We had water and mold damage to our family recreation room in the basement from a leak in the main water line entering our home. There was water and mold damage to a section of the carpet in the rec room. We hired ServiClean to do mold remediation service. Alfredo, the estimator, also detected possible moisture behind a section of the wall paneling, which, he advised, should be addressed. The ServiClean crew of Brian and George set up a containment chamber around the affected area along with other equipment, removed the section of damaged carpet and wall paneling, and applied antimicrobial to the area.

We were very pleased with the whole experience and the work done. Everyone was very nice and professional from Lilian with her advice and help on insurance claims, Alfredo with his meticulous explanation and documentation of the process and the damage, and the Brian and George for their work and courtesy. I highly recommend their services for water damage and mold remediation.

Gave them a call about some moisture issues in a Bathroom and they were out next day. My Wife and I experienced incredible service! The moisture turned out to be slight mildew and NOT mold, he cleaned the vent in our bathroom and told us "Something like this that takes 10-15 minutes I will not charge you." Serviclean was very professional, from inspection and proposal to the execution and completion. The crew arrived on time, took all the necessary precautions to tarp the floor, plastic off the area with zipper entry to trap all air and debris. Then towel cleaned and removed all materials. Completed the work in a very timely fashion and you couldn't tell they were here. Definitely will hire them again if needed.

Our basement was partially flooded with sewage, I called them and they were able to come the same day. They spent the next 6hours cleaning it up and sanitized , and dried the entire space for several days. They did a great job! I am really satisfied with their service!

They came fast, and they cleaned up fast. Office staff was very professional and punctual. In addition to drying up the water, the workmen were careful in determining the humidity left in the wood (came in each day to get readings) and applying a bacterial solution to stop the mold. Trust the reviews. This company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. When our basement flooded with sewage water just 2 weeks before Christmas I called 3 other companies before calling Serviclean. One company was abrupt and rude on the phone, one company had a bizarre policy of calling the plumber to fix the issue before they would clean the basement, and the third company seemed unprofessional.

Every single person I came in contact with at Serviclean was kind and professional. They were the only company who seemed empathetic to the situation. Multiple people at Serviclean said things like, "don't worry, we're going to help you through this" and "I'm sorry this happened to you all." Trust me, from the first phone call you will be able to tell that they care.

They also dressed professionally, they had all the right equipment, they were prompt, and delivered on their promises with quality work.

Carlos and his team showed up right away and within a few hours they had all of the water removed, the bathroom and floor cleaned, damaged materials removed, antimicrobial agent in place, and dehumidifiers/fans running. Three days later, the basement was dry and the fans were gone.

Carlos and his crew of two men were AWESOME, AMAZING and extremely professional. Bianca who answers the phone is wonderful. You appreciate good work but also people and companies that are willing to work with you, they truly went above and beyond and brought a smile to our face as our situation was very stressful as I am sure most individuals circumstances are now a days. Everyone we came in contact with were so personable. There were two men working in our basement you would have thought they a crew of six! They were very neat, clean and took care in their work. ServiClean is a rare gem--a businesses that treats people with honesty and respect. My home experienced some water damage, so I contacted them for an inspection and estimate. They sent someone out that very evening who measured the moisture level in the affected areas of the home. After his inspection, he told us that everything was drying up nicely and that no further action was needed, except to keep running the fans for 2 full days. Most companies would have found something wrong and recommended some costly reparations, but not ServiClean. Their honesty and integrity are impressive, and so rare in today's world. From the moment I called on the phone I knew that I wanted to deal with this company. I called 3 different companies to compare price and service and Serviclean was the most professional on the phone (thank you Blanca!) so I booked with them. I was not disapointed. Jorge and Brian came to do the duct/vent cleaning and right away I was put at ease. They were both very professional and at the same time friendly. I did not feel intimidated or akward at any time (like one usually does when there is someone in your home doing some work). They wore soft booties on top of their shoes so as to not drag dirt into the house and wore an N95 mask the second they came in. It must be company policy because I did not ask them to. They explained their work and started working right away and did not stop until they were done. Actually, they did stop briefly a couple of times when I interrupted them to ask a question which they promptly answered. The ServiClean folks that I spoke with and had personal interactions with showed care and compassion and love for what they do. I honestly thought I was on my own but when my Insurance agent asked me to contact a Mitigation Team near me and Serviclean was closest, I called and a team lead and team were at my place within 2 hours. They were able to remove all the water damaged items with care professionalism within 4 hours of start time. This is, unfortunately, my second time around with Serviclean, but thankfully it's the second time they've gone a stellar job. Both my floods had them responding at my home within 24 hours. Honestly in both cases they'd finished their work at my home around the 24 hour mark of me noticing the flood, leaving the industrial fans and dehumidifier for 72 hours. They're friendly, thorough, and very professional.

For flood number two my neighbor from one street over stopped by to question me because someone had work done at their house on the same day and the trash got thrown into his yard. I confidently told him it was IMPOSSIBLE that Serviclean did that. They haul everything away like magic and are absolutely professional. And after we spoke I think he realized it wasn't my house. In my first flood they were recommended by my insurance adjuster. For the second flood I looked them up in my past emails and called before my claim adjuster was even assigned. I've already recommended their services in my neighborhood group online, and obviously I wanted the same company twice, so I highly recommend them.

They don't remove more than they need to. They try to save as much of your house as possible. And I hope never to see them again!

Removed all of the molded debris by first tenting off the affected area and venting the chemical odors outdoors. Three days later, arrived and removed the equipment.

The team that came out to take care of the mold and wet dampness in the walls and the floor were absolutely outstanding! They were on time they were professional they had their suits on, they made sure that everything was blocked from the rest of the house and before showing up gave me schematics of what their plan was once they arrived. So I knew exactly what the plan was and what they were going to extract from my house. In addition they took pictures and informed me of what they saw as damage and answered all my questions. ServiClean has performed water issue damage repairs in my basement at my home in Arlington twice. Both times Lillian and Jaime were extremely responsive, professional, and took care of scheduling and completing the repairs right away. Jaime spent extra time with me answering my questions to make sure I was able to address the issues as effectively as possible. Lillian made the process seamless by working with my insurance company to expedite the claim. Bottom line is they did what they said they were going to do and were very pleasant to deal with. I am truly very happy with the work that Serviclean provided. All the team are so helpful, informative and hard working. From the office staff to the staff who came to my home, i would rate them 100 out of 10! I had black mold in my bathroom and they helped my remove and control the spread of the mold. They used proper PPE and made sure they put down sheets to stop the mold spreading into my home as they moved in and out of the bedroom. I found mold in my attic prior to a tenant moving in and proceeded to get 3 quotes to have it remediated. Serviclean was the most responsive, accommodated my timing needs, and had fair pricing. The way they clearly communicated timelines from my first phone call to the inspectors thorough report (with photos) I couldn't be happier with Serviclean's service.

We had a toilet that was leaking and the water was going into the wall. We saw some mold after removing the baseboard molding and called ServiClean to come out and do an inspection. Blanca in the front office was very helpful and scheduled one of their estimators to come out and do an inspection. Carlos came out the next day and looked at the area in the bathroom and on the other side of the wall in the kitchen pantry. He took some measurements and a lot of pictures. He explained the process of having the mold remediation done. We got an estimate the next day and it was very reasonable. We decided to have ServiClean do the mold remediation work. Their crew came out on a Friday and did an excellent job. They were very professional and completed the work in the same day. They left some dryers and de-humidifiers at the home to run for a couple of days. They were back on Monday to get their equipment and everything was great. Serviclean responded promptly with all of the mold remediation services that we needed. They were able to complete an entire basement cleanup that included stripping all walls and ceilings of paneling and drywall, duct cleaning and chemical application in one week. We were able to get the basement rebuilt quickly and put the home on the market within one month of beginning renovations. The staff at Serviclean were always courteous and professional over the phone, and it was a pleasure to work with them to get this old home ready for a new family.

If I could give ServiClean 10 STARS, I would. They worked in my house for 5 days. The cleaning crew are the upmost professionals. They have done a tremendous job cleaning my home after a ceiling collapsed and there was wallboard and blown-in insulation everywhere! Now my house is immaculate. But there is one thing that has taken them over the top in my book. I have a daughter with Special Needs. They have been friendly and courteous to her. And they had no hesitation to work around her to accommodate her needs. I highly recommend this company.

Serviclean technicians are always courteous and professional. They understand that when circumstances arise that require their presence, the families are already under a great deal of stress. They do everything they can to ease that stress and get things back to normal for the family as soon as possible. On the second time my basement flooded, I contacted a competitor because I could not remember who handled our first flood. The plastic water line on the back of our refrigerator (12 years old) cracked and over a period of time water seeped through our kitchen hardwood floor down onto the basement ceiling drywall, which then partially collapsed causing water damage to the ceiling, recessed lighting, and carpet. I had water in my crawl space due to a small back window being open and Carlos came quickly and gave me a very honest opinion on how to try the area and that I shouldn’t worry .
