I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster under difficult circumstances. They communicated effectively, showed up when scheduled, did excellent work, and were very courteous. Andrea, Zack, and Brandon were top notch.

Did a great job mitigating a water leak that affected several rooms. They brought in many large fans and everything was dried out in a few days. Their customer service was excellent & I would use them again. Brendan and his crew were awesome!

My ceiling collapsed due to an AC leak and I didn't know where to start, fortunately my insurance company sent ServceMaster to clean and dry the area. The service technician (Branden) was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was always on time, very professional and extremely polite. Andrea who scheduled daily visits was very helpful as well.

Communication was clear and very timely. The team working in my home always called before arriving, arrived on time, and respected not wearing shoes (or covered their shoes) inside. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the dishwasher leak. Andrea, office representative, was very reliable with communication and booking follow up appointments. The technicians were willing to answer ALL my questions about every detail of the mess we were dealing with in our kitchen.

Their response time was quick and everyone from the office (Andrea) to the gentlemen (Brandon, Chris and Dustin) that came out to our homes during the drying process were professional, friendly and Brandon took his time when sharing any information with us about our home. I don't wish for another water leak but if I did, ServiceMaster of Gwinnett will be the company that I call.

Brandon, Justin and their team are very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of their job.
We had a hot water leak and when the insurance company contacted them they responded right away. Bringing with them fans to dry the area damaged by the water leak also hepa filter and humidifier to clean the air in our townhouse. Checked and removed the area with mildew and treated it with biocide.
Ms Andrea the customer service rep is always so pleasant to talk to. She always follows up and scheduled appt for the next moisture control visit.
I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Overall satisfied with pricing, surprisingly compared to smaller competitors the price was good paying out of pocket. Constructive feedback would be to take a little more time and ensure customer understands how their machines run more efficiently and layout of drainage and fans placement. Any questions/concerns raised were immediately addressed and well received in addition to the due diligence exercised when calculating costs and expenses. Overall, I will recommend Service Master as they are pretty much on site at the drop of a dime and ready to move at the customer’s pace. Andrea and Brandon, made sure I felt like a partner while providing top shelf customer service while working with insurance company had some unexpected woes resulting in me paying all expenses out of pocket but again they were reasonably priced compared to smaller competitors.

Brandon the technician was very polite, professional and timely. Andrea the dispatcher seemed truly concerned that I as the insured was taken care of fairly. Thank you folks. Nice job!

We contacted our insurance company around 9 pm on Thursday when we found the water damage. Brandon made the initial contact advising that he was leaving one job and would be at our house at approximately 11:45 pm. He was on time and worked at our house until 2:30 am. He removed all the flooring and placed all the equipment that was needed. After working all day and it being that late at night he still was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The next morning the other Branden arrived to check the equipment and removed the damaged sheetrock. One room had an awful odor so he sprayed the concrete to help eliminate it. He was very informative about how the process would work once they were done with their part. He came back on Saturday to check the equipment then came back on Monday to remove it. These guys made this experience so easy with their professionalism and caring attitudes. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to everyone!

Service Masters were called out to my place to do moisture detection for a roof leak. Before arrival, the technician gave me a call and told me what to expect. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He stepped me through the process and then arrived early the next day. He was thorough in his checks and used a meter to check for moisture in all the effected areas. They flawlessly coordinated with my insurance company and made it easy for me. I highly recommend using them for any home water entry you have!

Service master of Gwinnett is an excellent company and I recommend them highly. I had a water leak and they respond immediately to the call. They came located the leak and they were very thorough in locating all damage caused by the water. They cleaned up the mess made by the water and immediately began to dry the damage. They checked on the drying procedure daily. They called prior to their arrival and their service person arrived on time. The service person was courteous and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.

We had never had any type of emergency involving our home and was caught off guard. The team that came out came same day of issue, to charge and gave us confidence in their service. I’m totally grateful for this company for having professionals whom mitigated our home emergency and prevention of mold.

What a great experience, having our carpets cleaned by Servicemaster! Our technician was courteous, thorough, and took great pride in his work. The results were better than expected. Will definitely continue to use Servicemaster in the future!

If I could mark all of the above categories I WOULD. We were out of town, in a part of Oregon where T Mobile is weak, when our bedroom ceiling collapsed from too much rain. My first, middle, and ending contact person with ServiceMaster of Gwinnett was BECKY SEGARS. She absorbed my panic, worked thru all of the dropped calls, and continually resent me documents to sign until everything was complete. She was always positive, constructive, and persistent, never loosing her professionalism thru all of the drama I was experiencing. ServiceMaster did a great job, but Becky Segars was on the front lines working thru the disaster with quality service. Employees like that are worth their weight in gold. Carol

I discovered at 4:15 am that I had a major roof leak and water was pouring into my laundry room. I called ServiceMaster and they had guys at my house at 8:30 that morning, who discovered where the leak was coming from and cleaned up all the “mess.” I couldn’t be happier with my experience with ServiceMaster

Horrible company and dishonest owner! I had a leaky roof and I called these people to attempt the clean up process. BIG MISTAKE! They sent an unqualified contractor to my home to attempt to clean things up and NOTHING was done properly. According to ServiceMaster, The contractor they sent to fix things, wen't on my roof and wasn't supposed to be on my roof in the first place. I really don't know if he made it worse or not. First of all, the contractor left a 2ftx2ft stain on my carpet and then tried to say that it was there...total lie. My house is fairly new with no stains on the carpet anywhere. After work was poorly assessed on my home, I advised the company that I was trying to get my builder to pay for the damages on my home since it was covered under warranty. I constantly kept in communication with the company advising them that I was waiting on a response from my builder in order for them to get paid. Finally, the company put a lien against my property unlawfully. They dishonestly filed on behalf of my property by saying that they did work on my home in April of 2019, when in fact it was done in June 2019. They lied about the date of service in order to be able to place a lien on my property. How is this even legal? Its NOT! LOOK AT THE BELOW REMARKS. THIS IS WHY YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH THEM...

Had a water heater fail, and ServiceMaster was sent out to take care of the problem. Service was fast and thorough and took care of the problem! Thanks!
