Northshore Gutters & Patios installed gutters and downspouts on the back of my house. I had previously asked for an estimate and the price they quoted was excellent. So, based on reviews I had read about them and a phone conversation with Anthony I was happy to have them do this install. Anthony had told me it would be about 3 weeks before they could get to me but they gave me a call about 2 weeks later and said they could get it done. It took about 2 hours and they were finished. Their workmanship was outstanding. Measurements for the seamless gutters was perfect and they look great. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an economical, quality, professional addition to their home.

My family and I love our patio. Mr. Anthony answered all calls and texts in a timely manner and had the job completed in the time frame he told us it would be completed. Customer service was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend Northshore Gutters!

From first visit to installation it was both professional welcoming. We were even invited to visit their location to select the color we wanted. Installation took about 7-8 hours. Other than having new gutters when they left, it was like they were never even there. They even had a blower to blow off any aluminum shavings from the driveway.

Mr Anthony is a different type of owner someone who goes above and beyond the needs for his customers and the quality of work just makes him be even more better then any competitor and I cant thank northshore gutters enough for the custom gutters and helping me find probably the better conductor heads I’ve ever seen on anyone home and Iam a 100 percent please with the completion of my gutters… Thank you northshore gutters for your good work..

Northshore Gutters completed a gutter installation that I paid $3000 for, but forgot to install a 3 foot piece on a part of my roof. (Not to mention after the install, we found spit out sunflower seeds all over our property from his workers.) When I called the owner and asked for him to simply finish the job I've already paid for, by adding this very small piece, he immediately told me that he would NOT come back to complete and that I would have to pay for it whenever he could get around to doing it. After a lot of "back and forth" he told me he would come do it but it would take him 4 weeks to come out. After a month and a half of not hearing from him, I contacted him and he told me that it would take another month for him to come out to install this 3 foot piece. I waited another month, didn't hear back from him, and again had to call him. He then again told me it would take a few more weeks and very aggressively told me that he didn't appreciate me bugging him and that I needed to just wait since he was doing ME a favor.
The owner's attitude was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL as he obviously doesn't know how to treat his customers and stand by his work.
At this point, I will never use his company again and would rather pay someone else to finish the job that he failed to complete properly.
