Sam was very personable and easy to get along with. This made it hard for us to catch his mistakes until after buying the home. I had questions that he gave wrong answers to and most of it was about water damage that he said we did not have. I trusted his judgement because he is a paid professional, when I should have trusted myself in that moment since it looked like something I should have been worried about. Will not be recommending to others.
