I am an Allstate Agent in NC and just spoke with Tiffany to take care of a client and she was absolutely the sweetest! Her smile was HUGE as her personality! I could tell because she was so kind and prompt to take care of the client and treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you so much for your help Tiffany, and if I get anyone who needs insurance in Shelbyville, TN, I will send them straight to you!!!

Terrible experience. Vehicle was in a collision and AllState barely wanted to cover anything. Even when they finally covered it after 4 months of my vehicle being undriveable, I came to find that they didn’t do it right because they would only let the shop use refurbished aftermarket parts and not OEM parts. Went to get regular service and the guy told me that these aftermarket parts are bad and if they fail I could be in a fatal crash. Paid the repair myself and tried to get a credit from Allstate because they didn’t pay for it or have it done correctly first time and got yelled at over the phone by a man named Richard. Awful experience. First claim ever and it was a nightmare.

We have had All-State for 17 years or more maybe. We always used Chad Fox and never had any issues. Since changing it has been HORRIBLE!!! We had damage to our roof from a storm and 3 of their people came out and said we needed roof completely replaced and then they would not cover it. Ridiculous service and ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER CARE OR PROTECTION!!

Worst insurance I've ever had 50 years of driving .Worst service .Worst pricing .Switched to farm bureau harely and car full coverage lower deductible . 109 / mo. allstate 189 / mo. Had allstate for 12 years no claims over 40 percent higher than farm bureau and three other companies I called were all cheaper than allstate.Two stars is one too many.

HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE! I switched over to Allstate in July 2022 to save on my policies. After I bought coverage, the auto rate went up after the first 6 month cycle. A few months in, we had some bad windstorms resulting in leaking of water into our home.
We filed a claim. It seemed very straightforward. They immediately denied it saying there was ‘’no evidence of damage”. There was clear damage (if not, why is water coming into my home immediately after a storm?).
I think their default policy is to automatically deny new clients’ claims, or maybe every claim. Their customer service is non-existent and they know you will eventually give up. No response to emails whatsoever and they never answer calls.
I made around a dozen or so phone calls to numerous parties, including multiple people in claims. Oneal Agency responded very slowly or not at all, saying they could not help me and passing the buck to claims.
I was then told my claims officer had quit. I called the adjuster and found it was outsourced to a company, which outsourced it’s phone traffic to another company.
Multiple phone calls and emails and a request for a reinspection later, a manager called and bullied me and just flat told me I was barking up the wrong tree and that I should drop it and they wouldn’t agree to a second opinion nor cooperate.
After reaching out to Oneal Agency, they then ghosted me. I will be looking for a new insurance company.
STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE!

Reply to your response: Richard has been on vacation for the past week and has not returned my calls. I don't know what "resolution" means - as you have denied my claim and paid $0 to repair or replace my roof.

Will definitely not be coming back to Allstate. Ever since I got with them my insurance has constantly kept going UP!! MY husband and I, had no accidents and never filled a claim. But my insurance went up at least 30 dollars every six months. When I called to talk to someone I always got Richard and he claimed that it was a Tennessee thing because of alot of accidents in TN. I explained to him that every 6 months it should not be going up. And then he said that their rates are standard and I wouldn't find anyone else really with cheaper rates. Well that was very false. I contacted another insurance company and it's going to save me 55 a month by going with another company. On top of everything I canceled my policy 2 days after it started for the month because they aren't open on weekends. And they want to charge me for 2 days of service. Remind you I have switched insurance providers before and never got the 3rd degree or charged anything. I said I was canceling and that was it. But not with Allstate. Just complicated! Just not a good experience.

Just like most insurance companies, they used their slimy little ways to slither out of paying a claim on a policy that was written for me by, evidently, a con artist. She told me things and naively I thought she was a decent person and was selling me what I needed. Of course she doesn't work there now...............
