Service master was very quick and efficient in dealing with our interior damage after the tornado. Nico was very knowledgeable and easy to work with! I would recommend him for any of your restoration needs.

We had water in 4 rooms of our home during the recent flooding here in Little Rock. I called dispatch at 5:00 AM and the team was at my home by 6:30. They pulled off base boards and set up 14 fans and a big dehumidifier and we were able to dry out the house quickly without damage to the Sheetrock or insulation. The team of Tracy and Courtney were pleasant, efficient, and super professional. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them.

This crew is the real deal. They came out timely and Nieko did a fantastic job setting up their equipment to restore our property. Big thanks to these folks.

Water from clogged sink overflowing from bathroom to master bedroom and another bedroom. Called company and two hours later they showed up with equipment and removed all water. Left fans and one suction machine on over two days! All is perfect! Great company!!!

10/10! Anytime an insured of mine has had a claim on their home, Blake always answered his phone immediately and his team was out there within a few short hours working to resolve the issue. They always seem to do great at keeping the customer in the loop as well as making sure to keep the agent updated as well. Love this team!

My house was damaged at the end of June. I've been without almost half of my house since then. My insurance company recommended ServiceMaster for services, and I wish they had not. They came out and did water mitigation. They did an estimate for interior work at the beginning of September. In order for them to get started, they need a down payment. I told them they needed to send over documents to me to send to my mortgage company. Or they could just send them directly. They say they did, but my mortgage company hasn't reached out to me like they did when the other contractors sent their information over. I left them a one star review before Thanksgiving, and they left a pretty condescending reply. They did however reach out and said they would try to make things right. A guy came out and said they would try to have my house finished by Christmas. They also wanted me to take my review down. This is the day after Christmas, yet I'm still without almost half of my house. I've given them opportunities to make things right, but they have not.
It also doesn't help that most of the people I've spoken to there have been arrogant and condescending. They simply do not care about you, or else I wouldn't still be in this position, six months later. I do not recommend this company

Service master FAILED at providing a quality service and FAILED at having a professional staff. I Had a AC leak. drywall damage and ceiling falling. service master showed up and placed some fans, sprayed a little perixide around and left. water still dripping from ac unit pan and from floor into space between floors. water eventually found its way downstairs. My wife and I shop vac the water up and started getting things dried up.
3 days later different crew, this crew was belligerent and condescending to me and my family. i finally was tired of his abuse and told them to get the fans and get out, i was finished with this crew and the attitude i was getting from them.

keep in mind the total time spent at my house by service master was less than an hour. over 1000 dollars charged. I will keep all my friends informed of the bad service and outrageous prices charged by service master. Please read this review for what it is, bad service and being overcharged is not a good way to do business. Sorry servicemaster you failed again. Use this company with caution. My Insurance company has removed them from its recommendation list because of bad service.

One of the absolute finest businesses I have ever dealt with. I work in an adjacent industry, and we have customers who rely on the type of work that ServiceMaster provides, and they have taken impeccable care of all of our clients. Brandon takes great care of everything and keeps us informed from start to finish. They really do feel like a partner, not just someone working in a different office. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!

We could smell mildew after our roof leaked. Very scary. Called ServiceMaster yesterday afternoon. Kara answered the phone and was very courteous and helpful. Within a half hour, she called back to schedule a service representative for between 9:30 and 10 a.m. the next day. Clayton called to ask if he could come a little early and was here by 9:20. He inspected all of the areas we were concerned about; thoroughly sprayed all areas affected in the attic, pulled back the insulation, sprayed & put insulation back in place; sprayed under the roof attic area where water had left its marks. Clayton explained about the formula used and its effectiveness. He came, he worked, he conquered--all within a short period of time. Gosh, are we pleased!

These guys are awesome! So so nice! They have a call time of about three minutes where they resolve any of your problems! Give them a call if you need restoration services! They also offer free loss inspection!
10/10 recommend.

My daughter and son-in -law has had a not so good experience. They have taken forever to fix their home and now that their house is done, they still have not delivered back their furniture ! UPDATE : I did get a call the next morning from the owner and he wanted to help with any problems. I do appreciate that so much. They got their furniture delivered Friday. :)

I experienced water inside my home from heavy rains in April and called Service Master at 8am and they came to my rescue within 45 minutes. They helped move furniture, vacuum out all the water and pull up carpets. They let me use their heavy duty fans for a few days to help dry out my floors. Super professional and helpful staff who will get my business if ever needed again. I certainly recommend them to anyone needing help with floods or fire damage. They truly are wonderful to work with. Thank you Service Master - you helped me tremendously.

Love these people!!! I don’t know what I would have done without them! Their response in my time of need was superb and I can’t remember when I have had customer service this wonderful! Bethany was always so up beat, positive, and professional. Colby and his crew were very pleasant and professional as well. I was devastated and they helped me feel more calm and less alone at the time.
