Roofing Above All | Ridgecon Construction, Inc.

I cannot say more about Ridgecon Roof Above All and the value that they provide. Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood.

I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. Many did not offer the expertise Ridgecon provided. On top of that, Ridgecon was very competitive in pricing. I also researched top quality shingles and Ridgecon offers one of the best with GAF Timberline HDZ. If you are considering a new roof, then you cannot miss calling Ridgecon and Sheldon.

Wow is all we can say! From start to finish we worked with Sheldon and lets just say it was a no hassle, or pushy sales pitch. Once we decided to go with Roofing above all, Sheldon was with us every step of the way! The crew was fast and efficient over a 2 day period! When they were done, they cleaned up so well it was like no one was ever here! We had a roof and gutters put on and could not be happier. I would definitely recommend! The pricing was reasonable too, compared to a national company that quoted us double! Thank you again Sheldon and Roofing Above All!

We just got our roof done by Roofing Above All and we had such a great experience, we recommend them to everyone! They were understanding in our problems (we had critters getting in), they listened to me and made sure many times that my concerns were taken care of. I hurt my leg while they were here (doing something in the house) and they were so helpful, always offering to help me in any way. They truly went above and beyond. The roof looks great, their price was reasonable, they were quick but thorough, the skylights & gutters look wonderful as well.

We also have animals and young kids, they ran the magnets and clean up very well! I was very worried about this, but they understood my concerns and made sure everything was picked up before the kids/animals went outside.

We hired Ridgecon Construction To remove a Through the roof chimney, I was connected to a Woodburning fireplace in our house. We are removing the fireplace. Ridgecon Roofing neck construction responded promptly to my request for a quote, and got it to me within a couple hours of me requesting it. Their crew was on time, worked efficiently, And did an excellent job. I was especially pleased with how they matched the new shingles with the existing ones, And the cure that they took with cleanup. This is the second time that we have used RidgeCon. Both jobs were stellar!

Great experience working with Sheldon at Ridgecon Construction. Had an issue with poor ventilation resulting in mold in my attic. Had a company come out and they were adamant a new roof was needed. However got a second opinion from Sheldon at Ridgecon and he said a new roof wasn't needed and he could fix the issue by adding additional intake vents and fixing the bathroom vents so they vent outside directly instead of into the attic. Honest and upfront of what was needed and at a great price. The crew did a great and timely job and cleaned up well when completed.
Definitely recommend and will use them again when we need a new roof.

After reading reviews I decided to have my house inspected to replace the roof by ridgecon.
A few days after the inspection I was sent the estimate. It seemed fair and I had decided to have them do the job.
Unfortunately I've changed my mind.
First the inspector was two hours late. I understand things happen and blew it off. I asked the inspector,/salesman if he would call on Tuesday because I would be out of town Monday. He said he would. I kept my phone with me all that day, while doing laundry, cooking , restroom stops, every minute of that day. The call never came, no email, no text, nothing. After twice being disappointed can't trust them anymore.

We recently had a total roof done by Ridgecon Construction. The process was very smooth from start to finish. We were kept informed about shingle and dumpster dellivery (and removal) as well as start date. The work crew was A+, Showing up early/on time and working all day into the evening to get the job done. The crew appropriately tarped and carefully moved items when necessary and cleaned up as they worked. When job was finished, final inspection showed something that needed some extra work- crew came early the next day to make the fix. I would highly recommend this company! A+

Why did I give them five stars? I got very good deal. 25 years labor and 50 years material workmanship warranty right from GAF. The crew did great job and they have a lot of experience replacing roofs. I saved between $5,000 and $10,000 after comparing to 8 different companies over a two months search. Tony Elie was my representatives. He has more than 20 years experience in the roofing industry. He was available to talk to on the phone during the entire process. In addition, he even came out to my home both days to make sure the crew had everything they needed. Using his words, “I need to make sure we do it right the first time.” The bottom line is that the crew did fantastic job and you can trust this company to give you a fair price and do a fantastic job. The team that did the roof install was very professional, efficient and courteous. They cleaned up the site both days they were here and made sure that we were satisfied with the work before they left. Great communication throughout the entire process: estimate, planning and installation. Crew did a great job and spent extensive time doing cleanup afterwards.

I had bathroom exhaust fan vents installed for two bathrooms in my home. Sheldon was great; very knowledge and friendly, performed high quality work and the project took less than 2 hours. The quote I received for the scope of work beat out the other 3 quotes I got from different companies and by over $1k too. I had Ridgecon install my roof in 2014 and they were a company who could remove the old roof, remove two chimneys and replace the decking and install a new GAF Master Elite roof. Those "TV companies" only would lay a new roof down after someone else did the other work. Since installation they've been responsive to my calls and have always taken great care of me. I recommend them to anyone wanting a roofing contractor.

Ridgecon performed a complete re-roofing job including four skylight replacements, three new bathroom exhaust fan installations (to the outside) on a large, 12/12 pitch roof at a cost substantially lower than all other companies that gave estimates. They used all GAF products that resulted in a 50 year all-inclusive non-prorated warranty that can be transferred to the next owner. The installation crew worked quietly, professionally, and were very courteous the entire time they were here. They totally cleaned up the work site when finished as well.

Tony Elie was available to handle questions I had, and ensured that all work was done to my satisfaction. Ridgecon Construction rightly belongs on Angi's Approved List. I strongly recommend giving consideration to Ridgecon for any roofing work to be done; I believe you will be satisfied if you do.

Had storm damage repaired last year, and the work was quick and looked great, so I chose them to completely replace my roof this year. Very responsive, were able to schedule the work around my timeline and the price was unbeatable - about 1/2 the cost of the first two estimates we got. The team managed to fully replace the roof on my 1800 sq ft house in one day, and were incredibly flexible (I had to keep taking my dogs outside and had an HVAC technician working outside at the same time) and did an amazing job cleaning up all around the house. 100% would recommend to anyone, Tony and the roofing crew do outstanding work.

We had an excellent experience with Ridgecon from start to finish. During the quote process, they recommended that I get competitive quotes (I did and they were the best value, as it turned out). Everything happened on time per the schedule. The workers were very professional and polite. The roof was completed in one day, everything was left very clean The gutters were completed in 2 hours. I inspected the roof myself after work was completed and was very happy with the job. I found one small issue on a single shingle and let Tony know about it. It was fixed within 24 hours, no questions or hassles, can't even tell there was an issue. They gave me an excellent warranty on both the roof and gutters backed by the shingles manufacturer. I am hoping that I never need it but I have full confidence that Ridgecon will stand by their work.

Installed wrong drip edge, had to come out again and redo, roofed right over rotted wood had to make them tear off and redo, then charged me for extra wood. Now that is warm and had a chance to go up, no starter coarse of shingles, flapping in the wind on the edges. I guess if your not going to sit and watch them all day find someone else. No wonder why it was so easy to change out the drip edge the shingles aren't adhered and just lift up. How's this supposed to prevent ice from getting under them? A warranty is not used as an excuse for poor workmanship and a bad installation. 7 times back for new install "warranty" over 7 months. Had to finally file a licensing complaint to state and file a lawsuit.

A year later not fixed. Damaged the roof further when came back for repairs. Shingles falling off, exposed nails and torn shingles everywhere, ridge vent shingles cracked, end of ridge vent not sealed exposing hole into house bats got in. "fixed" valleys and butted up to tight , adjoining shingles over new valley shingles. Flashing installed wrong.
Lawsuit filed.

As a follow-up, I discovered a leak in my roof that appeared to be an issue where two sheets of plywood joined together. I highly recommend purchasing the Gold warranty. The claim process with GAF was quite customer friendly and I felt reassured that my issue would be resolved. Ridgecon came out and quickly diagnosed and identified the source of the leak.
