Mike and his son, Mike Jr has been excellent help throughout me and my parents purchase of their services and skills. Their crew was very professional and always consulted with us whenever they ran into an unforeseen problem within the roof. Once again I highly suggest this company and I will use their services for their suggested roof cleanings too.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The workers came on schedule and worked until dusk each day until the job was completed. Owner Mike is genuinely kind and answered all my questions and even took care of a few extras I pointed out. The company is competively priced and I have no regrets choosing them.

I highly recommend this company. Mike came in and gave us a fair and honest quote. He and his crew are very knowledgeable. Once the shingles arrived his crew had the roof beautifully done in just 3 days. Our home looks brand new!!! Mike has also bend over backwards through an equity loan that has gone completely sideways to get our roof done and has been kind and caring. Never pushy, truly a great guy to work with. Its rare these days to find this level of integrity, knowledge, and caring in companies and people our family is thankful to them.

This contractor works with American Home Shield. I have a contract with AHS and when a roof leaking happened they assigned my project to Sams Roofing. Then I called them and got a response letting me text to another number. I did. I did several times. No response. Then I called, again and again. After several days they called back and said they should come in the next two days and call me before coming. Then nothing happened. I asked. No response. I asked again, again and again. No response. Extremely unprofessional and rude in that they don't treat other people's time and anxiety seriously and they don't stick on their promises. JUST NO RESPONSE.

EXCELLENT! Two duplexes done simultaneously, in two days TOTAL! the crews cleaned up the area each day, and did a great job working to ensure tenants access. Reasonable prices (better than the big company bids I got), and a local company, and you work with the owner directly throughout your project. Thank you to Mike and his crew!

Mike was great to work with. Very caring and understanding. The crew that came out did a great job. The worked hard and fast. Replaced bad boards with new. Spent a good amount of time trying their best to get as much debris as possible. The only issue was the solar tubes installed had dust and stuff in them from the install. Also, they left drywall powder and dust in the garage from the install of the solar tubes. Other than the ending details, everything looked great and install went smooth.

Mike and his crew were great. We called him for a roof inspection of a home we purchased and he recommended a new roof, which we half way expected from a 20 year old roof. It took a couple weeks to start the roof but tear down and install of the new roof was done in one day. Our roof looks great and we’re very happy with it. I will definitely be returning to them for any future needs.

The process was seamless from start to finish. The owner Mike came out right away to give me an estimate, without pressing me to make a decision right away. Once I did decide to have them replace my roof, The financing Went quickly and the time was set for my roof To be installed. On the day of installation The workers arrived at 7:30 a.m. and had completed my entire roof by 3:00 p.m. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up They also did an excellent job of cleaning up, And you could not even tell they were here except for the beautiful roof.

I can’t say enough about Mike and his entire crew. From the estimate to the completion of the project there was incredible communication, transparency and professionalism. Even when we ran into an issue (our chimney box had some rotting) we were quickly notified and they were able to address it immediately and continue the project. We are truly happy with our new roof and will be recommending to our family and friends.

I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out.
Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days. The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind.
I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. We will definitely have his company out to do maintenance for the roof and will be customers for years to come.

I hired Sam's through Angie's List, where they are already vetted. In addition they offer a military discount. They got the job done within a week and the new roof looks fantastic. The technicians were efficient and very friendly and courteous and easy to work with.
