26 years in the automotive business and this company is the biggest bunch of crooks and scam artists I have ever dealt with!!!! Had them do some cleaning on some parts on a fire vehicle. They came and gave a quote for $1500 to $1700 then billed us for $3500 before the work was completed and sent a kid working out of the back of car with a squirt bottle and a box of rags! We had to redo everything he had done and then they are still try to charge $100/hr for what he did and even asked me how many hours he showed up!! They also told me it didn't matter insurance would pay it!! Total Insurance fraud and I am turning them in! 1 star is just so i can post!!

Service Master did such great work for us. It was a difficult time for us when our house flooded. A lot of my art work was ruined and they were still so careful with the pieces. They set them aside to let me decide what to do with them.
