Servpro of Burlington was very helpful during a very trying experience! Angela who works in the office was very kind and patient with me during this process. Jason who worked with me onsite was knowledgeable and informative. Both walked me through this process efficiently and I can't be anything but grateful. Also, Isaac my adjuster was prompt and thorough.

Angela was particularly helpful in this process. She was very sympatheic about the loss of property that the flooding caused. It felt like a long-time friend was helping us get things back in order.

We had Servpro at our home to help when the water heater broke and water everywhere they were right there to help dry thing out. We had them also do our repairs to the walls and floor. The technicians were all great workers they cleaned everything up after their work. One of the names we remember was Fernando we like tell him and the other thank you we so pleased with the work.

Servpro in Burlington performed a water cleanup and construction project at my mother in laws house after a washing machine pipe burst. They were great to work with and handled everything seamless with the insurance company. Great work!

Serv Pro technicians were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Especially, Brandon. He explained the what, why and how the machine operated as well as their readings.
Serv Pro should be extremely proud of Brandon and his work ethics. He really helped with any anxieties, as I and most would expect when dealing with traumatic events.
Brandon is by far one of the most humble and sincere service person I'd ever encountered.
Also, I can't leave of Kayle and Angela at the Greensboro office. They made sure the protocols were executed properly and professionally.

We had water damage in our rental house. We called ServPro. I spoke with Angela. She has been so good to work with. She has a very positive attitude and has been so helpful. They came out, assessed the damage and got us on their schedule. Alex and Jonathan came when they said they would and have done an awesome job tearing out all the damaged material. This whole ordeal has gone so good. We have been very pleased with ServPro’s work!!

Let me tell you, Angela in the office is the nicest most helpful person I could ask for. She is quick to respond and very professional. Any questions I have she get the appropriate person to call me that day. Thank you Servpro for all your help.

The team ( Tate, Ben, and Angela) were very professional, understanding and respectful of our space/time. Everything was explained, every step of the way, with plenty of room for questions. I felt minimal stress during the entire process as I felt confident in the team’s work and care. Communication was consistent and timely.

I had water damage in my master bathroom due to a leaking shower liner. They came out promptly to start the quoting. They pulled up the bathroom floor and part of the shower floor, leaving my master bathroom out of service. After quoting and getting approval from insurance to proceed, they scheduled the service coordinator to come out. After a no show, I called the office and they told me they can no longer complete my repair in a timely manner and I should call someone else. Wow, that's service with some great follow up. Beware!!

We are just getting started after a sewage backup in our basement bathroom this past Friday. Our phone conversation with the representatives was informative, helpful and reassuring. Nikki and Henry arrived right on time on Saturday morning. They worked hard to start the clean up and explain the process that we would work through to resolve and repair/restore the damage. They were polite, sympathetic, efficient and professional.

Guy, Mario, Angela and Misty were right on our problem very quickly! Highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I highly recommend them!

After my father passed his home was destroyed by vagrants and since I don't live in NC it was very difficult for me to figure out how to care for such a massive project. Renee/Servpro took care of gutting and cleaning every inch! Renee went so far above and beyond by providing square footage and even ensured the shed and underside of the home was cleaned up. They are prompt and professional yet empathetic and didn't make me feel ashamed by the condition of his home. I can't thank them enough!

These guys were so helpful when I had a hug mess to deal with. Brittany called me multiple times a day to keep me informed with what was going on. She dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to, which took a huge load off my shoulders. Made this experience so much better than it could have been.

As I had never experienced a water loss before and had no clue what to do, Servpro made this horrible experience the best it could be. I had a pipe burst in the laundry room and flooded the laundry room, Kitchen and Living Room. They were onsite within an hour of me calling. They walked me through the whole process and kept me informed of every step. I would highly recommended them to anyone.

My husband and I looked forward into hiring your company we had looked into a places and friends recommended you. Unfortunately after seeing the staff members from this office around town we felt very discouraged and do not feel comfortable at all with having anyone come in my home.As a company who has a great reputation among the community its unfortunate to see how your staff makes your company look untrustworthy.

I had a water damage in my apartment while I was out of town. I called Servpro and was very surprised that they came out in the middle of the night and cleaned everything up. I can not say enough about there office and their guys that came to help me, they were all so nice and professional. The service was fantastic!

Servpro Burlington has an amazing bunch of people there. Empathetic and understanding. I'm impressed by the work that they put in. They know what they are doing and it shows. Highly recommend from my experience with them!
