treatments to avoid further dust, reminding them my request was not met the first time. As the job progressed, it was clear they, again, could not honor that. Once finished, inspection proved again - disappointing. The house was covered in sawdust, it was thick on the walls, shelves, in the bathrooms and even inside the cupboards because they did not seal the plastic properly. Bathrooms were filthy with dirt and grime from the workers. The quarter round molding had many chips, scratches, and in a lot of places was not properly secured. The scratches on the edges of the floor were still noticeable as well. Being pregnant, my biggest concern was the filth everywhere. When I explained this again, the representative offered $100 for a cleaning lady. While on one hand I was incredibly offended, I also had zero confidence in his clean up abilities and figured it would be better done by someone else. I am extremely disappointed in the work that was performed and will never be using this company again. I am frustrated that it got to the point that we decided to deal with the many issues just to have our home back. I am even more frustrated that now after the fact - the poor quality finish is easily removed with the slightest provocation. I feel like after premier restoration left our home, we were left with significantly lower quality floors than we started with.

I would like to write a review for Premier Restoration in Livonia. I discovered a water leak inside of my closet and bathroom.. Bloom Agency, Northville sent out Mike and his father to inspect the roof. They determined that caulking around the vents on the roof was the problem. They caulked around all of the vents and said that should solve the problem. When i ask for their bill, the said " just have a nice day" There are still good people in our world with a good heart. I would certainly recommend them and call if other problems arise. They are very professional and efficient.

Premier just finished repairs in our master bath and kitchen, following a flood we had. Bar none, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, not just specifically in the restoration business but in general. I hired Premier to repair my condo after a flood. Every person from ownership to crew was knowledgeable and incredibly courteous. They did fantastic work repairing the damage to my condo, including completing the repairs very quickly. They were fast, professional, talented, and very neat in their work.
