Excellent company to work with! I had Seal-Rite install my gutters and siding a few years ago and was very pleased with their work. So when I needed a new roof I used them again. In the process of replacing the roof they discovered structural damage that needed to be fixed. They explained everything thoroughly, showed me pictures and videos of the issues, and made all the necessary repairs. Scott and Brenda were both great to work with and very helpful, and the crew did a great job of cleaning everything up. I HIGHLY recommend Seal-Rite!

Highly recommend!!! Seal-Rite installed trim/siding and gutters to my house. Installation was phenomenal, price was very reasonable, and communication/service from Scott was awesome. Two additional comments, 1) Scott provided a Veterans discount, and 2) I'm a very picky engineer and have high expectations. Seal-Rite met them all!

Seal-Rite installed vinyl siding on my trim in the color I wanted; another company tried to insist that I change it to a lighter color that I didn’t want. Seal-Rite got the job done in two days and it looks perfect.

A huge-shout to the folks at Seal-Rite ... I had a water issue in my home that I thought was caused by a problem with my roof. I called Seal-Rite and they came out to my home within 90 minutes and assessed the problem for me. They were professional, helpful, and very friendly - everything you could ask for in a contractor. They installed my roof in 2020, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Though we were happy with the shingle replacement job, the install crew and time it took to complete, we were disappointed when it came time to pay. The quoted price on the written estimate listed all of the work being done, with check marks in the applicable boxes. Items such as, removal of old shingles, installation of aluminum drip edge, new pipe flashing & covers, etc. Also listed were (3) bathroom exhaust vents at an additional $125ea. When I was contacted to arrange final payment I was told that these (3) vents at $125ea were on top of the quoted price due to the word “additional” in the description. After explaining my understanding that everything listed was part of the quoted amount and expressing my dissatisfaction at what I felt was intentional deceptiveness on their part, they offered to wave the $300 charge for replacement of some rotted fascia trim board. I agreed to their offer but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth for what would have otherwise been a great experience. Be wary of their quoted amount because I feel like they ran a little game on me.

As president of a condo complex, this was the best experience that we have had with a roofing contractor. They were very professional in every way, their service was outstanding, their employees were polite and engaging and they finished the job on time. We were extremely pleased with the whole process.

The crew was on time, very clean, and did a beautiful job. Replaced some wood on my bays and weather stripping around the garage, too. They were very respectful of our property and all the trees around our house. We had a lot of wood in the front of our house and wanted to change up the look. We ended up going with a faux stone and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! Kudos to Scott for his responsiveness, professionalism, suggestions, and communication skills. Without a doubt and hands down one of the best roofing companies in SE Michigan. Repairs were made quickly even over a holiday weekend. I would never trust anyone else with any repairs of my roof. Brenda and her team also did a reroof for my folks who were equally as pleased. Deal with confidence.

Brenda and Scott worked with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and to also provide solutions for the minor repairs that were needed in addition to the new roof installation. Brenda provided great communication between us and their team of professional installers. They were on schedule and finished long before we thought the job would be done. Super fast, great workmanship and thorough clean up after the install was finished.

After having 3 quotes, I decided to have Seal-Rite install my new roof. I am a Real Estate agent in Macomb Township and I have seen many bad roofing jobs. Not with Seal-Rite. They do a great job. They are professional, skillful and clean. Brenda followed up right after the job was done and we couldn't be more pleased. I will recommend Seal-Rite to all of my clients.

I called in the morning to ask for an estimate. The lady were rude on the phone, she took my information and promised to call back to give me an estimate, she didn’t call, I had to call back and ask again after putting on hold another lady gave me an estimate of $475 just to nail down 3 shingles fallen and I have the pieces on me. Then I called somebody else to do the same job for $100

I had an excellent experience with Seal-Rite. I loved that there was not a "sales pitch" I dealt with their manager and not a sales force. They were out to tarp and then replace my roof as well as add insulation to my attic. They were knowledgeable and professional. I am thrilled with my new rood. I was especially impressed with how thorough the crew was on clean up. One of the workers ran the magnetic roller even when we had to move cars during the day. Bad experience with this company, sales told me 4-6 weeks. Tried to call twice for help with roof repair due to leak and no call back. Had to have another roofer repair the leak. 8 weeks later they call and said they will be out the next day. No other communication before that. I told them I will be having another company do the work because of their inability to communicate with me.

We had some siding and a window replaced in Fall 2015. Great team from sales to installation. Have recommended Seal Rite to anyone who asks. We will be doing more siding this year and won't hesitate to call Scott and his crew.
