We hired Santos Mendoza to do some stucco repair at our home. He and his team were amazing. On time each day, left work site cleaner than it was when they started, completed all work perfectly!! Fair price - great service.

We highly recommend Santos Mendoza Stucco. We had a termite infestation and all of the old stucco and the wood behind it had to be removed and the walls rebuilt. Santos and his crew did an amazing job and were very quick and efficient. We took the opportunity to replace our windows and Santos coordinated and worked very well with the other crews working to ensure everything was done correctly. The new stucco looks amazing. We are extremely pleased.

Santos, of Santos Mendoza Stucco, did an absolutely phenomenal job on the exterior of our sunroom! We had large French doors moved from the west wall to the north wall of the sunroom, during a remodel, and that left a gaping hole at the bottom of the exterior west wall. Santos and his guy to the rescue! They made it look way better than ever… and we could not be more pleased if we tried!

They also fixed some “creasing” in other areas of the stucco, that would’ve ended up leaking, at some point… as well as a couple of chunks missing on a column. Beautifully done!

They were reasonably priced, pleasant to work with, and Santos’ guy even got a little snake out of the pool for my wife… now that is going above and beyond in our book!:-)

Can’t recommend them highly enough! Lovely people with an amazing work ethic and loads of talent. “Patching” stucco is an art… and they know how to do it well!

Santos Mendoza ‘s company bid on my stucco job to replace a very large part of my home’s stucco. His bid was fair and worth the price. The work was excellent and I was very pleased with the results. The clean up after was great and his crew was very nice. They did a great job and I would hire his company again.

I hired Santos Mendoza Stucco to put a new coat of stucco on my shotgun house's brick piers and street wall. They did a wonderful job, including reinforcing the base coat with mesh to keep it from cracking in the future, and a beautiful top color coat. Because we had heavy rain the day after they finished, Mr. Santos even came back a few days later to re-do the color coat, for no extra charge. I really couldn't be happier!

Mr. Santos gave me a good price for what we thought would be a small stucco repair. When we got into it we discovered significant water damage in the exterior wall framing. He and his team worked diligently for several days to correct the problem. Their attention to detail and the quality of the stucco finish work was exemplary. I have to say having my stucco repaired was a great experience, start to finish. As my neighbr mentioned, my entire house is "like new." Santos's crew is so hard-working, expert at what they do, and are super courteous. The price was very reasonable; I asked for the stronger elastomeric finish coat and was very happy to pay extra for that. Cleanup was spectacular since they pressure-washed my fascia and brick steps, above and beyond their scope of work. I received several estimates from different contractors and am so very glad I went with Santos. It is rare to find such fabulous craftsmen!

Our stucco was failing in several locations, so we contacted Santos based on his online reputation. Excellent job by skilled craftsmen. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced. If you have a stucco issue, get in touch with Santos. I feel strongly that he will address it correctly, and you will be pleased you chose his company.

Once again I am posting a review of Mr. Mendoza's work. He took out a doggy door and completely repaired the interior wall, drywall, and the stucco exterior. His work was superior, timely, and communications were so responsive. After his repair, one would never have known a doggy door was there. 5 starts plus.

Based on customer reviews, I contacted Santos for making some repairs & refinishing all of my stucco. He came out that afternoon & I had a very reasonable estimate that night. I visited one of his active jobs & he started mine the next week. His crew worked on my house every workday until completion 2 weeks later, I have a lot of stucco on 2 floors. The crew was excellent, extremely hard working, took great pride in their work, neat, quiet (I often didn't know they were there), & were very personable. Santos is very focused on customer satisfaction & quality of work. He always communicated promptly if not onsite. Thanks to him & his crew, our house looks better now than when we built it! Santos did an excellent job on my stucco. We has EIFS that had water damage behind it. Santos removed all of the EIFS and installed real stucco. Job site was impressively clean, EIFS is very messy with styrofoam. Always responded to my calls and text promptly. Asked them to do some extra things and they did it with no questions asked. I highly recommend Santos Mendoza.

We needed stucco work done on our 3yo home after Sunrise Homes failed to install an expansion joint during original construction and also refused to fix their mistake. There was extensive cracking across one whole side of the house and on the fireplace. Mr. Mendoza and his team did an excellent job repairing and painting everything. Our home looks brand new again. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to finish this job and even more pleased with the price. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have stucco or painting done and we will certainly use them again should we ever need to.
