Aubrey's got my work trailer in right away when the AC broke down in our hot summer weather! Without their super prompt and professional repair, I would have missed a lot of work! I'm so thankful for their understanding of the critical timeframe I was under to get up and running again! Bravo, Aubrey's! I'm now a loyal customer for life!

Very disappointed in your employee, Ryan. I brought my RV to your location per your request in regards to a Awning issue. Ryan helped me and asked if I could find the Serial # which I did and then sent him the photos of the #'s asking him to respond that he received them, crickets! I sent him a text to that regards and thrn told him I went with another Business because he had dropped the ball. He replied by calling me a ma'am, very unprofessional since he knew I was a 66 yr old man..... so needless to say I will not promote your Business and actually share the story. Just thought you should know.

Great old fashioned customer service! Our customer experience was excellent. We purchased a vehicle to be flat-towed behind our RV. We immediately took the Jeep to Aubrey's and gave them the go ahead to order parts and put us on the schedule. I had already researched tow bars and base plates on YouTube, and quickly determined this was not a project I wanted to DIY. As this was our first time flat-towing, we asked if a technician could walk us through the hook-up and detach process when we picked it up. That walk through was very helpful and gave us the confidence to drive away with a smile on our faces. I will be back for further work, and can confidently say our customer experience was top notch!

While traveling from the east coast to the west we had a problem with our RV’s Dometic refrigerator. After speaking with a local mobile tech who wouldn’t listen to a word I said and tried to order a part we definitely didn’t need, we fortunately found Aubrey’s RV Center.
We met with Ryan, the service coordinator (maybe not his official title!). He knew we were traveling and got us in first thing the next morning. They diagnosed the problem right away. The part had to be ordered but they got it in before noon the next day and we were on our way a few hours later. Lots of good communication. Great service. I would recommend this place without reservation. And if you see Ryan tell him Michael and Naomi say Hi!!

Took our TT in to have the awning repaired. Had it done in 2 days and over $1,000.00 cheaper (yes, I said $1,000.00) than another company wanted to charge us. They even called back to let us know they accidently over charged us $40.00. They will get all of our business going forward.

Completely disappointed in this business. We brought our RV to be winterized and my husband asked for a quote on a couple things that need fixed. All we wanted was a quote. My husband was first introduced to the rudest technician ever. My husband even jokingly made a comment to the front staff that “ sorry to inconvenience him while he’s on the clock getting paid” it was ridiculous. We left our RV and usually winterizing does not take long. Over a week later my husband calls them to ask why our RV is still there. They said they were ordering parts. We found that odd since all we wanted was quotes. We pick it up, and they said the fixed the stairs ( which was one of the items we wanted a quote on) so we pay and we were shocked at a bill that was outrageous. They overcharged us on the stairs being fixed which we didn’t even say they could, and charged us $120 for a diagnostic charge to tell us exactly what we already knew needed fixed. The stairs were still not working properly when we got home. We called and complained and they decided to refund us $200 but we still paid $250 for something they didn’t even properly fix. They told us to bring it back so they can fix it but they couldn’t promise us they wouldn’t charge us more if they needed a new part. The entire transaction was a terrible experience and we just don’t trust bringing our RV there. We said no Thank you and we are completely out $250 for broken stairs. The winterization was $100. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone

My wife and I were recently on a trip when our water pump quit working. Aubrey's was the closest RV shop so we called them. Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location.

They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour!

Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.

We have dealt with Aubrey's in the past and have appreciated their service.
The free dump site is an
awesome service they do not have to provide, but they do, and we appreciate that a great deal, especially since they're close to our home. Thank you very much for this.

Again this year we had a fridge lock issue and a leaking kitchen sink on our new 2024 Entegra Odyssey Class C. Ryan looked after ordering parts and took us in while we were on our trip south from BC to SoCal.
Absolutely great service. Fridge works great.
A few days later on our travels (now in Twin Falls, ID, we noticed the new sink flange was leaking. Ryan looked after the repair cost at Snake River RV Repair. That was amazing amazing customer service. We will always recommend Aubrey’s and have told many rv friends.
Thank you Ryan!

We were on our way back to Canada from SoCal and our toilet stopped working. This is never good! We emailed Crystal at Aubrey’s as Yakima was our next stop. Crystal was amazing. She squeezed us in for a 9am service and we were back on the road with a new toilet by 10am. Absolutely awesome customer service and tech service! We will always recommend Aubrey’s!!! Thank you Crystal.

We were quoted 2-3 hours after the technician looked at our issue. Left wires loose, sold us new parts that were unnecessary, left wire connectors everywhere, taped up lights, forgot to install a light and charged almost $800 for what was supposed to be less than half that amt. Will never use or recommend.

We were at a family reunion in Yakima, WA. when my water pump in my RV went out. Aubrey's RV center, when I called them we're very helpful and on point. They had my water pump in stock and the staff was very greeting and nice.

It appears they have been in business for many years. The retail outlet in there facility has everything you may need.

We stopped here when we were on the road because we had a leaky toilet valve in our travel trailer. The woman who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful in getting the right part and getting us back on the road again. This shop is a little out of the way but definitely worth your time and effort to visit.

We recently went to the RV living life (a 5th wheel). Yes, I'm new to it, but they are great help and have a huge selection of everything a person can need. And if they don't have it, they can order it quickly. Best place in the valley for your needs.

Very professional and friendly RV repair place! Jack fit us in for emergency services when our water tank partially fell through the under belly. Repair work was better than factory mount.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
