We hired ServPro at a complex I am the property manager with to do a complete rehab on a 2-Bedroom fire unit. They have completed the unit & done an excellent job. We had a great experience with David and Gia on cleanup at our plant. They responded to our needs quickly and performed the services in a timely and effective manner.

Our experience with Servpro was wonderful. Our business had some water damage and the crew got us cleaned up and back to operations flawlessly. Maryann, Keisha, Patrick, Tyler , Charlie, Braden and JT provided the highest level of service, communication and very clear guidelines to mitigate the issues. The ownership team was onsite on multiple occasions to insure we were satisfied with the service and to answer any of our questions. So glad we made the call to Servpro!

They were efficient and did the job I needed them to do. Worked with my insurance great and got my house in order in a reasonable amount of time. Bailey did a great job on getting the project going in a timely manner

Servpro team was excellent and helped us with our water leak. Braden, Maryann and Tyler helped us through the repairs.

Servpro could not have been more helpful and professional. Our team Tyler, Bobbi, Jordan, Teddy were so kind and helpful to me on what was at the moment the worst thing ever. They worked all day getting as much done as possible. Bobbi and Jordan were here the next morning and worked all day to finish up getting all the affected material out and start the drying process. Bobbi and Gia came Friday to finished up getting the drying process started and the rest of the trash out . Danny and Joseph came to check on things each day on the weekend and pulled what equipment was no longer needed and Tyler was back on Monday and Tuesday to wrap things up . I am so grateful for their kindness, understanding and professionalism !

Bobie and jordon dun a duck cleaning job at my appt, they came in and clean the ducks,they moved everything,and vacuum before they left. These two people are good people

Bobbie Jo and her team did a fantastic job in a short amount of time and got our building ready for graduation and church services after significant flood damage. She was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better team!

I couldn't have asked for a better team to respond and mitigate storm damages. My house looked like a disaster, but they got it cleaned up and dried out quickly.

I had a tree go through my roof in the middle of a storm and after calling Servpro, they were at my house within a couple hours to start removing the water and water damaged items.

Not only was the job completed, every person I worked with was professional and nice and very accommodating to My circumstances.

Servpro of Bedford, Lincoln, Marshall and Moore Counties is AMAZING! Joseph and Gus we very professional and immediately starting extracting the water. Set up all the necessary drying equipment and 3 days later, we are DRY! Dave, Joseph and TY came back to do a final monitor reading and removed the equipment. All the guys were WONDERFUL! I can't forget to mention the office staff! Keesha and Mary Ann are the BEST LADIES! I bleed green, SERVPRO GREEN that is ;)

The man that came to our house was a liar and very unprofessional. He told my wife and I that everything would be taken care of. He said your insurance will cover the cost and promised to not only clean the area of my brothers death but they would replace the carpet because it was saturated with blood.
They ripped up some carpet sprayed some kills on the floor, did a poor job of cleaning the wall that was also covered in blood.
They then left stating they were coming back as soon as they heard from our insurance company. He reiterated that everything would be taken care of.
They were in our home less than 3 hours. The bill was over three thousand dollars and after our insurance paid we immediately started getting hounded for the remaining balance. Even being told that they were going to lien our house. No compassion that my brother had just passed.
Watch out they lie and are ruthless and uncaring. Stay away

Horrible service! My brother passed away and I needed help cleaning his room. I was grieving and needed help and my first impression was when I called for help the representative said “well if I can’t come today just forget it” (My husband and I were grieving and not ready that day) and they hung up on me. I called back and told them just come ahead that day.
The representative that showed up said call your insurance company and start a claim so I did, then the lies started. The estimate included cleaning and replacement of carpet I agreed and signed the work order.
The only thing they did was rip up 1/2 the old carpet and partially wipe the wall. They left the room with 1/2 the carpet and pad . My black light shows they didn’t even wipe the wall well. They charged over $3,300. Insurance paid part of this.
I had many expenses due to no life insurance and I was making payments and paying on time and then they started with threatening letters and phone calls and threatened to send me to collections. They refused to work with me on the remaining balance. It’s only been 4 months. We are still grieving. Their actions were rude and unnecessary. I have good credit and a good job.
In conclusion besides being rude and threatening they never came back and finished the job. I still have a huge mess in the room with a plywood floor. I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I don’t recommend!!!

I can't say thank you enough to ServPro of Shelbyville. Yesterday at 4:30 I called in a panic because of messy flooding at my business. They arrived within 30 minutes to mitigate damages and returned today for a full water extraction and cleanup. The quality of their work was amazing and their entire staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Will definitely use again
